256. One more Thing ANS has been known to lie for what she wants.
ANS she has lead the whole Country to believe she had such a horrible up bringing being raped etc.
How much of that is true her mother was on TV saying it was all a lie and she did it for the publicity.
Well nothing surprises me anymore. She got more fame from making those kind of statements about her life.
Her mother seems very concerned for her grandaughters safety.

As for the money if anyone knew anything about the law you would all know that the money that ANS's may recieve from her dead husband.
Would more than likely go right to Daniellynne as a trust she more than likely won't be able to touch it till she is in her 20's.
So who ever took care of her would benefit then and only then not anytime soon.

She may have some property to divide but it sounds like most of it is rented so whoever takes over the baby's custody may be in for paying off her debts.

257. A sperm match does not make a DADDY, just a biological connection! A daddy is someone who is with you when you were born and raises you, tucks you into bed at night, changes your diapers, feeds you etc. I am sick of everyone blaming H. Stern for all of Anna's problems. Don't any of you know people who do drugs and NOTHING will make them stop except themeselves.. EVER watch INTERVENTION on A&E? I think he's a good father and should be left alone in peace to grieve over someone who was ALWAYS there for her. All this media attention makes me sick. All the stupid lawyers and this stupid website just love controversy and make a misery of other peoples lives.. Anna was a human being and her body should be respected. She has said herself she hated her mother. Where was her mother the last 5 months since the baby was born? Exactly NO WHERE. Now she jumps on the Anna Nicole Smith Bandwagon to get her 2 seconds of fame... To rip a baby from the only parents she has ever known is wrong. Babies recoginize their parents and additional pain of not seeing her mother anymore is not needed. Stern's family seems decent unlike L Birkhead who no one know's a thing about except to claims he's the father. He could be the biggest drug pusher on the planet for all we know. He's a papparazzi, not exactly a decent human being who's out to make money on celebrities....People just shut up about this..

258. They need to get the DNA done NOW! Get this over with and get that baby with the rightfull father. It makes me sick when they talk about how Anna was estranged from her mother. So that was her problem, she is still her Mother! Anna had way to many problems to know right from wrong. She was one messed up girl. Who needed help and Howard surely did not help her. He is a poor excuse of a friend! They need to get that little girl away from him. NOW!

What proof has Howard came up with to prove that he was the father?...none except that he TIMED placing himself in the delivery room with camera's snapping pictures that he SOLD because he knew that they would be Daniels last photo's and he TIMED a ceremony on a boat with camera's rolling. Howard is a snake and so is his "FAMILY" they all see dollar signs. He behaved no different than an abusive lover. He kept her on drugs and away from her family and potential male friends....under his total control. Now he's controlling the baby. I can't wait to hear the results of the paternity test and see Dannilynn taken away from him.

261. As a mother who was in a similar situation, WHY hasn't anyone addressed the fact that DANIEL could be moved HOME to Texas with ANNA? Instead of a foreign country where she WILL be forgotten, especially after the money is distributed, it's best for her to be in TEXAS where she has cousins, mother, father & other relatives, & a community who knew and most cared about her.
In addition, Houston friends who mourn her can travel to Mexia. Poor Anna would get fewer (if any) visitors in the Bahamas.
As for Howard, his provision of drugs clearly held her hostage and her judgment was definitely impaired re: her relationships (ex: Larry), her "choice" of burial & attempted care of the baby. He KEPT showing her after having the baby, gaining publicity & MONEY. All he misses is his MEAL TICKET! Larry wanted the baby BEFORE she died; I believe they would have reconnected in spite of Howard, had Anna lived. Had she NOT been isolated with Howard in the Bahamas, others could have intervened --which is why HOWARD isolated her, including ESTRANGING her from her family. That's the first thing a "captor" or MANIPULATOR does--take away anyone she's close to who would help or intervene on her behalf. Howard is MOURNING THE MONEY AND SUPPORT he will eventually lose; he KNOWS he is not the father.

263. 3 Quetions. #1 If Howards parents have supported him since 1995. Are they paying these huge attorney's fees.
#2 If the baby is Mr. Birkheads. Could he then procute all those involved in the kidnapping of his child?
#3.What happens should Stern kill himself and the baby? I only say this because it seems so evident! Though I hate to think of it...

264. After reading the Will of ANS today I truly pray that someone else is around Howard K.(killer) $tern and Dannielynn. This man is what we call a "SLYTER". Sometime people are so smart that they do stupid things. He plotted to control her life, separate her more from her family and friends and planned the perfect murder for the love of murder. This one man has the world waiting to see what his next move is, (like a game of chess) and he's plotting to conquer the QUEEN (Dannielynn,Money). One thing for sure is $tern, "YOU CAN FOUL SOME OF THE PEOPLE SOME OF THE TIME, BUT YOU CAN'T FOOL ALL OF THE PEOPLE ALL OF THE TIME.

Now the question is? How long is the Officials going to let him continue to play this Chess game at the expense of this Baby's life. Believe me, ANS might of being a lot of things but I bet you her spirit is there to help her Baby. She was a good mother regardless of what many might say. One could see the relationship that she had with her children.

The Will that $tern presented today whether he realizes it told a lot about his today. HE'S IN IT FOR THE MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What attorney would draw up such a stupid will. This Murder reminds me the Foster Parents in Cincinnati Ohio who murder little Marcus. The Foster Mother got on TV pleading with the public to help find her Foster Child and quess what? The Husband, Wife and Girlfriend kill the Foster and burn the baby's body. People are sick and this man $tern fits the profile of a PSYCOPATH wanted FAME.

I'll tell what his next move is going to be! Once he see that there is no way he can manever the money to him without any questions been asked he is going to disappear so that he can't be charge with Daniel or Anna's MURDER!!!!!!! ?

268. Well, I think that Howard K. Stern is a scumbag. Either he doesnt want the paternity test because he knows something so bizzarre that he doesnt want anybody to know, or he just knows flat out that hes not the father.

Did anyone ever come to think that Her son Daniel is the father of the baby? Because they were extremely close, and maybe that is what the scumbag is hiding. But all in all, besides that, Larry birkhead is the father...that is why hes so eager to take the paternity test.
