48. Her mom should get the body as next of kin . Plain and simple . HKSkiller is not married to anna or not a blood relative . The law is simple . I WOULD IMPLORE THAT ANNA BE GIVEN MICROCONDRIAL TESTS FOR MINUTE SUBSTANCES AND THAT HER HAIR BE TESTED FOR TRACE CHEMICALS BEFORE ANY BURIAL TAKES PLACE . 50. Anna's drug problem was the reason why she did not get along with her mother. Remember, her mom was a police woman of some kind.
Her mother should have her body.. but like Anna wanted, she should be buried next to her son.
But most importantly, someone needs to go get the baby away from Howard Stern. I believe that he is a dangerous man out for the money! The baby is not in a safe place based on two deaths and he is still the only one alive. No doubt! We all know that he is not the father!! It is a terrible thing when a person denies the rights of a parent to their child.

Any for whoever prescribed the drugs to Anna, you must be nuts!!! She was 8 months preggers when those drugs were written up. There is more than one guilty person in this situation.

52. HKS shoud not get anything! Who else gave Danny the methodone that probably killed him. And why has he not tried to get ANS off of drugs instead of helping her get them. As far as her mother is concerned she just told the truth. She said watch out Anna or you will be next and she was right. How could HKS say he loved Anna when she treated him like a dog all these years. He just hung around and waited for his chance. And why have a commitment ceremony? Why didn't Anna just marry HKS if she loved him so much? But as far as her body is concerned she should definitely be buried next to her son whom she did love.

55. It doesn't really matter where Anna Nicole is buried--she's dead. Burials are for mourners. It would be nice if she were buried near her son, but it doesn't really matter. Maybe the boy's body can be moved to Texas.

The only one who really matters is Dannielynn and I hope TMZ and other news organizations follow up on this story in case the baby is in danger.

56. everyone has an oponion as to what should br done with the body of Anna Nicole but so many are forgetting that she was a living,breathing creature who had thoughts and feelings and who has been greiving over her son for several months. If you have ever lost a child then you know that you barely function and if you are able to function your thoughts and actions are not always your own.If you have not lost a child -then know that your blessed.This woman lost the only person who loved her unconditionally and without wanting something in return. So lets try and remember that death faces us all, and she deserves the same respect and dignity that we all hope to receive in death,and for the ones who think she should be thrown to the sharks-has your life been lived so perfectly and without mistakes, blemishes and wrong choices???? Are you so perfect that when death comes your way the only remarks made about you will be nothing but praises? I think not!!!!!! The remark you made says alot about your personality and your disposition in general.
