196. Personally I think it's somewhat fitting that she sit there with her body in the morgue cooler waiting and waiting and waiting for burial. She allowed her own sons body to sit in that same way for TWO MONTHS and there was no reason for it. Chances are she won't have to wait that long for burial herself, but I think she's getting some Kharma revisited upon her.

know,maybe the fact that people were judging her . People you don't judge a book by it's cover. The bible teaches you , that right is not your's. You should not judge anyone, Unless your going by the law's of the land , meaning you are a real judge. This lady and I mean a lady. The only person that has made since ,is the judge who want's to know who the daddy is . His main concern is the child . That tell's me ,he walk's with God.All he want's the same as I,is for that little girl to have

It is not in the best interest for the baby to be with her in any circumstance. Anyone but her. She should be in jail for what she did to Anna.

199. Regardless of what happened in the past between Anna and her mother. The MOST telling thing to me about the kind of woman her mother is, is what happened when Daniel died.

I am NOT saying Anna was perfect (not by any stretch of the imagination) but the one thing that was absolutely evident was her love and her closeness to Daniel and his love and closeness to his mom - that is undeniable. When she called her mother after Daniel died, her mother did not contact her. Oh no, her mother instead of reaching out to her daughter, reached out to Nancy Grace and her viewers - that action, that one move is enough for me to make a judgement on the type of mother Virgie is - not the kind of mother I have (thank goodness) and certainly not the kind of mother I would ever want to be.

Anna needs to be buried next to Daniel in the Bahamas and her body should be released to Howard. If Virgie had an OUNCE of love for her daughter, she would respect her wishes.

Now I know that many people seem to think that Howard is responsible for her death. And that he could/should have stopped her using drugs or whatever. Sometimes, no matter how hard you try, you cannot stop someone from hurting themselves, all you can do is your best to protect them and love them.

I saw an interview with the Trimspa guy who said that he would get upset with Howard because when Anna was shooting commercials for the company, Howard would put a stop to it after a certain period of time. He said that Anna would want to continue working, but Howard wanted her to stop, relax, take breaks and not push her herself. Now, I don't know about all of you, but that doesn't seem like the kind of guy who was with Anna for her money. If he was with her for the money, would he not be pushing her to work harder and harder???

I am sure Howard has his faults, as did Anna - but do I believe he killed her or Daniel - absolutely not.

200. After seeing some very recent pictures of ANS baby girl, I would almost bet that the baby's daddy is Larry Birkhead. She looks too much like him not to be his daughter in my opinion. I can't understand what the big deal is about with taking the DNA, unless of course the baby is Larry's and that weasel Howard K. Stern knows it and don't want to give up the baby. He has been living off of ANS for years and now he wants to do it to her daughter!

201. Some one should start an Online Petition for Dannielynns Sake .
Demand that some one takes action .
Who I have no Clue. But that baby needs three things for sure.

1. A complete physical
2. Paternity Test performed NOW
3. Some one that cares about her and not a paycheck

Wonder who will step up and give her that???

Long time companion??? More like long time live in stalker!!! Since when does your attorney moved in with you, follow you every where you go like a love sic puppy and then after you die tell everyone that you and your client were going to be married??? I have yet seen a clip on the news where SHE stated she agreed to marry him. The commitment ceremony does not count. By the way, isn't a "Commintment" ceremony what two people of the same sex have?? 204. #165 Do you really believe he is looking after the baby or himself. Larry asked her to go into rehab Howard took her the bahamas. He has no money and is still living off Anna. Turn the baby over to someone that is bypartism until this mess is resolved. See how Howard plans on supporting himself without Annas help. I don't see a healthy atmosphere with a man commenting negative vibes to a baby. They can feel the anxiety as well as an adult. Put her with a loving family.

You saw the brusies too?? I thought I was imagining them. Yes folks, recent pics show brusies in Anna's arms and one on her face. The coroner also noted brusies on her back and he was told those were from a fall in the bathroom. HUH?? What was she doing, hangin a shower curtain, slip and hit the side of the tub, bounce and hit the toilet and then ram her back into the vanity??

207. There you go, Stern gets to still call the shots, even if Brikhead is the father he will have to go throught Howard to get anything. A will is a will and thanks to the dumbass legal system, this little girl is more likely going to be broke by the time she can get the money. plus all she gets to read is all your comments bashing her mother. But I'm sure 99% of you will have forgotten her by then. My grandma always said watch what you say, it might come back and bite you.

208. I am worried that Howard could panic in being forced to come here and submit to any tests. The gravy train would be gone. Someone needs to keep the baby safe. His sister stated that he was in bed for a day or two after Anna's death crying, sweating, and depressed. I believe it was withdrawal because the cop's confiscated all of the drugs. They ran from the country to keep Larry from filing papers claiming she was unfit due to drugs. Ole Howie is a crafty drug dealer. The disturbing news of feeding less than what the baby should have to keep her sexy really shows me that neither of these people were fit. My husband would take steps to safeguard his children and would force me into treatment. Howard did and does not love her, he controlled her with dope, overdosed Daniel, and encouraged her strange antics. I guess whatever brings cash is worth it to him. Also, if I were sick with a high fever, doped up with Methadone and lord knows what else would I want to travel in order to go yacht shopping? Not!
He could lose the citizenship if officials in Bahama find that their Immigration guy behaved in an unprofessional manner. Yep, he did.

209. Hey Ann #39. They are not waiting for the paternity test to be over to release her body, they have the samples they need and they said she can now be buried. Larry Birkhead isn't trying to claim the body at all, he just doesn't think the body should go to the loser Howard K Stern. When 2 people have died in his presence I would have to agree, he should be totally investigated and not have any dead bodies released to him. I'm sure when Anna made her will she wasn't planning on dying under such sucpicious circumstances revolving around Howard. They can't just take a persons word for where someone else stated they wanted to be buried, they HAD to wait to read the will, which was just released to the judge today.
