I cannot believe the POLICE OFFICE could not remember what she was calling about.....is's like She dials Emergency services then has to ask AGAIN what is wrong ...like she already forgot! ....."yeah.....(To the nurse in the room) what is wrong with her? Oh - yeah NoN Responsive. Not Breathing."

A) Maybe she was erlaxed because the nurse was too; like she has seen this before with ANS.
B) In a state of shock many people behave weird. Sometimes laughing even.

But the strangest is Howard K Whatever, MIA like mentioned earlier, which maybe was the plan to be on a boat at that afternoon time PURPOSELY. (Like One Foot in and One Foot Out)

If the Nurse called him at 1:05 pm perhaps he said to the panicked Nurse:

" Ah, just let her SLEEP. She told me she was so exhausted. Don't worry about it."

Then a CONCERNED NURSE checked later and decided to not CALL Howard a second time, but the help of the others. SMART NURSE. Anna REST YOUR SOUL.

79. I would hope to God,if ever,as an adult,I had a temperature of 105,someone would RUSH me to the hospital,not have me "Iced down" by a nurse,this whole thing reeks of foul play.
There isn't anything that can be done for Anna Nicole,now,may she finally be at rest,but,they need to get that baby away from Howard K. Stern and all those drugs.He is just a drug addict,and God knows what else,get that baby out of harms way now!
I hope they investigate this properly,but,I have my doubts. The house in the Bahamas should have been locked and secured as soon as they heard of Anna Nicole' death.I sure hope they are better there, than in Aruba.

80. Get that poor excuse for a mother, Nicole's Smith's mom off your website. Why is the media giving this fat slob the publicity. She has done nothing but exacerbate her daughter's tragic situation. What kind of a mother or even a decent human being does that! I was never any big fan of Anna Nicole Smith, but let's get a grip. The woman lost her child and then died! I believe her death was an indirect result of all the media hype surrounding her tragedies. It's a sad commentary on our society. And I never write into these website, but I just felt compelled to write, because my heart goes out to that poor innocent baby and to the tragic circumstances her mother had to go through before her death. Let the woman rest in peace!

People stomach flu is an alternative, but with the allegations of her death that anna possibly she neglected her own body food of possible death of her 20 year old son and to depressed maybe too keep the sexy figure she so wanted to keep .All in due to say the baby need a good home and food to survive hopefully the baby is sbreathing and thriving a life she was born to have .Anna god rest your soul.you,were funny and well know for good and bad only god can judge.

82. I guess the whole controvery just comes down to the amount of money at stake. Their wouldn't be this much interest and prolonged exposure if she didn't have the Millions.

If she was just a plain old Model and has been reality star, this story would have been over in a last second news blurb.

83. I feel sorry for Anna - her mother does not need to get her hands on the baby. I am not a fan of Howard Stein but we believe what people say and I think we need to give him a break- you may not agree and that is ok. The mother (if you can call her that) was also paid to sit on the grave of her grandson.
I think it is funny that the people that call her friend - Anna did not need ememies with friends like them.

84. Incredible!! The media has reported that Howard Stern was not w/ Anna when she died. However, he has told the media that Anna was ill and running a 105 Degree fever when he left her to go visit a yahct. heir right mind would do anything but contact emergency personnel when an adult is running such a high temperature?! Such a high temperature is especially dangerous in adults and my feeling is he was negligent (as was her personal nurse) in not pursing emergency medical treatment. Her nurse reportedly was "icing her down". Definately not adequate treatment for such a potentially deadly temperature. Shame on both of them. Personally, I believe that the two of them may have been in "kahoots". If not, they acted at the bare minimum irresponsibly and negligently. My thoughts and prayers go out to Daniellyn. She is definately going to need them!

86. Interesting....The whole thing sickens me. I feel absolutely horrible for that sweet baby girl. Cant United States Child Protective Services provide intervention until this whole mess gets worked out? I mean afterall she did pass away in the states...and Howard Stern knows that he isn't the father and that is the main reason he chooses to stay over there. He needs to think about the well being of the baby and what she will feel when she is old enough to decide for herself.

89. Hellooooo! 1)Who wrote Anna's original will with the legal wording he picked? Stern 2)Who took Anna out of the country to live? they have different laws down there and US has no jurisdiction down there either. Stern
3) Who was with Daniel when he died? Stern 4) Who has his name conveniently on the birth certificate of a child who is an heiress? Stern
5) Who conveniently kept the family and friends away from Anna? Stern 6) Who had a commitment ceremony 18 days after her son died? (what woman would do this unless she is being steadily supplied drugs/alcohol) Stern 7)
Hypothetically speaking: Doesn't anyone suspect this guy? Wake uuuuuppppp people Stern could have kept Anna away from her friends and family and kept her drugged up, I mean if she was a substance abuser anyway all he would have to do is supply the drugs and then how could he be actually guilty of murder. In her will Daniel was the heir, but with him dead then it should go to her next of kin. Anna was a free spirit and could have left Howard for a hundred guys, he had to come up with a plan to eliminate the competition. Keep her doped up, the public will buy it because she is depressed over the death of her son. Well, please in my gut i think Howard orchestrated it all. And where was the nurse and body guard? And why did they call Howard before calling 911? Come on a nurse should initiate CPR first while the body guard should call 911. Why was there such a delay? And they had enough time to clean the scene. Come on somebody has to investigate this! My money is that Larry Birkhead is the father and that he only cares about the baby. Aren't we worried about the baby? I can't say Anna was the best person in the world, but if he is guilty he has to get his come uppance!!!! What does every one think!!!!

90. I have been following the Anna Nicole Smith story since her tragic death. What really happened to her body ? In the first news breaks where the medical response team shows up to revive her you really can't tell if its Anna on the stretcher or not. No one ever sees Anna after the 911 call. Her body is supposedly kept in the morgue for several days, but they never tell if anyone has viewed the body or not, I mean anyone of the family or friends. Then the funeral is closed casket. I'm a little suspicious about the whole thing. Maybe her death was staged.
