Judge Orders More DNA Testing on Anna Nicole

16. This is a disgrace, she has the right to a burial where SHE wanted, the will needs to be opened and her wishes honored. Too many people are wanting their 15 minutes of fame off of this tragedy, including the judge now. The coronor said that there was enough DNA, so lets get on with it. Birkhead looses all credibility when he says he "loves" ANS and is grieving for her....my response to that is stop this right now, and tell your lawyers that enough is enough and let this woman be buried according to HER wishes, not your greed. I think that ANS made it VERY clear that she did not want anything to do with her mother, nor did she want the baby to have anything to do with her. The public needs to keep in mind that the media and people bringing all the various court battles are milking this for all it is worth. This baby will one day grow up and will see what everyone has said and done to her mother. No paternity test, will erase the pain ahead for her, Shame on all of them for this! I think that HKS truly loved ANS and if she is who she CHOSE to be with, and entrusted as guardian and co-executor, then so be it. And for the people who get their panties in a wad over the methadone "found" in the fridge, I will say this, there is no proof that she was taking it, and it is NOT uncommon for addicts to be prescribed methadone while pregnant, the understanding is that the withdrawl of the mother from the drugs will be more detrimental to the baby than the methadone. Sad, yet true...so until all of the FACTS are out and all of this circus ends, reserve judgement and take what you hear with a grain of salt!

17. She should be buried next to her son....that is only right. Larry Birkhead claims he loved her so much???? The medical examiner has said that plenty of DNA has been taken to make sure a baby switch would not take place. So now her body is i the morgue and she will NOT be able to have viewing at her funeral. Folks, I went through this with one of my daughters and it is not pleasant. If Larry Birkhead really loved her he would stop all this nonsense and let her be buried next to her son. The medical examiner, who is highly respected by all said enough has been taken to make sure no baby switch would take place. Poor Anna Nicole--she is not even afforded a viewing at her funeral with all this going on. Larry Birkhead will cry foul even if proved it is not his child. I believe that Howard Stern and Anna's Mom would have come to agreement about where she will be buried. From what I have read, they wanted her to have a viewing in an open casket and were compromising to make this possible. Larry Birkhead and his Baby Switch fears are what is holding everything up. Again, the medical examiner resassured everyone that enough samples were taken to hold this up. TO ME, it sounds like Larry is getting revenge at Anna in death as he could not in life....I HOPE It is not his child....

18. This is all so sad. Anna Nicole made her feelings regarding her mother known just days before her death. She also had bought herself a plot next to Daniel in the Bahamas; her plan was to be next to her son. Why is this being drug out ??

The mommie dearest is injecting herself into all of this so she can claim "I told you so". Power struggle to the death.

20. Why hasn't the best interests of this child of Anna Nicole Smith been
addressed? According to Enertainment Tonight, who continues to pay
handsomely for an interview with obviously, durg induced HKS, and listen to the
tone of the interview. lol
Has this child even been to her 1 month dr.'s appt.? Her mother is seen drugged
on these interviews and there is evidence and tapings that show she was up
to the time she gave birth. I believe this baby had been nurtured on drugs
the whole nine months. In the USA, a child would have been taken from the
mother's custody. Why hasn't the officials in the Bahamas and the USA released
info showing that the baby is and has been taken care of by a pediatrician and
not just a nanny.

22. Addicts say things when they dont get their own way. Anna is no stranger to being a drug addict. I loved Anna, but I have to be honest. She was a beautiful mess. She could barely string a sentence together, let alone think logically.

If Howard told her to hate her mother she would have. He segragated her from everyone who could help her in order to get power. If she hated her mother so much why did she phone her when Daniel died? Why not just let her read it in the papers? And why did Howard hang up the phone when Virgie was on the phone to Anna?

Those interviews with Anna and Howard on Entertainment Tonight....Anna was told what to say! Ask her what day it was, and I bet she would not be able to tell you. Someone aka Howard told her to say she hated her mother, to ensure him as the " caring provider". He is a sick Rasputin, Svengali.

We all fight with our families, our siblings. It's not a big deal. The issue is that Anna hate her mother because her mother did not support the lifestyle she chose to live. Tough Love is the hardest love to give someone.

Give the woman a break, let her have her daughter, her grandson, and let her see Dannilynne safe with her rightgul father Larry Birkhead.

24. UNBELIEVABLE!!! This judge is here to decide who gets Anna's body for burial and that's that. Yet like every other lime light loving creep he's taking a very serious issue and monopolizing on it, using Anna's body like every other parisite in her life for his fifteen minutes of fame. If he had one ounce of integrity in his soul he would have wrapped this up in minutes. It's a no brainer. Her mother, no matter how bad she was, and still may be, did give birth to her and raised her and is grieving her loss. Out of respect for that let the woman have the body for a PRIVATE three hour service for immediate family only and then Anna's body should be brought back to the Bahama's and laid to rest next to her son out of respect for her motherhood. If her friends want to hold a memorial for her there, no one could stop them. God knows that enough DNA was taken already for purposes that have nothing to do with what this judge is ruling on not to mention purposes that are NOT in his jurisdiction. I think it's disgusting that this woman's beautiful body is literally rotting in a morgue because those involved have a truly perverted need for media attention and we as a nation have an almost equally sick need to watch it.

No offense but they have more than enough as they only need to swab inside a persona mouth to get dna. the medical examinor took more than he needed as he took a huge chuck of tissue.

Even birkheads knows they only need to swab inside anna's mouth since that is all he said was needed to get the baby testing. He kept stressing come one only a swab inside dannielynns mouth would answer the question.

28. I agree with #15. AN's intentions of being buried next to her son are quite clear, as she purchased extra plots. If she wanted to be buried in Texas, she would have had Daniel buried there. How sad that nobody is respecting her wishes!! Even if Birkhead is the father, he should have no say in what happens with the body. I for one don't think HKS was the puppetmaster....she was the one pulling the strings...straight or high!! She appeared to be a very strong woman with her own mind. HKS benefited more from her being alive than he will now that she is dead!!

29. I agree, the question before this judge was who the body should be released to, not WHO IS THE BABY'S FATHER. IT WAS NOT A PATERNITY HEARING. IMHO, whether right or wrong, it should be next-of-kin, her mother. Hopefully she would do the right thing and have her buried next to her son.

This judge is a fame-whore. Unbeliveable, despite the fact that he been warned that the body continues to decompose, yet he said he will order many hearings? WTF has everybody lost their minds? This is a disgrace to the judicial system and anyone that has a shred of decency

30. This is becoming a bigger farce than the OJ circus. For f***s sake, let the woman be embalmed and buried already before she rots. These hearings should not be televised. The judge is an a**hole and just wants his 15 minutes of fame. Why don't they just test the baby's DNA already and be done with it?
