17. Her mother should never get her body are u crazy??????!!!!!! She hated her mother and did not even want her near her or her baby!!! Did you ppl not see the interview where ANS said she will never get near her child? In the same interview she was asked what she thought of the fact that her mother laid on top of Daniels grave on what would have been his 21st birthday, she said it make her sick to her stomach to think of how her mother laid her fat ass on top of his grave. Ummm to me that says alot about how much she hated her mom and why should someone she hated in life get her in death?? How would you feel if ur death wish(es) were not honored?? Think about it? Really no one should get the body, why do they want or need it?? It should just be put in the ground where she bought her plot, next to her son!!!

19. It has to be "legal next of kin " (Florida law). Howard Stern is NOT her husband. On his taped interview inside the airplane on "The Insider" he indicated that in the next two weeks Anna and him had planned to "legalize" their relationship. I don't see how a Fl. court can award her body to him. Her mother is her "legal next of kin"

20. Stern got her the drugs. Where are the Dr's and hospital records that show blood tests when she delivered? He killed Danny to get him out of the way. What decent man would leave a loved one alone with a high temperature to go look at a boat? The man showing him the boat said Stern got a call, no sign of shock at all, between 1 PM and 1:30 PM the call to police was at 1:38. There will be an inquest, there are many witnesses and he will be found guilty of 2 deaths.

22. Anna said her mother abused her as a child and from the looks of her I believe it. Howard needs to get out of his fantasy world and take the paternity test. Anna should be buried with her son. TMZ, Why do you keep posting horrible things about Anna? She's dead, it does not matter anymore. All that matters it the right parent get the baby to raise her. Anna's past history is just that, the past!!! Let it go you vultures!! Larry Birkhead knew Anna was on drugs when he met her, where was his head at? I bet Anna is looking down in disbelief, thankful she is not here any longer.. Americans have turned in to misery loves company freaks, and thrive off someone else's dispair.

23. Howard K Stern has been with Anna through the good, the bad and the ugly. He should have permanent custody of the baby, the body and the bank account.

Anyone who has seen her show saw how he put up with her in her dark days. That is a true friend!! That is why his name is on the Birth Certificate...She knows HOward will take care of their baby the way he took care of her. There is no need for Howard to have to do a DNA test just because a half dozen men "think" they are the father. Anna stated Stern as the father and anyone who truely loved anna should respect her wishes!

26. I imagine her mother will get the body, no one else has ANY legal claim. None of them are her legal next of kin..only her mother is. HKS has NEVER been her legal husband, so he has no claim...if they had ever legally married that would be different, but they didn't so he has no legal claim (no matter what he says). LB also has NO legal claim as he's also not next of kin.

Really this is a no-brainer.

Anna mother...her own flesh and blood, the woman that gave her life should have the body! Howard K Stern should be banned from the funeral. That would be a perfect kick in the ass to him.

Give Virgie the body, bury Anna next to Daniel but bann the murderer from the funeral. Oh how I wish...but ....

30. The mother should bury her daughter. Nobody here knows the real story behind their relationship and their "so-called" estrangement. I believe her mother loved her daughter but didn't approve of her lifestyle. Anyone who is a mother here knows that. At least she's a true relative.
