Nanny: Anna Underfed Baby to Make Her "Sexy"

TMZ has obtained an explosive legal document written by Anna Nicole Smith's former nanny, which contains shocking accusations about her former boss, including suicide attempts, sex romps, and a claim that Smith dangerously starved Dannielynn because "She wanted her baby to be 'sexy'."

According to the sworn affidavit written in the Bahamas on December 4, 2006, Quethlie Alexis claims she received repeated threats from Smith, aka Vickie Marshall, to "underfeed" Dannielynn because, "Ms. Marshall was obsessed with making sure that her baby was 'sexy.' Ms. Marshall knew that the correct amount of baby food was 3 ounces every 3 hours ... Ms. Marshall insisted that the maximum I was to give was 2.5 ounces." Alexis claims that Smith enforced the order by "making sure the baby monitor was kept on all the time." Alexis adds Dannielynn "is badly underweight and not thriving, as a baby should."

According to the document, Alexis says that Smith threatened to "shoot her" if the baby ever addressed the nanny as "Mummy."

In the document, Alexis also claims that during her brief employment, Smith "attempted to commit suicide" on two separate occasions. "On the first occasion, she drank in my presence an entire bottle of what I believed to be a sleeping aid." Alexis claims that when Smith woke up from the resulting 48-hour coma, she blurted out the words "I wanted to die ... I meant to kill myself."

According to the documents, Alexis claims that Smith also "tried to drown herself" in her swimming pool. Alexis claims that Howard K. Stern rescued Smith from the pool. Alexis claims she heard Stern say to Smith after the rescue, "If anything happens to you, I would go to jail."

The document also describes the "flagrant sexual relationship" between Smith and the Bahamian Minister of Immigration, Shane Gibson. According to the affidavit, Alexis never witnessed Gibson and Smith having sex, but the former nanny claims the minister would, "spend hours alone with Ms. Marshall in her bedroom" on a "daily basis."

but now since her mummies gone she has been able to recooperate and gain weight to be a healthy baby
i feel bad for this child
shes going to go through so much for the rest of her life

47. Umm, is it me or did the name of the nanny change? I looked at the document about 5 minutes ago and her name was 'Nadine' with a birthdate in 1975. Now her name is Quelthie and she was born in 1970? WTF?!!

Not very credible "documents".

49. This is such crap. I agree the baby looked healthy in her pictures. On CNN there is a photo gallery of regular people meeting her and everyone said she was warm and not like a diva like most celebs. she seemed to really appreciate the attention her fans were giving her and did more than most celebs do in terms of giving back like autographs and pictures.
Everything in this document is questionable. anyone can say anything about anyone and it will spread.

57. It is so amazing that there are so many of Anna's so called friends coming out to say this and that about her. First of all I would love to ask Anna's nurse why she didn't think Anna should have been admitted to a hospital with a fever of 105. She claims that it would have caused a publicity frenzy. But didn't she think Anna's death would be a much worse publicity frenzy..And why was she left all alone. These people are all lookin to get there five minutes of fame they obviously didn't care about Anna they cared about what she was willing to pay them whether it be for services or for friendship..........Anna wanted to be loved..May she rest in peace.............HOWARD K. For crying out loud, now we have more negative & purely unbelievable stuff coming out against Anna....what some people won't do to get a story out...i guess in a world in which a celebrity lives....their lives get scrutinized no matter what....its truly sad what the media....including the print media are doing to Anna , now that she has died...We all have skeletons in our closet...what makes us so judgemental of other people....especially of those that we don't know personally...I hope somehow that this Story will be laid to rest once the paternity of little Dannielynn is who her Father is & let the little girl have the life she deserves.

I'm sure that Stern is not taking the dna test because he is not the father, but ANS did want him to be named as the father,cause of the money.........This is what it all boils down to with everybody including Vergie,birkhead,and Stern.. 60. First of all - TMZ is doing a GREAT job of investigating this case and I don't see anything wrong with that. Second, the Affidavit is real. Third, it is a matter of PUBLIC record and LAST it was filed TWO MONTHS BEFORE ANNA DIED. That being said, I do not think this woman is trying to profit off anything. All you people defending Anna are the same ones who probably trashed her when she was alive. Go back and read the comments about her before she dies. Out of hundreds of comments maybe like one or two would be positive. So now that she's dead all these supporters are coming out of the woodwork? She is a saint now? I don't think so. Remember that episode of Dawson's Creek when that bitch drowned and Jen was the only with enough balls to call it like it was? Well I am gonna be that person. Anna Nicole Smith was a lying whore and you all know it. I only see one fucked up woman and a lying, dirt-bag attorney (HKS). The mother and Larry Birkhead are the normal ones. I hope the mom gets temporary custody of Dannielynn and when paternity is determined I hope the baby goes to Larr y Birkhead. End of story.
