1. I do think that she was a psyschparano...something, and that she transfered her addiction onto her son. I'm sure that she always wanted to protect him from having any pain, and so on....but HKS has nothing to do with that....how can you deal with extremely sick person...And if I had the same childhood as hers, I would certainly took peels too.

3. She passed out because she was in a nod, like any good junkie. She had pains because all those drugs make you constipated and she probably was for a long time, the toxins build up in the system., one more thing that adds to a junkies demise.

DANIEL GOT THE METHADONE FROM HOWARD STERN WHO GAVE IT TO HIM KNOWING THAT MIXING THE METHADONE WOULD KILL HIM, HE WANTED DANIEL DEAD AND STERN KILLED HIM INTENTIONALLY AND THEN HE KILLED ANNA THE SAME WAY BUT WITH LIQUID METHADONE THAT'S WHY NO PILLS WERE FOUND IN ANNAS BODY BUT SHE HAD METHADONE IN HER SYSTEM. 11. I wonder what kind of makeup she used, for being a junkie she sure did look darn healthy. Usually junkies are all haggard looking but not her, maybe the booze was acting as a preservetant or something. Maybe she wasn't a druggie after all and died from too much "Tan In A Can" being absorbed through her skin.

12. I have several comments about the death of Anna Nicole Smith.

Howard K. Stern should be reported to the California Supreme Court for an investigation of potential misconduct as a lawyer. His relationship with his "client" is highly questionable ethically. Also, the idea that he left the US to avoid paternity issues raises a variety of questions as a lawyer.

Someone needs to suggest that Anna Nicole's mother contest the alleged will. If the will is deemed overturned, then Howard K. Stern has no legal authority of any kind to act for Anna Nicole. It is very questionable whether it is a valid will especially if Howard K. Stern exercised undue influence or engaged in inappropriate actions in creating it.

Howard K. Stern should be forced to probate the will. If he refuses, he has no legal authority as an Executor. If he probates it in the Bahamas, then he should have no legal authority in the US

Someone needs to suggest to Anna Nicole's mother that her daughter's body shouild never leave the US just based on jurisdictional issues. As soon as the body leaves the country, the US courts, again, have no control over it. It's like dodging the US legal system.

In my opinion you are reprehensible in your flagrant innuendos that Howard Stern had anything to do with this death when you have no proof whatsoever. It's all pure conjecture, and let me tell you this---JACKIE was NO friend of Anna Nicole. She was and is a traitor. Anna Nicole hated her mother, and what kind of friend sides with her mother. Look no further. Jackie is angry and jealous for some reason we don't know. If she were indeed Anna's true blue friend, the LAST thing she'd be doing is recommending Anna be buried in Texas, let alone be touched by her mother. And the owner of this TMZ, well, you as well as many other people are jumping to conclusions when you don't have all the facts. The fact is Anna had a lot of disingenuous people floating around her due to her fame and generosity. And, many of those same people are trying to make money off her, when they have nothing to add to the situation that's beneficial. How would you feel if someone who is decent and good wanted to protect her? What if Howard Stern was that person? Also, people like you all may end up with defamation of character lawsuits, once the whole story comes out. Why can't you and all these other crazy people, including Anna Nicole's mother, let the law enforcement do their thing. You all make it a lot harder with all these baseless allegations. I work for the Sheriff's Department, and I can tell you that if Anna Nicole has a will that expresses she wants her executors to determine her burial, then, the story is over. And, regarding paternity, what evidence does anyone have that Larry B. is not a money grubber himself? Is it possible Anna Nicole is enraged about him is because she witnessed something. People don't change on a dime unless there is a BIG reason. If we're going to guess, let's be fair. Is it possible Larry B. was overheard talking to a friend saying he was real close to popping a baby with her and then he'd be assured a bundle of money? Why not? The old adage, "Blood is thicker than water.....was meant for undeserving relatives", according to King Arthur. No truer words were ever spoken in this case with a pathetic, phony, weeping mother, and a self-proclaimed baby daddy who "doesn't want custody" in one breath, but does want to "assert his paternity rights". His words belie his true feelings.
