91. Wether or not HKS is the biological father he IS the legal father and at this point he has more rights to Dannilyn than anyone else does. Anns chose to be with HKS and name him the father and until there is a reason to believe that he did anything to force her to do so, no one cvan take that baby away from him. If LB is proved to be the dad, I bet HKS will still get some sort of visitation considering that he is the only father she knows.

Don't be so quick to place judgement. HKS could actually be telling the truth.
I hope he IS the father.

93. All this stuff is just ridiculous and it's out of hand.

I think everyone wants Birkhead to be the dad because they don't like stern. However, Anna was a drug addict before she knew Stern and by the looks of it, nobody ever had any control over her. So shouldn't Larry be blamed as well since he couldn't stop her from abusing drugs as he claims? She dumped him as she would have dumped stern if he had interfered in anything she didn't want him to be

Bottom line. Anna wanted Stern around her and he was a constant companion in her life and the father in her eyes. I hope there's a will that stops all this crap and puts all of ANNA'S wishes ahead of everyone else's.

If ANS had a gastric band that would probably explain the nurse...maybe she was having problems and developed an infection...hence the fever....it wouldn't be a surprise if HKS cooked up the idea to dupe TrimSpa into having her be a paid spokesperson...all the while defrauding them w/secret band surgery....nothing surprises me about that shady bastard....ANS wasn't the brightest bulb in the box...he knew this and waited...on her reality show, she treated him like a servant....he didn't have to stand for that...after all he is a lawyer capable of making his own living....but he hung around waiting for the moment when he could turn the tables and be the one in control....

97. It seems that Birkhead is the only one who should be taken seriously here - although I don't give him a whole lot of credit for being with Smith in the first place - but he seems to have the best case.

For what other reason would Stern refuse to submit to the DNA testing? If he's that confident that he really is the father, he'd have NOTHING to worry about.

He's a slimy lawyer, hiding in another country (territory) because he knows he is safe there - for now.

98. I can't get this thought out of my head. Entertainment Tonight (which used to be one of my favorite shows until all this ANS stuff, starting back when they got into the middle of the media circus right after Daniel died) keeps talking about this big exclusive they knew about ANS and HKS getting officially married in a few weeks. Of course, they were going to have 'exclusive' coverage of it. I'm sure for another million, like they have been paying to have exclusive coverage of all this insanity since Daniel died.

Maybe ANS was extra distraught over the fact that she was actually going to be married to that scum HKS and was worse off than ever. If I was going to have to marry him, I would have done myself in.

For those who actually believe that ANS's mother is some kind of scum, you haven't been following much about her until recently. She had a perfectly decent relationship with her mother until HKS came into the picture around the time ANS was involved in the trials to get her old, dead husbands money. Once he appeared, ANS started slurring her words and he was stuck to her like glue.

Suddenly, her mother was scum. The same mother who helped raise Daniel.

Anyone with any common sense or who has followed ANS at all over the years, would know that the entire thing with HKS acting like a lover of ANS and especially the father of Dannilynn is ludicrous.

I have heard an interview from when ANS had her reality show and was asked about HKS and how he seems to be obsessed with her and asking if Anna loved HKS. She laughed at that and said 'we are like brother and sister and the thought of that is disgusting.' Suddenly he is fathering a baby with her and getting married.

It's a shame HKS didn't care enough about her not to get her mixed up in all the lies and foolishness, especially when she is obviously very fragile and has a problem with drugs. She has been in trouble for a long time, long before her son died.

101. All i know is that if i had a baby that was possibly mine, i would be getting a DNA test done on my end to see if i was the father. THERE IS A REASON HKS IS NOT DOING THIS and it doesn't take a judge or lawyers or the media to figure it out. THE BABY IS NOT HIS. For all we know she could have frozen the sperm of her late billionaire husband just so she could get the money from his estate by having a sibling. Who knows until the test is done. I feel sorry for the child and it seems like that everybody involved has the wrong agenda and not the baby's welfare. It will all come out in the wash!!!!!!

102. DO the test already!!!!! We are talking about a baby here not a piece of furniture. That child needs to be with her true father to bond, all this world thinks about appareantly is F money, even when a child is concerned, God forgive them all. Do The Right thing and get this test done and get her to her Daddy whoever it is. I am sure its not that Stern jackass!

AND THEY ARE A SPITTING IMAGE OF EACH OTHER. THERE IS NO QUESTION HE IS THE FATHER. I'M GUESSING THE REASON WHY STERN STAYED AROUND WAS TO KEEP HER ON DRUGS UNTIL SHE KILLED HERSELF WITH IT. IN RETURN SHE WANTED HIM AROUND BECAUSE HE TOLERATED HER DRUG USE. HE CONSENTED TO HER DRUG USE PROVEN BY THE FACT THAT SOME OF THE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS WERE PRESCRIBED TO HIS NAME. HE WAS THERE WITH DANIEL, HE WAS IN THE WAY, SO STERN HAD TO GET RID OF HIM SO ANS COULD BE SO DEVASTATED SHE WOULD SELF DESTRUCT AND HE KNEW IT. ALL THAT'S LEFT IS AN INNOCENT, HELPLESS LITTLE GIRL. AND WHAT'S UP WITH THE FAKE CRYING? I DIDN'T SEE TEARS. I WOULD BE SURPRISED IF HE'S NOT LOCKED UP IN ONE YEAR!
