65. Actually, Mr. "highway patroll officer" , that is a bunch of bull. The guidelines are one year AND 20 pounds because infants younger and smaller than that do not have the muscle strength in their necks to help them in the event of an accident. Rear-facing is better for everyone, actually, and I am so glad to know that our law enforcement officers (not all , just this one and others like him) are so well trained that they know all the car seat facts but can't even spell their profession... :rolls eyes:

1: We do nto know the temperature, so questions on chidlren not wearing sock etc are quite silly


2: She probably just got in the car , so other adjustments are unknown to us unless they have several shots at x17

3: Jayden is hidden because she wants to scre k-fed over and give his first pics away for free

4: Britney does not secure the seatherslf, her bodyguards handle the carrying, if you see pictures of her, the guards are always carrying the car seat ..the car is obviously not moving so I really dont see the problem

73. And as for rear facing car seats, it is safe for a child to be front facing so long as they can hold their head up by themselves, and i know im a highway patroll officer! Yes we recommend rear facing just because the greater amount of accidents are rear enders but she is perfectly legal. (written earlier)

I dont know what state you work in, but here in NY it is illegal for your child to be forward facing until 22 pounds and one year, unless he is a lot older then we think she is in the WRONG
