77. Does it escape everyone's attention that ANS buried Daniel there? Why would anyone support the thought of exhuming him and burying him and ANS in Texas? ANS left there and NEVER looked back for a reason. We may never know exactly what the reason was or why, but that is what she did. 78. Without meaning ANY disrespect or disgust, is it possible ( with all the sperm freezing and negotiating) that anna could have carried ( by invetro fertilization) Daniels child? Could that be why Stern is so quick to produce Annas will and so slow at produceing his own DNA sample? He KNEW what her will left to whom and to whom it would be going to. Also Marshall left Danny a great deal of money, where is it now? The childs name indicates it was named "after" Danny. Can Dannys DNA be tested now? iI this were to become a real scenerio, it would explain ALOT of the actions,secrets and mysteries. It has been indicated by more than one,and needs researched. 80. medically speaking, methadone is much healthier for the mother and baby than the painkillers and nerve pills ANS has been taking for years. there are no side effects or long term complications that a baby will have from the mother using methadone during pregnancy. methadone is given to pregnant women all the time.

81. Dr. Kapoor is my doctor. I've been seeing him for several years. I am not a "star" or any kind of Hollywood insider -- just a regular patient with a regular, 9 to 5 job. He's a wonderful doctor, and I'm sure, when the media circus has passed him by, his prescription of methadone will prove to have been the correct one. As addled as Ms. Smith appeared to be, she was apparently aware that the cocktail of drugs she was taking would be harmful to her baby. In order to help wean her off those drugs, she was given methadone, which is not uncommon in pregnant women who are drug addicts.

83. I don't see how HKS would get rid of ANS, she was supporting him. He has no home, money and many things to answer for. He seems to always be around when disaster strikes. I do think he was an enabler and everyone around her as well. As I heard one Dr. say, an addict will push away anyone that tries to stop them from taking drugs. I don't think she really wanted this baby and all the responsibilities that go with raising one. If ahe wanted to change her ways, she would have tried harder. When she was in Houston at the Marshall trial, she was put in the hospital there with a sprained wrist and given morphine. Unbelievable!

I think it's very tragic that Howard Stern shot a movie of his "beloved"as she was crashing.Any good judge would gleen in a new york minute that this is not a loving .caring ,compassionate individual.Certainly this man is not daddy material,maybe "sugar daddy"but not a father of a child.He is an enabler and pathetic person.The cycle of abuse continues ,her mom ,howard they all scream"show me the money".Could you imagine if you were really ill and your lover,best friend , partner,was filming you instead of hugging you or rushing you to the hospital?

I HAD COUNTLESS PAIN BLOCKS ( SPINAL NERVE BLOCKS GIVEN LIKE EPIDURAL ). I HAD NERVES CARTARIZED, & TRIED ELECTRICAL STIMULATOR PUMP TO HELP WITH CHRONIC PAIN & MEDS LIKE CRAZY. ANTI- INFLAMMATORY, PAIN MEDS,MUSCLE RELAXERS ETC.. NONE DID ANYTHING TO REALLY RELIEVE MY PAIN MUCH AT ALL. MOST OF MEDS SIDE EFFECTS LIKE STOMACHE ACHES, LOSS OF AP[PETITE, SEVERE CONSTIPATION & MORE FREQUENTLY NEEDING TO TAKE PILLS ETC...I WAS GETTING NOWHERE ON ALL I HAD TRIED ON MANY NARCOTIC PAIN ANALGESICS, AS WELL AS NON NARCOTIC, LIKE NEURONTIN,REMICAIDE,VIOXX, NUBAINE ETC... I HAD NO QUALITY OF LIFE AT ALOL !! I WAS IN BED CONSTANTLY CRYING, WRITHING IN PAIN THAT IS BEYOND ANYONES COMPREHENSION. ( UNLESS YOU TOO DEAL WITH NEUROPATHY, NEURALGIA, & CHRONIC PAIN SUCH AS THIS ) ! IT IS NOT SOMETHING I WOULD WISH ON MY WORST ENEMY. NOT EVEN THE DRUNK DRIVER WHO THREW OUT HIS LIQUOR BOTTLES AFTER RUNNING 2 RED LIGHTS @ 65MPH & HIT NY CAR T-BONED ME. HIT RIGHT ON DRIVERS DOOR WHERE I WAS. IT DOES ACTUALLY HAVE MANY POSITIVE MEDICINAL PURPOSES THAT IS THE ONLY ANSWER FOR SOME WHO HAVE TRIED ALL OTHER MEASURES & GOTTEN NO RELIEF, OR POOR RESULTS. IT IS LONG LASTING, ( OTHER MEDS YOU NEED TO TAKE 4HR INTERVALS, METHADONE LASTS WHOLE DAY ! ALSO, LESS SIDE EFFECTS AS FAR AS STOMACHE, APPETITE & OTHERS THAT VARY FOR US ALL. BUT IT IS ACTUALLY LESS ADDICTIVE THAN VICODIN, OXYCONTON, MORPHINE ETC...THAT MANY GET ADDICTED TO & END UP NEEDING METHADONE TO TAPER OFF THE OTHERS. BUT IF YOU TALK TO ANYONE WITH MEDICAL & PHARMACOLOGY KNOWLEDGE & THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IT HAS BEEN SCIENTIFICALLY STUDIED & PROVEN THAT AS LONG AS YOU ONLY TAKE PAIN MEDS FOR PAIN , & NOTT AT ANY OTHER TIMES...YOU WILL NOT BECOME PSYCOLOGICALLY ADDICTED TO THEM. Anna Nicole: Stern Pressures Larry to Sign Deal

Anna Nicole Smith's two baby daddies (I don't know what else to call them) continue to be in a tug-of-war this morning, even as their beloved cash cow is readied for burial.

Overnight, attorney Howard K. Stern — whose hold on the situation is starting to slip — has been strong-arming photographer Larry Birkhead to do a couple of things: keep Birkhead's legal reps out of Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamas funeral, sign a contract deal with "Entertainment Tonight" and acquiesce even further regarding the future of baby Danniellynn.

Stern, as I told you the other day, has already had one secret meeting with Birkhead in which he cut out the photographer's lawyers.

I'm told that Stern has kept up the pressure on Birkhead, actually presenting him with contracts, sources say, in which Birkhead would join Stern for more exclusive interviews on "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider."

"Howard wanted Larry to sign so that it looked like everyone was in agreement, and that it wasn't just Howard benefiting from these deals," my source said. "Larry said the baby's guardian should sign the papers for him and the baby, but he wouldn't. So then Larry wouldn't."

At the same time, Stern is trying to negotiate separately with Birkhead, away from his attorneys, to sign a deal by which Stern would continue to be in baby Danniellyn's life and oversee her finances.

Stern, my sources say, is working as quickly as he can to effect these agreements before he has to turn over the baby to Birkhead, her biological father.

Sources say that Birkhead's representatives are considering taking legal action against Stern's side to prevent further communication between the two sides as soon as today.

The problem, sources also say, is that Birkhead — a novice in these games — continues to be intimidated by Stern.

"Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider," both owned by CBS Paramount Television, have denied paying for interviews. But I'm told their method – it's semantics — is to "license" footage either directly from Stern or through a third party.

Recently, "ET" used Solana Productions of Southern California in such a deal. Neither Solana or anyone from CBS Paramount answered calls yesterday.

Anna Nicole: Dead, and For Sale

Today, Anna Nicole Smith — a ridiculous person who accomplished just about nothing in her life — will be buried in the Bahamas.

There are several wars taking place all over the world, not to mention famines; artists are hard at work, movies are opening, buildings are going up, diseases are being investigated. But hey: Anna Nicole is being buried, and "Entertainment Tonight" will be there for every cheesy second of it.

That's because "Entertainment Tonight" and "The Insider," two half-hour shows syndicated by CBS's Paramount TV, have paid a high price for this honor.

Real insiders (not the kind you have to pay for info) tell me that Paramount TV cut the deal with Howard K. Stern, Anna Nicole's lawyer and Svengali, right after her son Daniel died of a methadone overdose in her Bahamian hospital room last September.

Paramount TV has denied this, somewhat passively, so far. But my sources say it they paid Stern around $3 million initially, and that this was renegotiated right after Anna Nicole herself died on February 8th of this year.

Of course, we could believe that Stern — who in court told clueless Florida probate judge Larry Seidlin that he was living off his parents — just loves "ET." Anything's possible.

But the reality is that Anna Nicole's death has proven to be a ratings-sweep godsend.

Linda Bell Blue, the show's executive producer, previously helmed Paramount's ugly tabloid show, "Hard Copy." For years she's had to sit through Mary Hart's tedious, publicist-arranged interviews with low-level TV stars, just waiting for this moment: a huge celebrity death, in a sweeps month, and already contracted for!

As recently as last night, "ET" correspondent Mark Steines was reporting "from inside" Anna Nicole's Bahamas mansion — no mention of the fact that it didn't belong to her, and that the landlord is kicking everyone out.

Steines had "the inside scoop" about the B-list country singer who would serenade Anna Nicole into the next life, the color of her burial gown ("pink!") and what would be inside the coffin (with any luck, Anna Nicole).

Steines performs these interviews — as he has since last Nov. 1, when he had his first "exclusive" after Smith's son, Daniel, died — with a reasonably straight face.

He either knows he's skating on very thin ice and doesn't care, or doesn't get it and is happy to accept the money. In either case, he loses.

As far back as last November, the show's viewers were writing into "ET" forums on the Web asking how much the show had paid for the interviews, and begging them to stop.

On the topix.net forum for the show, a woman named Lana from Andrews, Texas, wrote on Nov. 6: "ET needs to rename their show The Anna Nichole (sic) Show. Every night it is about her. I wonder if there are any viewers that care to hear about her."

On Nov. 6, Dianne from Madison, Wis., wrote: "I think they might have finally driven me away from the show with all this Anna Nicole crap. How much is she paying them?"

The viewers were smarter than the show thought. That didn't stop Blue, Steines and friends.

Nancy from Richardson, Texas, posted this before Smith died on Feb. 8: "Get over her ... I am tired of all of the interviews they are doing with her. She sounds like she is either drunk or high. I have no respect for her and am getting tired of seeing her and all the interviews. She can't even talk without sounding like she is a drunken slut!"

Patti Horton from Altoona, Pa., posted this on Feb. 9: "I can't believe someone from E[T] hasn't questioned Anna Nicole about her drug use. Every night that she is being interviewed it is quite obvious that she is somewhere in la la land. I think they should of (sic) been more persistent in following that path than her new house. Some of the interviews it was all she coud (sic) do to talk. Was this a safe environment for this baby???"

Steines, of course, has a blog on the "ET" Web site. It's a hoot.

On Feb. 9, the day after Smith died, he posted: "When the news broke of Anna's death ... I immediately boarded a plane to Florida along with Khristine Eroshevich, Anna's close confidant…"

Steines acts like Eroshevich is just a pal, maybe another Playboy model. In fact, she was the model's psychiatrist, and someone who has yet to be heard from.

Eroshevich's few comments — including that she oversaw an ice bath for a dying Smith — have been limited to ... Steines, who despite his "inside" sources has not been able to secure Eroshevich for a real interview about these people and their drug use.

I doubt that will happen until Stern's usefulness has passed and his agreements with "ET" have expired.

Steines must feel a long way away from the two Emmys he received years ago in local news at KCAL-TV in Los Angeles.

89. The baby will be the next to die if Howard get custody of baby Danneylynn. All the pictures on TV showed that baby DanneyLynn is always laying on her stomach. Baby are not suppose to lay on their tummies. Crib death is a sign.

Howard Stern needs to be locked up NOW, before anyone else gets hurt!!....It doesn't seem as if Virgie has too many fans, but if i were in her situation, i'd fight as dirty as i could to get the baby to her "real" daddy!!! Everybody seems to hate her for using sources such as "Spash", etc. , but considering the fight and limited resources, i certainly don't blame her!! This little baby is in danger!! I could care less about Anna right now!! In fact, didn'd know much about her till her son passed away. I once knew a person that was taking up to 30 to 40mg of xanax in a short period of time, and boy was the image of Anna a dead ringer in the clown face, for the person i'd seen with this OTHER PERSON!!! I really don't know anything about methodone, but i sure have seen my share of xanax abuse, and that was one that was seen beside her bed in HKS's name!! I saw on TV last night, a private investigator that Daniel had spoken to, out of California, shortly before his death. It seems as tho Daniel had concerns of his own over himself and his mothers safety concerning HKS!! Has anyone else seen this? It was on Inside Edition!! The detective reported the Bahama officials questioned him because of his card being in Daniels belongings......"IF" this is true, it certainly makes things look even worse concerning Howard!! Also, everything iv'e seen or read made me tend to believe Anna's wish's were to be buried in Hollywood, and considering her state of mind, i believe had she had lived, and after all this paternity legality's were over...she probably would have moved back to California, and had Daniel moved as well!! That "might" be why she never wanted a marker on his grave, so that when he was at his "final" resting place, she would have had something mighty grandular in his memorial.
