TRIMSPA Prez: Anna's Slim-Fast a "Violation"

A nervous TRIMSPA baron, Alex Goen, acknowledged that Anna Nicole Smith would have been in hot water if the stash of Slim-Fast pictured in the shocking refrigerator photo, exclusively obtained by TMZ, was discovered while she was alive.

During a studio interview with Lisa Bloom on Court TV's "Catherine Crier Live," Goen, who was creating a windstorm with his rapid blinking, admitted that if the competitor's product belonged to Anna, "It would definitely be a violation ... it would definitely be one of those things we would question. We would not want her taking any other weight loss products." Hey, you gotta wash TRIMSPA down with something!

The photo, which shows the curious contents of Anna Nicole Smith's refrigerator, was taken after she died. In addition to at least five cans of Slim-Fast, the fridge also contained spray butter ... and a jumbo bottle of methadone.

17. What if it wasnt her Slimfast? Werent there 7 people stayin gi nthat suite? It could have been anyones.

And while we are at it, isnt it a violation to be taking 10 different medications with your Trimspa. The woman is dead. Let her rest.

18. This man is " SHAMELESS ". Another Vampire who is " profiting and getting publicity " off Anna's death. He has already commited fraud by " lying about the results his product claims to have "......AND NOW he's going after a " dead woman ". He will do anything to keep his product in the public eye. He sickens and discusts me ......JUST LIKE HOWARD. He was nothing but a " user " and a drug " inabler " on Anna's long string of so called "FRIENDS "

He sure doesn't look very " torn up " to me over Anna's passing. His wife is nothing but a PIG too. Both of them are opportunists who cared for nothing other than the ALMIGHTLY DOLLAR

. I hope they both get a dose of " INSTANT KARMA ". They stood by and watched Anna deteriate right before their eyes and ...they did nothing to help or iintervene. It's very SAD,,,that ANS did not have ONE TRUE FRIEND. Tha't's a sacrifice I wouldn't make for any amount of " fame or fortune ". She did. Look where it got her.

21. I wish you would put the video on where Lisa Bloom asked Dr. Joshua Perper about the rumors that ANS had surgery, possibly repairs, on her breasts. He stated NO SURGERY, either major or minor.

Harvey asked Dr Perper if he had ruled out FOUL PLAY and Persper said NO.

22. wouldn't it be nice if TMZ helped the police with their enquiries with where they received the photo from her ( purported) fridge that was probably taken during the break in and theft of her private papers and belongings.. just a thought. They would know who did it wouldn't they as they checked the source of the picture that they posted

25. What a joke! Mrs. Trimspa was on Larry King the other night saying how ANS was "part of the family" and that they loved her so much and here her husband is threatening that if she were alive she would be in "hot water". They are thee most shallow money hungry unethical people!!!! Trimspa is crap I dont know anyone who has lost weight on it. They are just upset that ANS death exposes their product as a fraud!

26. This is disgusting reporting. I'm not at all convinced that's Anna's refrig and I suspect TMZ is claiming it is to hype a false "exclusive".

As for the Trimspa guy...that's just weird. You'd think he wouldn't pay attention to a lousy rumor. I wonder if they're concerned about a link between Anna's death and Trimspa. Maybe they'll try to blame it on SlimFast. (rolleyes)

Hey, buddy, this is what you get when you make the STUPID marketing decision of the year and select Anna Nicole Smith as your spokesperson. Hello? Did this guy EVER watch her TV show? Did he think he was getting a stable person?? Did he happen to catch her freaky appearance on the MTV Awards when she was obviously stoned and/or drunk and unable to speak in full sentences while she grabbed her breasts? Hello? Yeah. I'd love to be in the boardroom when the yahoos said Anna Nicole was the winner of the TrimSpa spokesperson award. What? Andy Dick wasn't available? Was Liza Minelli booked? Either one would have been better than the trainwreck they hired.

29. How crude for some executive moron to be worried about the contents of a deceased ladies fridge, regardless of the situation. There were other people staying with her... how does he know it was Anna-Nicole's? It could have been the nurses' slim-fast.
