16. Wow, look whats coming out. I do expect Dr. Kapoor to loose that medical license of his. ANS sure does have some "magical" powers. Getting Bahamian Residency, getting illegal prescriptions, etc. Being a mother I can not understand why someone would abuse drugs even when pregnant. I hope the baby doesnt have any developmental delays due to the drug and alcohol use.

20. She was irresponsible and selfish. She only thought about feeding her drug habit and indulging her every whim. She was a horrendous mother and, she alone, was responsible for Daniel's death. You can all blame Howard Stern but he did not chain her down and force drugs down her throat. He got her into rehab once but she relapsed and continued her cycle of self abuse. She was 39 not some young, impressionable kid. She knew exactly what she was doing. To take drugs and drink while pregnant is akin to murder! Why would anyone want Dannielynn to go to her family in Texas? They are the ones who raised Anna Nicole and how she turned out is directly associated with her upbringing. If Danielynn winds up being raised by ANS's white, trash mom she will turn out pretty much the same as Anna Nicole...that baby deserves better!

21. #11 I seriously agree with you... what is with these people who have been writing about ANS like they lost their Mother Theresa? Sure, feel sorry for her... but get a grip on reality, the creature was responsible for her own fate... it was her OWN fault, and her baby is better off without her.

I have to agree that if she was this messed up on drugs and then wanting her daughter to be a ... sexy baby ? WTF ???!!! Maybe her being gone will give this innocent little baby girl a fresh start !

I still say the little one should be adopted by an outside > stable < family . Danni lynn's money should be put into a trust fund until she is 18 .

This would stop the leeches out for blood money ( interviews ect. ) This child deserves a fresh start .

30. I am ashamed to live in this country at times, and this is one of those! Anna Nicole Smith is dead...she wont come back, cant we leave her to rest in peace? Let the legal system quietly do what its suppose to do with the families involved and not spread it and cover it all over the media. The reality of this thing is this: Anna Nicole Smith was someone we should really pitty, all the fame,all the money she had...and yet she was not happy at all. The worst thing about all this is that she had really no one who loved her. The people that are after the publicity and the possible money from her death....SCUMS!
