32. The Seminole police aren't even "real" police. They are the indian tribe that owns the Hard Rock's police force. They have complete jurisdiction over the hotel as it is Native American property and therefore play by their own rules. I am sure half the reason Howard had Anna stay there in the first place was because the "fox knows how the hen house" is run there in Florida.

Sorry but the Seminole police force at the Hard Rock is nothing more than your local mall police. Sure they are a force but they don't have to play by Florida rules entirely. I am sure the police chief is going to be protecting the reputation of the tribe first and foremost.

It was pretty obvious at the news conference that Chief Tiger was annoyed with the press while the Dr was a total press whore and didn't want to stop talking. Reason??? Tiger is a Seminole and out to watch over the tribes $$$$ while Dr Peuper(sp?) who works for Broward County, is a Florida State official. Truly two different jurisdiction, two different motivations, two different men.

33. What the hell is wrong with all of you calling Howard K. Stern a murderer? If you get fat from eating Burger King, do you blame them? That's what's wrong with this country, no sense of responsibility, we love blaming others. Anna's death is unfortunate, but if it was due to Methodone, I'm not going to blame the guy who may have given it to her, I'm gonna blame her for taking it. He didn't slip it in her drink I'm sure. I think they ALL had and have issues, I wouldn't choose to be with Howard, but Anna DID and I think everyone needs to remember and accept that. Let this poor woman rest in peace.

I happen to think that's key IF it turns out to be true. Nobody seems to be talking much about how HKS was obsessed with that new yacht, either. Maybe it was *his* idea and Anna opposed the purchase. We hear they were both control freaks and a lot of people are thinking it can't be like that in a relationship but it most definitely can be. Anna was sick with a fever and who knows what else. That gave HKS the opportunity to be the alpha control freak of the moment. I do believe he aided and abetted her in drugs and alcohol and it's just not too far-fetched to believe he doped her intentionally last Thursday. IOW, I don't buy his tears and reports he's devastated.

35. i thoroughly enjoy reading these comments. i can't help but wonder why most people aren't out in the workforce, instead of on-line all day. at least, for a reasonable relief, if they don't need to work, they may want to review and polish their grammatical and spelling skills.
honestly, reading the "debates" over white trash, biology,parenting/paternity, and everything else, it is clearly evident to me, that the white trash is here.

That's one of the very few FACTS about this tragedy. I'm glad you told the truth.......which, btw, is not being reported by the Media because they fear backlash from the political correct types. 39. Per the Seminole Police Dpt., they did not find anything "suspicious" at the time of death. They knew the details at that point in time. I work for a Sheriff's Dpt., and I know they would have known "when" Stern arrived back at the hotel, and "what" happened, and if they had been suspicious of any behavior, they would not have said they didn't find anything "suspicious". Howard Stern may have been foolish in involving himself with Anna Nicole in the first place, but it's doubtful he had anything directly to do with the deaths. He probably feels guilty for not having tried harder to get her into a rehabilitative situation, one where she could feel comfortable with, as she hated the other one she went to. Instead, he followed what her wishes were, and that was not to go to a hospital. The time of death will be determined by the autopsy report. It is much more probable that Anna Nicole, overcome by her grief over Daniel, that she "gave up" and allowed her addictions to prevail....which led to her death. And, if you want speculation, this is mine--when Daniel flew into the Bahamas, he "may" have had a hard time getting to sleep, and either he got into his mother's purse to get a pill (methadone) to help him sleep, or Anna Nicole offered him one unwittingly. Of course, overcome with grief and guilt, she had to think of her baby and what would happen. She'd be fearful of "negligent homicide" charges, and knowing it was all an accident, covered that part of it up. Stern went along with it & may have advised her of it possibly. This is speculation, of course. But, it makes sense. It does not make sense that Stern gave Daniel the pills. Anna Nicole would NEVER have tolerated him then. She would have booted him out of her life, for she loved her son dearly. No, it's more probable that it happened the other way around. Personally, I think the baby is better off with Stern as the executor. He stands to not gain financially as the will gives everything to her daughter and not him.

40. It's quite sad to read all these comments; the pros and cons of the situation. But what gets me is how illiterate some of us are! Misspellings galore and yet we have the audacity to comment on such a drastic event. Just goes to show how judgemental we've all become.

At this time, we don't really know ALL the FACTS. If there's anything I've learned, there's the law and then there's common sense; and they don't always go hand in hand. Besides, common sense is not that common. Let's look at past history (abbreviated):

Howard K Stern enters Anna's life when she was 24/25 years old. He begins to work on Anna being dependent on him for almost everything. I mean, she was a little loopy before he was in her life, but even more so afterwards.

Now, he's crying saying, "She was my whole world." Talk about a co-dependent relationship! That's not to say he's not mourning her death, but I question the TRUE reason why.

If anything, Howard enabled Anna's problems and eventually facilitated her death. (And quite possibly Daniel's.)

Rest in peace, Anna. And may guardian angels watch over DannieLynn.

41. Hello people......that was a police officer calling the proper agencies to have them respond to a situation. Police officers are suppose to remain calm under stressful situations. They do this all day long and it's nothing new to have a celebrity receive medical care of any kind. I don't know about you but I don't think it would be professional to have a police officer to show emotions when there is an emergency. That would not show competancy on their part.

The public needs to look at the entire picture of any kind of a situation when it comes to an emergency.

44. I don't think Howard "had" Anna stay there for the reason of the "mall police" as some have suggested. Trim Spa and the Seminole Hard Rock have had a long relationship with giveaways and contests. Anna had been there numerous times for appearances and obviously never paid a dime to stay in their suites whenever she wanted...

45. I think that this is such a sad situation. I don't think howard had anything to do with dannys death or annas. I think everybody needs to get a life and quit making a soap opera out of this and look at the fact that there is a baby involved her and money hungry people scratching at the door VERY SCARY!
