Will Wacko Jacko Bring Glove to "Idol"?

JackoCourtney Love on "American Idol" -- intriguing. Michael Jackson on "Idol" -- shocking!

It could happen, though, if certain hints dropped by "Idol" producers are to be believed. Realitytvmagazine.com reports that "several signs" point to the possibility that Michael Jackson will have his own "Idol" theme-week, and might even "mentor" the impressionable young talent on the show.

Why all the Jackson buzz? First of all, "Idol" producers have hinted for weeks at a "big event show" during this season. Also, reports have swirled that Jackson has turned to "Idol" creator Simon Fuller to help revive his flagging career, perhaps involving a comeback show in Las Vegas. Finally, in a recent conference call, executive producer Nigel Lythgoe explained the show's impenetrable wall of silence around contestants, and used Jackson as an example, saying they wouldn't want it to "slip out with somebody telling their mom that Michael Jackson is coming."

76. To the TMZ STAFF:
Start acting like professionals- if you really consider so!- and stop calling Michael ''wacko''. If you do not show him that little respect, then you could do it for the millions of fans all around the world! I, personnally , feel so bad and disgusted when i see all this and for what? -just to sell the news!!!! How much lower can you, people get???
PS: oh, i forgot: the press does not have limits. You really enjoy destroying innocent lives!

*grin*....and yeah. im sick of hearing about micheal Jackson..is it cause hes black or white..no..cause hes a child molester.

78. Of course they don't want the parents to know that Michael Jackson may be "mentoring" their children... conscientious parents would pull their kids from the show immediately if this would happen!!!!

79. As for the child molester, Michael Jackson, why would Idol risk
their top ratings to bring on a pedophile? Esp with the nortorious
case of kidnapping and pedophilia in Missouri being followed with
such destain for the perpetrator. If something works don't fix it.

80. No matter what you think of Michael Jackson personally, you have to admit that he is one of the most amazing talents of our generation. Before all of the child molestation "allegations," everyone was a Michael Jackson fan. I don't know weather the allegations are true or not, but I will not stop being a fan of his musical career because of them. And as for those of you who have made this a racial issue, I am white and I don't think that color should have anything to do with this conversation. Making color an issue here, is racist in itself. Black or white, Jackson is hands down the King of Pop.

83. The parents are just as much to blame and Michael is. They continue to let there kids go to, stay over and hang out with him even after allegations. The parents need to step up and say "you know what, maybe I shouldn't let my child hang out with this man" But they do, and its because they want a quick buck and think they can get it out of him by bringing about fake accusations. So, all in all, the parents are the a**holes that should be on trial and not Michael. The man needs to be left alone. He was forced to grow up too quickly and had an abbusive childhood. I'd want to run around, own a monkey and try to be a child again too if I was raised like that. When it comes down to it, he has talent regardless of his color. this isn't a black or white issue. This is an issue of respect for all man. And black history month should be celebrated by everyone because its really the history of America in general once you get to a certain point in history. Aren't we all Americans? Isn't it all of our history?

87. Why cant we just let the man be.. Was it proven he molested anyone REALLY I dont think so. I am not for sex offenders,I think they should all die a painfull death. But he wasnt proven to be one just someone who paid people who said he did to stop all the BS and get on with his life..

88. If I had a monkey, I'd have him fetch beers fo me from the fridge and fling his feces at the Jehovah's Witnesses that come to the door. I also wanna eat eggs off of a hooker (like Frank Sinatra) and hire a midget to be at my beck & call, simply to retreive things I drop so I need not stoop to get them myself. Man,... that'd be cool.

89. I don't care what Michael Jackson has been accused of doing. He's not in jail, so I would assume He's not been ruled guilty of any crime by the state. I think he is a tremendously talented entertainer and I wouldn't mind seeing him working again before he gets too old. Regarding some of these African Americans who like calling Causasians "crackers", with that type of lousy and confrontational attitude I'm really surprised they even know how to spell the word. To them I say it's time to "grow up" and start dealing with people without the insults. Because someone doesn't agree with you, doesn't mean they are rascist, but only that they don't agree with your perspective. It's been my experience that true biggots, of all races, quickly resort to name calling when disagreed with because either their views are weak or they have trouble expressing themselves or the person disagreeing with them is closed to different philosophies. If a person is truely closed to your opinions, no amount of name calling is going to change it.

90. First of all, if you scum called me a cracker to my face, it would be on. Blacks can't be rastist? That's why it's OK to call someone a cracker. HA! Is that the best you can come up with?
As far as the "Gloved one" it's all about the scratch. 99% of the population is appaled, but they will turn on their sets to watch. The same as people paying to watch the monkey at the Zoo. Allthough, you could drive through the "Hood" and have the same experence for free.
By the way, I think Obama should run. His Grandparents ran, diddnt they? In parts of the south, they're still runnin.........
