92. If the Nanny had any real concerns for Anna Nicole Smith's baby, she would have spoken up sooner or at the very least reported the situation annonymously to the authorities. I feel the alledged statements she made are false.

Perhaps the Nanny was simply jealous of Ms. Smith's fame. Or she wanted her 15 minutes of fame. And willing to do whatever it took to do so.

94. Truly scary how most of you are still in denial that Vicki was nothing more than a self-absorbed mentally stunted liar. Yes, liar. She cared more about herself than she ever did about both her children and *money* was her driving motive for everything she sought. When oh when will people wise up. This "Anna" character she morphed into was only for her and playhubby Howard K. Stern, who now is in charge of yet another possible victim that could meet the same fate as Daniel. Think about Vicki's kids and tell me you still can say, "poor Anna". One, the only thing 'poor' thing about her was the ending balance of her bank account, and two, 'poor Anna' was a cartoon character whose presence is no longer available for those who worship fictional characters. My condolences to those who knew Vicki. It must have been hell trying to help her, then being dismissed by she and HKS when it become obvious you didn't offer her money, goods, or real estate.

98. It's so sad what people will do seeking their moment of fame. This is a ruthless way to go about it. Remember we all must face our maker one day! If this nanny was so concerned for the welfare of the baby and her life had been threatened, why not go to the authorities? No, she waits for their to be a death and then sees dollar signs, how sad. Anna suicidal, this may be the only truth, but this also is only speculation, she had lost her son, I'm sure she had lost a huge piece of herself, but she was also trying to thrive for her daughter. How dare people now continue in death as they did in life...... do not make up stories in benefit of yourself, the gossip mill is already bad enough without people like you, SHAME ON YOU!!!!! 99. This affidavit was filed in DECEMBER 2006. A COPY was stolen from the house the day after ans died. Did any of you happen to see HKS on ET the other night when he was showing the Bahamian Police the spot in the closet where all the "legal documents" were taken from? This was CLEARLY one of the documents. He was plainly PANICKING when he realized they were gone.

I personally do not care about TMZ and whether or not they had them "stolen", I think this is the ONLY way we will learn how SICK and DEMENTED HKS and ANS really were.

100. I don't know, I kind of believe most of these charges. Come on, ANS was completely off her nut, I wouldn't put anything past her. As for all of these documents being obtained by TMZ HKS said on camera that a bunch of private documents had been stolen from her home in the Bahamas. It would be likely that she would have a copy of this document in her records. Not to mention it would likely be a public document.

As for the veracity of the witness who really knows, but I've seen the photos of her loving up on the prime minister, I've heard the story of the suicide attempt and the bodyguard pulling her out of the pool. She was a drug addled mess just like Birkhead has been claiming for months. He has said all along she was on methadone and was using it during pregnancy. All of these wild accusations are one by one being found to have a basis in truth. Was the nanny a disgruntled employee? You bet, but that does not necessarily make her a liar, just angry enough to tattle.

Put plain and simply ANS was a mess and would have OD'd sooner or later. I just think HKS was banking on the later, he probably figured he could get her to the altar before it happened. Well, he gambled and he lost.

I bet doughnuts to dollars that psychologically AnnaVickie had a Narcissistic Personality Disorder (sociopathic). That she made Daniel extremely co-dependent. That growing up Anna/Vickie's household had issues but not drastic but that her later teenage and adult drug useage has made her emotionally stunted (and intellectually as well). She was actually on TV saying that Dannielynn could say "mama" (um..at 5 months old ..they are not speaking words my dear)...that is very narcissitic for her to say so. Anytime she was wasted and in the public it was "i love my fans, they love me" etc. Narcissists love having others take care of them no matter how much they already know that it won't be requited. (Howards love for her and how she rejected him...even pubicly as a romantic interest). Howard is a co-dependent to the max as well as no fool to live and take care of Anna because he had no income and he was hedging on the big payoff as a lawyer he knew this would take patience and time. As a man he knew he wasn't ever going to score better looking than Anna so he might as well get the attention he could get. . His deal with Anna was NO payment until the Marshall suit was finished. It was a contingency case ONLY.

Anna was a narcissistist going waaaaaaaaaay back. When she first scored playboy etc...she would ask her family members "if you love me..you'll get a tattoo of me". One aunt was convinced to have a HUGE tat of Anna on her back. Nieces etc. have em on their arms...remember..Kimmmie the assistant has one too?
I do not believe Howard killed her. I do believe he bought into all of it. Could never say no to her. She stopped raising Daniel along time ago and became his 'friend" as she was emotionally a very young teenager at best. She would ask questions of Daniel inappropriate things to get his attention, she would be inappropriate around Daniel even as a little boy. I have NO DOUBT...she loved Daniel. I am sure he heart was shattered beyond belief at his death. But she was an indulgent woman who got parented by her own son. HE was straight and narrow and fragile because SHE put so much pressure on him to take care of HER. Howard is not a murderer...he is a woos and bought into her whims...especially regarding Larry Burkhead. His family backs Howard up because they became 'yes' people too. They'd all benefit from having Anna in their family....let the good times roll.
How sad. Danny knew this...he was the saddest kid ya ever saw on that show. Can you imagine...the kid growing into a young adult and that moment of realization of what his mom acts like? THAT is why he was having trouble...and starting to separate himself. He almost made it.
No matter what...Anna's mom..looks like someone who has had enough of drugged out kids. Her lack of emotion is more indifference through struggle than cold. I wish she and Larry Birkhead would sign something saying they will drop the Marshall suit if they get custody. I believe in their authentic care for the child.

104. I dont think he wanted her dead. I think he wanted her druged up. And she OD'ed.

In my opinion when her son died, Anna begun to see HKS and the lifestyle he showed her is danderous, and wanted to pull away from him.

Her screaming "it's your fault" after his death is proof of that to me.

He could not lose her so he kept her drugged up. He knew that if she was clear minded she might kick his ass to the curb.

What mother would have a "marriage" weeks after death of her son? Only one that was in such state she didnt know what she is doing.
