I do have a job - thank you for being concerned as to my financial well being. My background is in law enforcement as are other members of my family: cops and PIs. Today is one of my days off.

. ..I know what I'm talking about even if you don't and pretend that you do. If you are so 'educated' then you'd have known that what I've written is true to law enforcement, forensics and legal proceedings.

Go take a pill and watch the Y&R. It's more your speed.

Anna needs to rest by her son Danny!!!
If Stern & her mother love her so much they would stop fighting and allow
Anna to rest in peace with her son.

I like the judge, he could have his own "reality" show. He is trying to buy time, that is plain to see. I cannot imagine being someone's mother, a mother of a deceased person, sitting there with listening to all these and attorneys and the judge casually talking about my child's body and issues like discussing what they had for lunch that day, without just losing it. Vergie must be on sedatives. There is no way I could sit there and listen to all that. Talk about biting a bullet? But I can see why Tunstall would have Vergie there because after a couple of days looking eyeball to eyeball with that woman, I think the judge will have some idea who he should really release the body to. I give Vergie 10 points for just sitting there in those proceedings listening to all of that. What conclusions the judge draws from that, who knows, but I would think he has concluded some things from that. Litigants being there in person can help em or hurt em.

So now who knows where Anna will be till tuesday, its obvious reagrdless who gets the body she needs to be buried next to Daniel. That is what she wanted. Her mom is cruel for trying to bury her in Texas she would never have wanted to be buried there.

I am totally shocked and appalled at the goings on in this courtroom...I have not seen anything like this since OJ 12 years ago..the judge is playing to the media like he's auditioning for vaudville...he's acting like he should be served on a plate with cabbage and potatoes..the laughing and shtick jokes are so out of order..now it ends with the judge schlepping everything onto another lawyer to listen to the arguements and evidence again and come up with recommendations by Tuedsay???? This is horrific and if criminal charges are not filed as a result of all the documents being made public (however they were obtained, TMZ?) then there is just no justice. A blind eye is being turned to the malpracticing doctors, the corrupt officials, the criminal pharmacies, the couriers, the enablers, the hanger ons, the potential daddies etc, etc, etc...all these people with very few exception have acted out of greed and desire for attention. I don't care what anyone thought of this woman in this life...we all deserve a better form of social care from the doctors to the courtrooms. Somebody, get a grip on this and lay down the law. This is CRIMINAL.

This is a tragedy. The victim is the baby. Everyone who is accusing Howard Stern of muder is ridiculous. He has been with Anna for many years and nothing has ever happened to her. Five months is not enough time to heal from losing a child. Having breast surgery after having a baby, and while being in a serious depression was a poor decision. Losing all that weight and not eating properly. There are to many issues that she was going through at the time of her death.The vultures are circling and the only person who is going to be hurt by theoutcome is the baby.

HE WAS NOT GOING STRAIGHT TO WHAT THIS TRIAL WAS ABOUT, HE WAS MAKING PERSONAL COMMENTS ABOUT HIS PAST EXPREINCES...WHO THE HELL CARES!!! . I HONESTLY THINK THIS JUDGE IS REALTED TO OUR PRESIDENT. ALSO, THAT ACCENT.....HE SOUNDS LIKE A STREET CORNER THUG! I FEEL SO SORRY FOR ANNA, NOT ONLY IS SHE GETTING RIPPED FROM EVERY WHICH END, BUT HAVING TO DEPEND NOW ON THE JUDGE TO COME OUT WITH A OUTCOME OF WHERE HER BODY WILL BE BURIED. GOD HELP US ALL WITH THIS LOONEY JUDGE. HE SHOULD BE FLIPPING BURGERS AT A CHEAP BURGER JOINT!!! SORRY HOWY BUT THIS GUY IS GOING TO RUIN ANNA'S WISHES. PLEASE I BEG YOU LET ANNA GO IN PIECE AND LET HER WISHES BE SET TO REST RIGHT NEXT TO HER BELOVED SON.....DO NOT TAKE THAT FROM HER!!!

Let's think like a cunning mother who would want to be sure that her little girl was going to be taken care of. Lest we forget, Anna was fighting the family of her first marriage for billions of dollars of inheritance. Now, what sure way to assure that her little girl would at least stand shoulder to shoulder with the rest of the siblings than to produce a "Blood-daughter" of her late husband via sperm bank. I heard that it really could be a possibility and that would sure throw that particular court battle in her favor. Perhaps that is why Anna wouldn't reveal who the father was. There is so much room for murder here with a capital M. With Daniel gone, and now Anna gone, who's to mind the baby? There are just too many men who want that task now. Now, Zsa Zsa's hubby knows the truth about the father and he has publicly stated it is not him. I say it's time the truth comes out and a few of those DNA tests are done to find it.
I also happened to hear an interview with Howard who was saying he knew what Anna's wishes were--where everyone is saying "Preserve the body", let's just hope that he doesn't believe she wanted to be creamated (no body, no evidence either way!)

ANS needs to be buried next to her son -

The crockidile tears of her fat slob mom are sickening & pathetic !!! Why didn't here mom cry like that when ANS's step father molested ANS ?! And where was the fat ass when Daniel died ?!

What a mess. I'm no lawyer but why not order Howard Stern to do the paternity test. Anyone's name can be placed on a birth certificate. Place the child in child services until tests can be completed to determine who is the father of this child. When DNA proves who fathered this child , she should be given to that person. If I were Mr. Stern and believed that I had fathered this child Nobody would have to ask me for DNA. I would have gladly given it to put all of the questions to rest. As far as who should get the body of Anna Nicole Smith. The solution is to bury her in the Bahamas with her son but, include her mother in all of the arrangements. I know that they had a strange relationship but, she is still her mother. Something else to remember. at one time her mother was raising her son , therefore she couldn't have been that bad of a person.

i am just sickend about this whole anna nicole case and where her body should be burried. her mother has SOME NERVE to try and take away anna's right to be burried in the bahamas. anna has clearly made it known that she didn't want anything to do with her family in texas! for whatever anna's reason was to not speak with them anymore....that was her buisness! anna's mother should want her daughter to be burried with her grandson! daniel was anna's best friend and has always been there by her side. if i was in their shoes, i would pick to be burried next to my children rather than my parents and there is NOTHING wronge with that! half of anna's heart was ripped from her chest the day her son died....let her rest for eternaty being burried by his side.

I hope the Halloway case helps, to extradite Stern and the Baby from a place that does not have extradition laws with the United States.
People need to stop going to those stupid Islands. There is way too much crime. I know when I went to Nassau. $550.00 dollars a night in a Third-World-shit-hole. The Jitney drivers were making drug deals with horrified bus full of tourists. That was back in 1992. Back then the only decent place to eat was the Greycliff. Most of the "Straw Market" was filthy, except the high-end stores.

I knew I would never ever go back there again. Heck the airport was full of big huge guys in military uniforms holding oozies, or how ever you spell it.
By the way Anna was a drug addict and alcoholic! She was always blasted “out of her mind” way back when she had that television show.

On behalf of ANS's mother, can anyone here imagine what it would be like to lose a grandson who you raised and then were denied contact with; then suffer the abusive words of a drug abusing daughter; then lose that daughter (who you love in spite of [mothers do that you know]); and then find yourself sitting in a room full of people who don't even know you and spewing venom to a judge about you based on hearsay, showing absolutely no respect for you or your feelings. One thing I am sure of, the judge realizes her pain. ANS spoke of whippings before she left home at 15. Can you imagine the kind of kid she was. It would seem she should have been shipped off to a boarding school or a nunnery. Daniel's father could probably really tell the story. She sold her body and soul and her mother has suffered immeasurably and will forever. I, for one, pray for her strength.

Will ANS 's body become a "cash cow" for the Bahamas ala Graceland style? If the executor decides to turn her home (if it is hers) into a tourist attraction, this means more $$$$$$$. How can anthing be decided until the issue of residency is settled? If she did not own the home (already a conflict in dates on immigration application and mortage papers) when her Bahamian residency papers were signed by Shane, she was not a legal resident:therefore, her child is an American citizen (as already stated by some papers there). So, why would the Bahamas have any jurisdiction over 2 American citizens? Is there an American Consul there to weigh in on behalf of American citizens? She still owned property in California. Too bad Daniel conventiently passed as soon as the new heir was born. Also, what does it apparently matter if HS is not the executor? The baby is key. Executors will get megamillions, but the one who gets the child has the golden egg.
