63. I think her mother should get her body. The girl was a mess before Howard Stern came along. I think he knows about the drugs her son took and she took. Not sure if he gave it to her or not. He's a mooch. He is the first attorney I have ever heard who has not drawn a salary since the late 1990s because he was working for Anna. So, it follows, that he stands to gain if he holds on to the daughter. Why would you want to have claims to another person's child, if it is proven that it is not his (Stern's i.e.)? The child deserves to know who her biological father is. Stern did not adopt the kid, so he really has no claim to her if it turns out he is not the biological father. I am sure he won't be.

Anna Nicole was a mess, but she was still someone's child and she should be buried with a little bit of dignity that they can scrape together. Her body should be released to her mother and I think she should be buried next to her son.

74. It is a shame that this is not determined by what she would have clearly wanted, regardless of who is determined to be next of kin legally. Even her mother knows that her desire would have been to be buried beside her son. To do anything other than that dishonors her memory, no matter how much anyone claims to love her.

75. This whole situation is very sad, but the "people" who will benefit most from her death are not her mother or Stern, but the family of the Marshall estate! Not one article mentions the fact that if anyone poisoned her, The Marshall family ( if there are any still alive) seems obvious. If she were to die by overdose, everyone would think it was self induced. Then she would not inherit ANY of the Marshall $$$.
