Hearing Over Anna's Body

16. The smartest thing they are doing is keeping the body. An official cause of death has not been announced so how can they bury a body without a conclusion.

They need to keep that body because I truly believe my police contact in Florida when he says they are not leaving any stone unturned in this case. Stern is suspect for more than they are letting on and if they release that body to the very person who may have caused the death of Anna Nicole, they would not be looking after her best interests.

I think the # 1 priority. Get the paternity test done. The body will be released once the cause of death is determined.

17. This is really sad, she's gone let her rest in peace already, I 'm sure she would want to be buried by her son, whoever finally gets her body should do just that if they don't they are cruel individuals.

20. I was watching the live feed. It is such a mess there, so many people. Her mother is there, patty her eyes with a tissue and a man is rubbing her back. It looks like the judge will not release her body today.

21. The whole hearing is a circus. Everyone is talking over eachother and interupting the judge. The doctor said that he has more than enough DNA so Larrys lawyers should be done. This hearing should be between Howard and Annas mother now. I think it would be a whole different story if Annas mother was going to respect her wishes and bury her beside her son daniel but why does she want to bury her in Texas???? It seems like she is trying to spite her daughter even after she is dead. Of course the woman should be burried beside her son and for her mother to not respect that is disgusting!

Thi shearing is great except for ivirgie, she is a epublicity monger, this woman is atroscious, wiping her face adn 5 secs husnad is always leaning whenever the cameras turn to them, tyou need to follow what anna wanted, that mother should have nothing to do with the body as they were estranged adn everyone witnessed it as well as anna wishes adn bought plot beside her son, and only real love of her life

It seem's like all these men, except Larry Birkhead, want to get their hat in the ring because of money. What a shame for this child. She would be better off with the grandmother or Larry Birkhead!!! Howard Stern will only try to make another sex symbol out of her.

26. Having followed every bit of this story I have one current main concern regarding Anna Nicole's body. She needs to be buried as SHE REQUESTED near Daniel. Period. The mother wanting to take that body to texas is another indication of the mother being a total witch.

30. The Judge might not be 'Hollywood' smooth and polished, but he's real, he's down to earth and he knows his stuff. All you who are looking for some glib dork need to get real and remember everyone has their own style and this Judge is 100% business.
