Nanny: Anna Underfed Baby to Make Her "Sexy"

TMZ has obtained an explosive legal document written by Anna Nicole Smith's former nanny, which contains shocking accusations about her former boss, including suicide attempts, sex romps, and a claim that Smith dangerously starved Dannielynn because "She wanted her baby to be 'sexy'."

According to the sworn affidavit written in the Bahamas on December 4, 2006, Quethlie Alexis claims she received repeated threats from Smith, aka Vickie Marshall, to "underfeed" Dannielynn because, "Ms. Marshall was obsessed with making sure that her baby was 'sexy.' Ms. Marshall knew that the correct amount of baby food was 3 ounces every 3 hours ... Ms. Marshall insisted that the maximum I was to give was 2.5 ounces." Alexis claims that Smith enforced the order by "making sure the baby monitor was kept on all the time." Alexis adds Dannielynn "is badly underweight and not thriving, as a baby should."

According to the document, Alexis says that Smith threatened to "shoot her" if the baby ever addressed the nanny as "Mummy."

In the document, Alexis also claims that during her brief employment, Smith "attempted to commit suicide" on two separate occasions. "On the first occasion, she drank in my presence an entire bottle of what I believed to be a sleeping aid." Alexis claims that when Smith woke up from the resulting 48-hour coma, she blurted out the words "I wanted to die ... I meant to kill myself."

According to the documents, Alexis claims that Smith also "tried to drown herself" in her swimming pool. Alexis claims that Howard K. Stern rescued Smith from the pool. Alexis claims she heard Stern say to Smith after the rescue, "If anything happens to you, I would go to jail."

The document also describes the "flagrant sexual relationship" between Smith and the Bahamian Minister of Immigration, Shane Gibson. According to the affidavit, Alexis never witnessed Gibson and Smith having sex, but the former nanny claims the minister would, "spend hours alone with Ms. Marshall in her bedroom" on a "daily basis."

47. Anna was on drugs and had issues. When you're all messed up all the time, who knows what will come out of your mouth. She was mourning the loss of her son. I don't care who you are, you shouldn't have to bury your own child. So you take that massive loss and add it to the drugs she was taking...and here we are...

48. Just a question for everyone who keeps saying that Howard is to blame for ANS's death....

Why on Earth would he want her dead? She was worth more to him alive in my opinion. Now that Anna is dead, he is going to lose the baby AND the money...the child is OBVIOUSLY not his---with Dannilynn being Anna's sole living heir, whoever gets the baby gets the money. Howard won't be getting either.

A paternity test will prove that the baby isn't his---if Anna was alive, he would have access to her money as he has for over 10 years now!

49. What the F???? I am telling yall just as sure as I am from the South, by the end of the week, another man will come forward and one of her "inner circle" or "family " will give an exclusive to either ET or the Insider. My God, just let her rest in peace.

50. I've never posted on this site but read it frequently. I think TMZ is simply doing a bettter job of investigative reporting than most of the other outlets.

They obviously searched court records in Bahamas, something other media oulet's reporters failed to think of.

That being said, how stupid are some of you that you don't quite grasp that this document was filed in court 2 months BEFORE ANS died? Obviously this woman was filing some sort of wrongful dismissal lawsuit. Whether her statements are true, I'm sure will be debated. I tend to believe it. But no one paid anyone off to come forward now to drag ANS through the mud. Again, this document was filed TWO MONTHS BEFORE SHE DIED PEOPLE. And is it really that much of a stretch of the imagination, knowing what we know about ANS through the years, to believe this nanny? The attempted suicide by drownin has already been colaborated, the Minister's relationship, has been colaborated somewhet through the photos that were released yesterday. No, they don't show them having sex but you can't deny they show a certain level of initimacy with them. The drugs she speaks of, c'mon we all knew she was zonked 24/7. And she was obsessed with her weight, so why wouldn't she transfer that obsession to her daughter in her deluded state?

TMZ will just run anything they dont care if it is true or not...tabloid trash..if you are going to release something on another person exp. someone who is dead and cant fight back at least make sure it is true. i have seen some real messed up things on this site and some of the are so far fetched dont even sound true, but they sure as hell still run them. Poor anna cant even catch a break after she has passed...

54. I am telling you people will say anything just to be a part of all this. Everyone has seen the baby on tv and she looked healthy then. I am sure anna might not have been the best mother right after the baby was born, but hello she had just lost her son. people are just coming out of know with all these made up stories. it is really sad she couldnt get any peace when she was alive and its even worse now that she is gone. i think howard just pack up the baby and run far away never to be seen again....to hell with all these gold diggin fools claiming to care. he has been with her forever and truly cared for her and daniel, so take the baby and go!!

55. Will this ever stop? Of all the pictures i've seen that baby was very healthy. And on the interviews when the baby was being fed they were full bottles. This woman is laying in a freezer and people continue to keep on and on about how bad Anna was. I don't believe any of these documents. I believe Anna did try to commit suicide. But to all the women out there, she just gave birth-how many of us have gone through stages of post partum-on top of all these body changes can you imagine waking up in your hospital room and your oldest child has just died, she's grieving over her son. Plus everything else that she was being hit with. The baby didn't look like a baby born with an addiction. For all the drugs she was suppose to have done, the baby had very good coordination. And now Anna was having an affair hours in her bedroom. Geez, when did she get the time for all these hours behind closed doors? When your "supposingly" that far gone on drugs, did she have sex for hours on hours. Thought she couldn't even stay alert that long. God, please let somebody tell the truth. As this little girl gets older and does research on her mother, imagine how she's going to feel. No, nobody cares about that. Go ahead world and keep ditching and ditching Anna, you got what you wanted, she's dead. Please live her alone.

56. I really feel terrible about the loss of Ana Nicole. She was a single mom and did all she could to make her life work. I believe she loved the people around her, including her late husband, she appreciated how much he helped and showed his love by taking care of her. Unfortunatly, some people try to make money doing very unscrupulous things. And anyone in that household could have ordered drugs using her name....and used them for any purpose....

57. I believe most of what the nanny said about Anna Nicole. I don't think the baby was underfed dramatically, but perhaps it was fed less than what she was supposed to be fed. I believe Anna was in so much despair over her son Daniel, perhaps she wasn't acting the way she normally would. I don't think Anna represented herself properly. I think the reason for this goes back into her childhood. Maybe she felt she had to act the way she did to get love and admiration. I hate it for her, and she was very beautiful, and may she rest in peace. I personally think Larry Birkhead is the father, because the facial features and nose looks the same. I personally think he would be the best role model for DannieLynn. I also think Howard K. Stern know a lot more about Anna's and Daniel's methadone use. A person has to wonder, since Anna was supposed to get Mr. Marshall's billion dollar estate, Daniel was the one to receive it if she passed. Daniel died in Sept. 06, now 5 months later, Anna is dead. Who is executor? You got it! Howard K. Stern. He claims DannieLynn is his, and her name is on the birth certificate. However, I am not accusing Howard K. Stern of anything, it just seems eerie it all happened within a certain period of time.

58. Um, is it me or did the name of the nanny change? I just looked at the document 5 minutes ago and her name was 'Nadine' born in 1975. Now her name is 'Quelthie' born in 1970. WTF?!!

I totally agree with the comment of Povv!!!!!We are so quick to judge everybody but the poor dead girl ANS she put herself in the situation and the rest are going to have to pay because they were involved with her..You have to pay for what you do.. NONE OF THESE PEOPLE ARE INCCENT VICTIMS ARE THEY WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AROUND ANS......I WOULD LIKE SOMEONES'S OPINION OF THAT SO CALLED PERSON jACKEE.......SHE WANTS TO BLAME STERN...I BELEIVE SHES IN WITH BIRHEAD AND VERGIE. tHAT WHY BIRKHEAD IS KEEPING QUITE HE AND VERGIE AND JACKEE, THE THOMPSON FAIMILY ALL DOING HIS DIRTY WORK....................IF ANYONE INVOLVED WITH ANS HAD ANY SENSE THEY WOULD NOT BE ON TV SPILLING THIS ...THEY WOULD DO LIKE THE NANNY AND GIVE A LEGAL STATEMENT TO THE AUTHORITIES TO PROTECT THEIRSELFS....................ATLEAST STERN HAS SOME LEGAL DOCUMENTS AS TO WHAT ANS WANTED SHE DIDN'T CARE ABOUT ANYONE ELSE TO HAVE IT SAID..HELL SHE DIDN'T EVEN CARE ABOUT HERSELF....PC 2-14-07
