TRIMSPA Prez: Anna's Slim-Fast a "Violation"

A nervous TRIMSPA baron, Alex Goen, acknowledged that Anna Nicole Smith would have been in hot water if the stash of Slim-Fast pictured in the shocking refrigerator photo, exclusively obtained by TMZ, was discovered while she was alive.

During a studio interview with Lisa Bloom on Court TV's "Catherine Crier Live," Goen, who was creating a windstorm with his rapid blinking, admitted that if the competitor's product belonged to Anna, "It would definitely be a violation ... it would definitely be one of those things we would question. We would not want her taking any other weight loss products." Hey, you gotta wash TRIMSPA down with something!

The photo, which shows the curious contents of Anna Nicole Smith's refrigerator, was taken after she died. In addition to at least five cans of Slim-Fast, the fridge also contained spray butter ... and a jumbo bottle of methadone.

1. Trimspa so does NOT work! I know countless people, including myself, who've wasted a sh*t load of money on that worthless crap! It's best to skip a meal with Slimfast, you'll be a hell of a lot more succesfull!

3. fvck you Trimspa azzwipe - you'd rather Anna keep ingesting Trimspa, especially the original formula that probably did permanently compromise her heart. yeah right, she'd be in big trouble - guess what, YOU'RE COMPANY IS IN BIG TROUBLE NOW. Anna's heir's ought to sue you for her death stupid Trimspa executive.

6. Apparently her contract specifically stated that all METHADONE & Anti-depressants must be chugged down with Trimspa ONLY and any use of other diet drinks would violate that clause. Exceptions for condiments and yogurt.

You'd think that the face of his company is a booze fueled drug addict would concern him more. What an idiot.

7. My first thought was that this guy certainly didn't expect ANS to continue taking his diet pills while she was breast feeding but then two other thoughts came to mind....can you breast feed with huge fake breasts? And if you are guzzling methadone while breast feeding I guess a little Trimspa can't hurt? I'm not trying to make light of the issue but this whole thing gets more bizarre by the second. Were ANS and Trimspa not just named in a lawsuit by someone for whom the product didn't work and now it seems she was using Slimfast. If she were still alive I think that would give pretty good ammunition to the other side. Will all the lawsuits still continue despite the deaths of both her Marshall enemy and herself?

12. .....for all we know ..who ever took these photos of Annas fridge....could have planted what ever they wanted in it..for the photo...and as far as slim fast goes in the fridge...who said it had to be Annas..it could be howards..or her body guards or who evers...just because it was there ...does not mean a thing...did any 1 see her drink it.....get over it...this is beyond over the top....

13. This is utterly ridiculous. Who cares if it was methodone and Slim Fast. Trimspa has made enough from exposing Anna Nicole. This is the type of Company that will try and rape and piledge any money that is due to daughter.

Oh yeah, on top of Trim Spa trying to get a cut of her money, her hillbilly hell mother is now in the picture. Where was her mother when she really needed her. Wasn't she the one that said drugs killed her daughter. Well, if they did, maybe her mother should have taken on some of the responsiblity of her daughter wanting to take drugs. God knows I would want to take drugs after viewing her hillbilly hell family.

15. I wonder if Anna's autopsy show if she had had any weight loss surgerty, bariatric or stomach stapling. If so Blinky Goen could face a huge class action lawsuit from people who were told she lost the weight on TrimSpa. If she did it surgically and he knew, that is fraud. Serious fraud. I wonder what the food is like in prison?
