62. I THINK HIS ADD WAS STUPID AND POORLY EXECUTED. IF HE PROOF READ AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING, HE PROBABLY COULD HAVE CHANGED IT TO READ AS HIS SPECIALTY WAS CELEBRITY MEDICINE AND ADDICTED ONES PREFERRED. IT'S ALL INSANE, BUT I'M SURE IT HAPPENS ALL THE TIME. HE JUST HAD TO ADVERTISE BECAUSE BUSINESS DIDN'T COME TO HIM NATURALLY. HE WAS PROBABLY BUSY WITH OTHERS ON NARCOTICS. HIS PATIENTS WILL PROBABLY START TO COME FORWARD NOW WITH STORIES TO SELL ABOUT THEIR OWN ILLEGAL TYPE RELATIONSHIPS. WATCH AND SEE. THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE DOCS PROBLEMS. THIS IS JUST GOING TO BRING ALL KINDS OF PEOPLE OUT OF THE WOODWORK.

63. I think it is a shame that ANS was treated with methadone. Since her son'[s death according to Howard Stern she was fixated with death even having a dress made for her funeral. This clearly shows that she may have been suicidal. Where was the Psych help that it sounds like she needed Both the doctor in California and the lawyer needs to be checked out. Any one fixated with death may be thinking about suicide I hope that justice is done what ever that may be

66. This is to 28 and all the other HKS supporters. HE IS AN ENABLERand he is the reason she is dead! ANS kept him around to procure her drugs for her and to keep her high. He absolutely controlled her life with drugs and he should be arrested for his role in her death! This man had one client ONLY and he abetted her death, if not caused it outright. He has no income, the two of them never paid for anything...just used and abused other people. Do you know he got one million dollars plus expenses from The Insider since ANS died? And that doesn't count what The Insider had been paying her all these months for her story. He wrote up all her legal papers to benefit himself, a nothing loser! Trust me, he will be found out and he is such a coward he'll either flee to some unknown place or kill himself. Get that little girl away from him before she's dead, too, especially since he made sure that he's in control of all her money. And her will is incredible. I hope it gets thrown out!

67. This comment is in response the # 11's comment regarding Anna Nicole Smith. I just want to point out that no one really knows what was going on, but you cannot say that "ANS did not have a severe chronic pain indication". Cancer is NOT the only thing that can cause horrible, chronic pain! Many diseases and conditions are "invisible" conditions...........which means that the person appears perfectly normal. To name just a very few of these: MS, Fibromyalgia, Ankylosing Spondilitis, Lupus, Myofascial Pain Syndrome........I could go on and on!
While it did appear that Anna was under the influence at times, can we please not judge her on the things that we have NO way of knowing anything about, such as her level of pain?? Aside from her physical pain, I'm sure that she also had much emotional pain, which was probably to blame for a lot of her actions. May she rest in peace!

68. This is amazing. ANS gets all kinds of painkillers and if I need one extra sleeping pilll, I cannot get one. The drugstore looks at me like I am a drug addict.

69. Again, anyone will do anything for a buck, why should doctor's be different. He knew what he was doing, but hark is that green I hear calling....$$$$$ cha ching....and life goes on. Are we really so surprised to read all this or hear it? This life style has been around for ever...Though Anna sure did top the cake...lol everything in her life seems to be so complicated and still is more so in her death...the girl was a mess, and passed it on., sort of like STD's....lol poor thing may she rest in peace and that innocent daughter be kept away from evil money hungry people, I hope the cycle is broken..........salvadda

70. Is this Kapoor a Doctor or a Physicians Assistant? Is it possible she had AIDS? Kapoor lists "national and international clinical pharmacuetical trials" did he figure Howard, who by the way is in the picture to the side with Kapoor, needed to do a TRIAL??? Are there anymore shipments to the Bahamas before this? Smells of Howard K. Stern to me but then I'm not a Doctor, a Pharmacist or a Lawyer nor possibly a future criminal juror in the death of Anna Nicole Smith. My opinion? Go Larry!

I can almost swear of Anna could talk she would be telling the world what an evil man HKS was and sadly still is!! (without any drugs of course!)

The doctor, should have to produce documentation that he had examined Ms. Smith in his office during her pregancy for closer monitoring of patient and fetus, before issuing drugs of that nature, and having them shipped to another country, further more and most importantly he should also have to produce information contained in her medical record indicating she needed those drugs for specific reasons to the drug task force adminitration or any other authority governing physicians.

75. According to Howard's sister just 2 hours before Anna died she was running a 105 fever and he had her put in a bathtub full of ice to bring the fever down. Why didn't he take her to the hospital--because Stern said it would have brought about bad publicity. Duh--like letting her die in the hotel room until Stern gave his permission to call 911 was good publicity?? Only 3 people were present in Anna's hospital room when Danny died and now Stern the lover/lawyer is the executor of a will in which Dannielynn is not even mentioned.. Let Vergie bring them all back to Texas--maybe Dannielynn has a chance to survive this way. Howard Stern's track record of care giving leaves something to be desired.
