63. Wake up #13. People grow up and make their own decisions. Anna's decisions were all under drug influences that HKS enabled. Anna's mother was a cop, and raised Danny for 6 years along with all her other children as a single mother. It is easy to say trailer trash, etc, but some people have to work for a living, unlike HKS. The reason you don't see tears is because that Grandma is in survival mode. That woman has lost her grandson, daughter and now is fighting to get that baby away from a crazy man. I'm so tired of reading judgmental posts. If you listen to anyone surrounding Anna, they will say that HKS controlled Anna. She was a drug addict, not a bad person. Do you really think the baby would be better off with HKS? It is crazy to blame parents for every decision a person makes. To place blame solely on her mother is crazy. Her mother NEVER enabled her to do drugs. Period. Think what you may think of her mother, but I am tired of judgmental people who think that "trailer" is an excuse to bash people. Obviously Anna had a lot of money, and that didn't solve any of her problems. Stop judging people on the amount of money they have. KARMA

65. I hope Anna's mom allows her to be buried next to her son as well....although...I see that entire thing as Howard's control to isolate them all once again.. Howard has planned this entire thing out....He knew he was on his way out..he knows that child is not his...He started lining up all his little ducks because he saw his ten years of being supported by his parents and Anna and her fame..good, bad, or indifferent, going down the tubes....He knew he was gone..He counted on the fact that people would chalk up Anna's dying to drug abuse and NOT question it.....What did she know? What did she mean when she screamed at Howard in the hospital it was Howard's fault?

Two dead people on his watch...Two dead people in how many months? What are the chances that is going to happen? No real tears from Howard either!....Yeah..HIS life is over he cries to his sister? How narcissistic is that? HIS LIFE IS OVER? Does no one see that statement for what it is? There are two dead people on his watch! One was his paycheck.....When he spoke about them marrying what did he say? They were going to make it "legal".....who says that when they are in love...Ooopss......slipped...that's right. Make it legal so HE would be the beneficiary of everything!

There is something going on here that goes far beyond Anna's family in Texas guys...and that is, that we can not fail to acknowledge the paranoia Anna felt from drugs....Mother's and daughters have problems and I think Howard Stern fed her paranoia...Has no one noticed him feeding that..even in interviews and his own drug use and slurred speech...HIS obsession with death...his and hers. "I don't think Anna would have made it without Dannielyn." I don't think I could go on without Dannielynn." Give me a break..

Not responsible for her death?...Has no one given any thought to the fact that Anna's baby most likely went through drug withdrawals when she was born? What kind of man allows that if he loves his girlfriend and unborn child? What kind of man doesn't force her into treatment?...He allowed it and he's as guilty as she. Worse....

The guy said he lost his whole life..What life? Where were his friends over the 10 year period. Where are the girlfriends of Howard over 10 years? Where is his life?

His sister states they are close...Well, why is it then that she had only met her niece last week-end.....The child is 5 months old! Spare me the BS.....

He hasn't had a pay check according to his own sister, since 1996! His parents have been supporting him! What kind of a man does that? And what they didn't pay for, he weaseled off of his obsession, Anna Nicole.

He was going to be paid back one way or another...Yup, he was.

Squatting in a house he has no right too....Buying yachts on Anna's dime, while she had a 105 degree temperature and was calling in a doctor to see her...yet he couldn't stay with her...Why?

Why is he on a plane giving an interview for which he whined for over an hour and managed to shed very few tears 36 hours after his beloveds death? Hes the one profiting from all the interviews. I bet he'll be the one to sell photo's in the future. The guy is a loser!

Any one notice in the video shown of the break in.....it was his body guard who pointed out everything that had been taken...And did anyone notice how Howard went straight to the closet to look in exactly the place where he knew things were hidden....

Why can't this guy look into the camera or look anyone in the eyes? The only time he looks into the camera is to accuse someone...This is an ANGRY passive aggressive guy!

An attorney who was speaking for his own sister last night said Howard lost his objectivity when he got involved with his client. He said as well...Anna was Howard's ONLY client!

Good grief...the writing is on the wall here......Everyone is saying the same thing...Is everyone wrong...or could it just possibly be the ONE person, Howard, who is wrong...

I am very concerned for this little girl...being born to a dysfunctional and drug addicted parent...along with all the other dysfunction and questions surrounding the man who has her in his"care" has already pretty much ensured this child to have an unpleasant life and struggles down the road due to nine months of being nourished by drugs...Everyone around her failed her....

Now she is in the hands of a co-dependent man who is as sick, if not sicker, than Anna........

Personally, I think the only reason she left Larry was because he confronted her about her drug usage while pregnant.....By default, because Howard was such a desperate enabler she allowed him in.

Time to stop criticizing Anna...she's dead....This country can cry out for the truth and help a child...I suggest we do it...

67. Here's a thought for everyone.......I think HKS staged the "break-in" of the house in the Bahamas so that:
(1) When they ask him for Anna's Will he can say.....it was stolen (remember...he CLAIMS to be the Executor)
(2) When they ask him for the documents stating he is the legal owner of the home he's in, he can say....gee, it was stolen, too (we all know who legally and rightfully owns that home.....and it's NOT HKS)

Get the picture? Also, what lawyer in his right mind would save/store IMPORTANT
(3) When they ask for the birth certificate, he can say.....OMG! it was stolen, too!!

You get the picture.....also....what lawyer in his right mind would store/save legal documents on the top shelf of a closet???? He stole everything else, too....the pics and everything....to use later when he needs to make more money (off Anna).

And if Larry really loved Anna, since the beginning he would have just ask ed for visitation rights, not for legal and physical custody. 71. Anna's mom raised Daniel the first 6 years of his life. If she was so bad/abusive why did Anna leave her "beloved" son Daniel with her while she stripping for 7 + years?
Virgie has retired after 28 years as a sheriff's deputy so she must be somewhat stable to keep a job for so long.

72. First of all after weighing all the pros and cons of this situation, I strongly feel that she was "controlled" by Mr Stern from the git go. He never wanted anyone close to her, family, friends ect. because it was not to his advantage.
Money makes people do weird things and sometimes bad things that they would never even think of unless they were desperate for it. Did Mr Stern have a gambling or drug problem that is yet to come out? Clearly Anna has been in trouble for years and to me evidentally the walls came tumbling down for Mr. Stern with this baby now to content with. If he thought it was his or could be legally then get the son out of the way and he would be clear to secure the Fortune that Anna was waiting to receive. Now who do you think would manage that for her? Pretty Boy of course. AND if he was so concerned and loved her so then why as sick as she was was he out using her money to buy this boat instead of being by her side? He is a SICK individual who if nothing elsed used his position with her to get exactly what he wanted. I fully believe with all of my heat that he druged her and kept her that way for his own benefit. Wonder who he was in it with. Daniels death he is responsible for too and someone needs to look into it. I am worried about the safety of Larry Birkhead and Annas mother. Mr. Stern it seems will stop at nothing to have his way. He may not have shot them with a gun but murder comes in all forms. He is responsible and he must face the concequences. THe baby is the one who needs to be out of his grasp and into a safe and secure enviroment. He may "Luv" her like he loved Anna and her son.
