Anna to Be Released Soon, Who Gets the Body?

[3:07] UPDATE: A Florida judge has ruled that he will not release the body of Anna Nicole Smith until he can determine the next of kin.

[2:00] TMZ has learned that a Florida hearing is underway to determine details for the release of Anna Nicole Smith's body.

A California judge is clearing the way for Anna Nicole Smith's body to be buried, but the question remains -- to whom will the body be released?

Moments ago, a California judge withdrew his request to put a 10-day hold on Smith's remains, meaning her body may be released and buried, pending a corresponding ruling from a Florida court. A decision is expected in the next few days.

Now I am sure Dannylynn is fed the same drugs he lavished on Daniel and Anna as to keep her baby crying at bay.... to keep her sleeping and mellow like a sweet angel so she is no trouble for him to oversee.....
I wouldnt pass that to his technics when he wants to quiet people does he know how to! Just open the fridge and lace some methadone in that milk bottle.....
with his bad theatrical village theater.....who is that naive to believe his square ball jazz.....his lurid crimes are blatantly obvious to anyone with half a brain in their skulls.
it is NOW while he is away from Danylynn that the DNA test should be done
and resolve ...so the Bahamiam police corps can go in that villa (which belongs to????why the hell that parasite is still occupying it?)and grab that baby FAST....
and put that RAT in the CLINKER where he should rot ....until his last breath away from the society....he is a dangerous, lethal KingKong Size RAT!

407. She needs to be buried with her son. She hated her mother and the woman is a user, constantly talking trash about her daughter, who needs a mother like that. Anna wasnt perfect, who is, but she loved her son. Howard has been her friend and companion for many years and only wants to carry out what he knows Anna would want. I think he is the only human I see in all of the crazieness. She is responsible for her drug addiction, and no one else. He didnt kill her and daniel, he loved them both. he is the only person who speaks truthfully and willingly, nothing to hide. I pray that he be allowed to keep and raise Dannilynn as Anna wanted. dont let that baby go back to the sick world Anna ran away from with abuse and molestation. if she was abused in teh manner she claims anyone would be as messed up as she was... give her a break and let her rest in peace. I think she was a beautiful woman and the bad things she did to herself are a result of her childhood. Birkhead is an ass to be taking her to court after the death of her son... he is responsible for her stress and death as much as anyone. Clearly he doesnt have enough of a heart to let her grieve and he is trying to raise her child? doesnt seem like a good idea.
