19. What I want to know is how is this stuff just handed out to the media? Isn't this info in violation of HIPPA laws? I think a law is being broken by releasing this medical info. Heck, I tried to get an annual print out of my families perscription expenses for last year, and I couldn't get my husbands without written permission, because of the HIPPA laws.

She was sick and no one helped her. Not even the people who said they loved her. It's called intervention. All I can say is that HKS lovd her to "death". I hope she is laid to rest beside her son where she wanted to be not matter who her body is turned over to. Then I think there should be a lot of investigating here which I'm sure is well on the way. Her daughter needs to be put into a loving home. There are so many childless couples out there that would love to have her. This has turned into a circus especially by ET. May she finally rest in peace.

27. Anybody who has ever had a complaint against a Dr. in California know that NOTHING IS DONE....corrupt Dr. just makes a big political payment to congressperson and all bad decisions go away. This Dr. can just move to AZ, and keep up his great moral prescription writing. The CAMA ( California American Medical Association) is the most powerful lobbyist in the state of Cailifornia..plus he is a Santa Monica St.Johns Dr. He jsut picks up the phone, writes a check ...gets a slap on the wrist...Takes a little beating in the media. Then keeps on doing business as usual..like writing scripts to pregnent women who have money..HELLO this is SANTA MONICA ..we are talking about. Everyone there can be bought for a price...trust me...I have personally seen Dr. 's bought off. They all have a price. anyone in a lawsuit who this fact of record. But hopefully every congressperson is so afraid of the WAR crap..they can't take any more hits..so they let this guy fall. But beware AZ, OR, WA, UT...he will soon be coming to your state...Anytime a Dr. gets in trouble they just move addresses....and the new state cares nothing about their past complaints. He will just open a new drug factory in you city.
This is common knowledge to many...except the masses.
I will be very surprised to see a high powered drug Dr. in Santa Monica ever get more than a spanking for writing methadone that Daniel was allowed to take either by the hands of murdering Stern or drug addict ANS.
This drug addict Dr. is jus t like most at St. Johns...owned by the celebrity money or the insurance companies that run that city. Scum is so closely joined together. St. Johns is nothing more than a place where the most corrupt join hands and only make money off of everyone who walks thru the door. This is a cesspool of Dr.s paid off by the best paid attorneys and the most powerful medical malpractice insurance company in the nation.

Look across the country...even the most despicable Dr.s are still continuing thier legal crimes against sick people...Noone does anything. The AMA protects them like peodofiles protect peodofiles....blood sucking whores.

They may all be same corrupt doctors at St. John's, I guess it is different in Anna's case. At Access Hollywood tonight, they showed Dr. Kapoor giving Anna kisses on the neck at a poolside party. Proof that Dr. Kapoor's relationship with Anna is more than doctor-patient relationship...
