If he was in love with her, he would not let her "be with" for hours a day with the Minister of Immigration, secluded in her bedroom. I do tend to beleive this nanny, for the fact that this affidavit was filed in DECEMBER, not after her death.

33. The special treatment by authorities in California makes me sick. If anything has to do with the Hollywood system no rules seem to apply. The reason the glitteratti is drug infested is because the doctors and pharmacies make a ton of money being legit dope peddlers.

Traffic laws, US laws, drug laws and any other law that keep the social order is nonexistent in the Golden State. If the L A basin would seceede from the rest of the country we would be better off. Let them go crazy like some futuristic movie and kill each other. What do we care!

34. Why did she need to order drugs from a doctor in Los Angeles to be shipped to the Bahamas? She could have gotten the same medication in the Bahamas directly without going through so much trouble. Certainly if she was so easily able to get Bahamian residency approved she would have had no problem getting a local doctor there to prescribe the meds. This entire scenario makes no sense at all.

Look at her; strutting for the camera (the only friend she never lied to) & making all sorts of stupid illiterate f*** faces, probably drugged out or drunk, showing off her body (which was her only talent or skill). 42. Oh my gosh #6 (Kim) and everyone like you, can you put any more blame on Stern. He could have been on the moon and people like you would still blame him, and based on what evidence? Anna and Daniel took drugs on their own, Stern didn't mix it in their drinks, they are to blame, NOT Stern. That's like saying a person who eats fast food everyday has a right to blame a fast food restaurant....hello, no one puts a gun to your head. Human beings have free will in case you didn't get the memo. It's unfortunate, but if drugs were the cause of death for Anna as they were for Daniel, the only people to blame were the people who were taking the drugs on their own will.

43. I applaude this Judge...its time to put the matters in order here and prior to Annas death they were in the process of getting the DNA and finding out who the father is. I think Howard Stern is a very quilty party here in the sudden death of both Anna and her son. He is and enabler....and he should of demanded Anna get some pychological help for the depression instead of masking the problem with more drugs which took her son. Anna was destined to see history repeat itself rather than think of this new baby that is now going to be a living legacy of her somewhat of a joke of life. If Howard Stern is the man and the baby's daddy he seems so reluctant to admit to a DNA test. Also, in the matter of what her mother has to do with this .....she gave this woman life and regardless of their differences shes entitled to some decisions here .....perhaps after all is said and done the mother will admit Anna would of wanted to be buried with her beloved son.

44. I disagree with MISSNYC's comments about HK$.

Remember, he's claiming the baby is his. If he knowingly allowed her to take narcotics during this pregnancy, and facilitated her narcotic dependency, he can be accused in the USA of drug charges regarding the baby. He allowed her to remain drug dependent for years, and facilitated the move to the Bahamas, etc. without getting help for her rehabilitation.

45. It would be nice IF the judge could release her body to her mother with the stipulation that it MUST be buried in the bahamas pursuant to her obvious wish to be buried near her son.

I would hate for HK$ to win this legal argument and establish a precedent. HE WILL MAKE A DEAL with Entertainment tonight to Televise the funeral most likely and HE SHOULD BE STOPPED from further profitting.

PATERNITY must be immediately established and in the interim she should be placed in a neutral party's care...even with the fired babysitter. btw her affadavit was SCARY and filed 2 months before ANS died.

THE BAHAMAS NEEDS TO REVOKE his guardianship ASAP.
Howie almost got it all...what he thought was harmless enabling so he could control him cost her her life and prevented him from realizing his dream. He should have let her choose him SOBER. And his family and sister in particular are just ridiculous...cannot believe people give them airtime. They are his spin machine.

also re: any purported money hopefully ANS set up a trust for danielyn...she gets the trust Marshall set up for Daniel...and that NO father has too much control of that. Old man marshall did NOT want ANS to have half his fortune...likely some reasonable amount but not half. She completely blew him off once they were married and showed up when she needed something. He WISED UP and after a few MONTHS of the marriage had the bulk of his estate placed in TRUST...to protect it from her VULTURE claws. Sadly...she may end up in the hands of a vulture stern...who will pimp her out in death as in life...so sad

hoping birkhead gets the baby and moves to iowa or some place in the midwest to shield her.
