391. I can't believe that some of you actually believe that "who" Anna WANTED to be the father takes precidence over who actually "IS" the father. Not only is that a bunch of feminist crap, but not the law. Thank God that people who can actually THINK will be deciding the case(s). 393. People, People.. What do you think about this??? She wasn't going to bury Daniel in the Bahamas in the first place...So where was she????? That is now the question on WHERE she should be buried. She waited as long as she could for she was triying to figure on how to get Daniel back to the US. Jesus, don't let Vergie see this one....Yep, I sure did forward to Judge Seiden's office. Anna Nicole Smith is set to have the body of her dead son Daniel exhumed.
The former Playboy playmate buried her son in the Bahamas on October 19, but now she is unlikely to be granted permanent residency in the country she may dig up Daniel's body to take back with her to the US.
A source is quoted by website MSNBC as saying: "She waited as long as she did to bury him because she was trying to figure out if she could get his body into the US.
"Now that she might get booted out, the word is she's going to take her son's body with her."
Anna Nicole, 38, has had her Bahaman residency challenged after it was revealed that the waterfront mansion she claimed to own actually belongs to someone else and she has been served with a notice of eviction.
It is alleged that the former model was hoping to make the Bahamas her permanent home to avoid a paternity test on her newborn daughter Dannielynn.

395. No way in Hell should her mother get her body to bury in Texas. She should be next to her son. That is where she belongs. Any mother like myself who has lost a child knows that, that is what she would want. Why would her mother even think about burying her in Texas and not next to her grandson. That mother is a feak and wants to get a hold of what ever money Anna had.

VERGIE, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING?? CERTAINLY NOT ABOUT ANNA!!!!
If Vergie really loved her daughter and was REALLY broken up over Anna's death, her first stop should have been to Florida to see Anna. Everything else could have waited. BUT NO, she was hopping all over the globe, all the while giving interviews that cast a bad light on her daughter. What kind of mother does that?????
She is a horrible person. Chasing the money trail!!! Chasing the baby?
If she had claimed Anna's body right away (like she should have) then this media circus may not have happened. I have been to the coroner's office and paid respects to Anna, leaving some mementos for Valentines Day. It's not a pretty sight, but at least it's something.
I started a small memorial to Anna next to a tree at the Medical Examiner’s office in Broward County, Florida, on the night she died.
Let me tell you, it's not a pretty sight, but it is all we are allowed. All around the tree is muddy and dirty. Our memento's get stepped on and trashed There are some posters to Anna, some large teddy bears, candles and other assorted trinkets. No matter what Anna died from, no matter how she lived her life, I truly believe she is in more pain because of this disgusting exit, instead of a beautiful tribute to celebrate her life, and then an incredible comforting funeral. It could have been avoided!!! Her mother should have gone to Anna first, but NO......it took, well, she hasn't gone there yet. Should Vergie get control of Anna's body for burial, there are approx 50 of us that will protest. No way in hell should this woman, who has yet to say anything good about Anna in the media, or any other means, by the way, should be in charge of how Anna leaves this world.
Vergie hasn’t seen Anna since 1995, 12 friggin years!!!!!!
Anna belongs in the Bahamas, next to Daniel, and Danny Lynn belongs with Howard. The funny thing is that I was never a true fan of Anna's before. But to see this tragedy with her body, and the rest of the circus, breaks my heart, along with millions of others. There is no dignity in this circus her MOTHER created. Is it no wonder why Anna hated her "birth" mother? Anna put it best.
"Bring it on, MOMMIE DEAREST!!"
Anna, please rest, peace is on its way!
You have taught us all many lessons in this time of your death.
You will be with the Angels and Heavens you deserve soon!

Vergie, do the right thing, if you truly love your daughter,

neither Anna or Howard knew how...
Their solace was the world of drugs....
Her son died while trying to live at their tempo...
She died trying to escape her tragic reality
now what will happen to Dannylynn? to Howard?
Her mother was not the villain ....she hated what drugs did to her daughter
Seriously how many of you would love to see your beautiful daughter slurring

402. FROM THE BEGINNING, Howard could have taken the baby to any hospital of his choosing and had a DNA test done. And, is there really any doubt that he definitely would already have done so unless he KNEW that he wasn't the father? He is a malicious snake who's (at the very least) guilty of kidnapping a child (the is mother's dead) and multiple false statements. Wanna bet he purjers himself abundantly at future criminal proceedings that he'll find himself attending?

with the technics of some low class drug pusher he made sure to turn the people he was feeding from and using to turn them into some dependent drug users(junkies) that he luxuriously catered pain killers, anti-depressants, methadones... to them until up to their ultimate deaths when their poor bodies flunked the non-stop arrival of those lethal drugs...
