32. Howard should get the body of Anna. I think everybody is making him out to be such a bad person,but he really loved her. He is only guilty of loving her and his baby. Leave him alone and let her rest in peace. She is dead ,and all people can talk about is how bad of a person she was.GET OVER IT !!!!!!

33. Vergie should be the one to get the body, she is anna's mother and next of kin. Even though they had there differences Vergie is still the mom, and I feel she will do what she feels is best.

34. Anna let her mother raise Daniel for 6 years, the Mother couldn't of been all that bad if Anna trusted her mother with her son.

37. the main thing here is that inocent baby l. birkhead seems like a honest man i hope he gets little dannylynne for the sake of her future the lord works in mysterious ways sometimes beccause i dont think that anna would raised that precious baby up right to begin with and i know hks. surely wouldnt . pray for dannylynne

39. Her mother should get custody of her body to take home to Texas. Her son Daniel should also be moved to Texas. HKS is not a part of the family and his train ride should end. Death is very personal and his interest is obviously financial.

41. I think her mother should get the baby and her body! I think her mother wanted the best for her and Howard brainwashed her while she was high on drugs all these years. Told her what to say and everything. A true friend who cares won't let you do drugs in their presence and just sit and tolerate it! They would have helped her through it and got her into rehab before this tragedy happened to her!!! I think Howard deserves nothing!

42. It is just sad that it has come to this. Unfortunately it does look that her mom with get the body and prbably bury her next to Daniel. You can hate her mother all you want. When Anna was alive Daniel lived with her mom until he was ten years old. I doubt she would of let him stayed there if she really hated her mom. I think it was all a publicity stunt. Howard is probably going to get his wings clip since the Bahamian government has asked for him to do a paternity test. They are not going to play any games with him. His ride is over.

44. No way should Anna's mother have the remains. Anna hated her Mother. They are running an interview on ET tonight that they previously didn't show. Anna talks about how much she hated her mother and that her mother was abusive. She sisn't want anything to do with her. It is my understanind Anna and Howard were to be married 2/20/07. Let him bury her with Daniel.

I may be nuts, but I am kind of rooting for the guy. I mean Anna chose to be with him all these years. You can't blame him for her drug use. He is obviously drugged out as well.
