92. When did ANS name HKS as father to her baby? After Daniel's death or right away at birth? I think this is significant. I also believe HKS was blackmailing ANS during her pregnancy and especially after Daniel died. They were going to marry only because spouse's cannot testify against each other...supposedly they were going to marry Feb. 27th.

Also, why is no one is questioning HKS as suitable parent with all the medications - xanax, methadone, vicodin - which were found in Florida hotel room? All of those were in his name? No one is talking about whether he is in the right state of mind to care for Dannielynn. I really fear, as many of us do, for that little girl's safety. She needs to be removed from that HOME now.

93. Waiting to determine exactly who the "next of kin" is? Well, since a 5 or 6 month old infant can't possibly make decisions like this - and since ANS assisted her 20 year old son in killing himself - wouldn't that leave the dead skanks mother as the next of kin?

96. You know, ANS is not a story. She was a stripper turned Playboy model, turned gold-digger, turned drug addict. She had nothing to offer society and when her world fell apart she, sadly, didn't have the skills or ability to save herself. She was an empty shell. She had no real "talent". She was just a bombshell.
She surrounded herself with losers who only wanted "in" on the action and didn't care about her at all. It's a pathetic waste but her life and her sad end have no impact on anyone other than her family. Everyone else is just salivating over the dirty details. As the daughter of someone who was addicted to prescription drugs, it's sad and painful to watch her slurring her words on tv every night.

102. If the law reads only next of kin can claim the body, then ANS mother should claim the body. However, I do feel her mother needs to honor ANS wishes and have her remains placed in the grave next to her sons. Daniel was Anna's one and only true love in her life. Everyone involved should realise this and finally let this woman rest in peace, peace she never had the last few months on this earth!

Howard "NUMB-NUTS" Stern is going to be real pissed off when they release Anna's body to her mother...since he is an "attorney" you would think he would have thought to get these kinds of details in writing in the event anything like this ever happened (especially since she's tried to commit suicide twice since the death of Daniel). He's been following her around like a puppy dog for over 10 years...I guess it didn't give his dumb-ass time enough to think about something like that. If her Mom is any kind of Mom at all she will have ANS buried beside Daniel (even if it means exuming his remains and bringing them to Anna).
Someone needs to get the baby away from HKS...I have a weird feeling that he finds out that he's going to lose custody we will be hearing about a murder/suicide.

104. The law does not always make decisions on next-of-kin. In our case once, it was who came up with the money for the buriel expenses. In high personality profiles, who knows ? There seems to be a lot of coincidences between this and Scott Petersen case. HKS, looking to purchase a boat, and his commitment partner on the brink of death ? What about that stupid baseball cap, and the crockodile tear, I mean (tearsssss)...How come he is always around for FUN photo opts, and MIA when someone dies ?. Even if he is the father, he and all the rest are just sperm donors. Anna made a fortune making people believe she was a ditzy blonde...OK she was different, beautiful, rich, and loved her children. Now she is dead, and Dannylynn has no mother in her life. Anna losing her son broke her heart. HKS, along for the ride. All he talks about is what BELONGS TO Dannylynn..(as he salivates for a piece of the PIE!) ..what????????

105. Let's go back to what's important. This woman actually lived and apparently created a last will and testament. Why doesn't her attorney take the will before the court (along with the executors) and go by her last wishes? Apparently AnnaNicole had enough trust in Howard K Stern (for whatever her reason) to publicly name him as the baby's father, name him co-executor of her estate and actually had him in her child's life. The biological father at this point, should play no part in who takes possession of her body. Let her be laid to rest next to her son (her wishes) and give her some peace. This is becoming a circus and 99% of the men involved are carving notches in their belts because AnnaNicole can't defend herself. Where were they as her REAL friends when she was in agony over Daniel's death, bad publicity and legal problems? Let's be real, she was an actual person who had real life problems and just wanted to be loved. Let her rest and lets give her life memory a little dignity. No one knows what was really in her heart.
