Anna Methadone Doc -- That's Entertainment

The doctor who prescribed methadone to a very pregnant Anna Nicole Smith to a phony name and had it shipped to the Bahamas -- has an interesting medical practice.

TMZ broke the story that Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who practices in Los Angeles, wrote a prescription for methadone on August 25, 13 days before Anna Nicole gave birth.

TMZ searched the internet and found a description of Dr. Kapoor's practice in an advertisement for someone who has worked "in an outpatient based settling." In the description of his practice, Dr. Kapoor lists "Entertainment Medicine."

TMZ contacted St. John's Hospital in Santa Monica which caters to celebrities, and a spokesman there said he had never heard of "Entertainment Medicine."

18. We can all TALK about this on this site, but what needs to happen is people talking to the congressman in this area, and then things will GET DONE! This man needs to lose his license, and NOW!!! I will be e-mailing the correct people.

22. The address on the RX is 2800 N. Ashland, not on Google, and Stern's Santa Monica address was or is 2800 Neilsen Way found at zabasearch.com When Stern called in the presciption, he gave a phony name and address committing fraud with a controlled substance, which is a felony, why isn't he being detained for this? Why the need for a phony address?

23. LINDA BELL BLUE, Producer of Entertainment Tonight should be ashamed of herself! ET has turned into a Reality Grief Show and the actors are being paid. This is a pathetic and troubling cycle TV has taken. Not only that, but are her Anchors clean and sober, or are they part of the whole mess? My point is, they "were there" for all the "moments" and taped a woman on film who was clearly not of this world at the time and they did nothing to help her, did nothing to make a difference.

All ET has done with ANS and her life is profit from shaming her and showing her at her worst and then profiting from her death. I mentor at risk individuals and people who are trying desperately to clear up their life and everything about ANS in the last year has been a serious cry for help and to those of you who say she made the decisions, you are sadly mistaken. Never, never, have I know an addict who has made a WISE, SMART or HEALTHY decision, until they make the decision to STOP the cycle of abuse to their body and soul! Plus, addiction causes the addict to come up with stories and victim scenarios as to why they are in the place they are in, at the moment. They are trying to justify things in their own head and yes, it sounds real and believable. It breaks my heart every time I watch another human lose their life to drugs and my heart breaks in tinier pieces when I know there were people who could have made a difference and did nothing.

26. .....I am loving the new age of entertainment reporting so very instantly via the internet......no one has time to run and hide anymore and if you're not living a clean life and happen to be a celebrity, Harvey and the gang will be all over your ass - just ask Mel......thank you for the service you do by giving us all THE TRUTH, which is that the rich and famous DO NOT have a free pass to happiness, and many times, are actually very sad, sick individuals who become like prey to the Hollywood animal that eventually eats them alive......sad, entertaining, and educational......

30. You have to admit she is beautiful. I believe HKS had the scripts mailed there. To make ANS look bad when he got ready to kill her. Hopefully today they will release her body to her mom. They need to take the baby today, too.
