47. SERIOUSLY! I GOT SO NAUSEOUS WATCHING THAT SICK, TWISTED, NASAL, NEW YORK OVERLOADED , ACCENTED JUDGE LORDING IT OVER EVERYONE AT THE ANNA NICOLE SMITH HEARING TODAY. THE IDIOT DID NOT KNOW IF ANNA'S BABY WAS A BOY OR GIRL. THEN HE ASKED WHAT THE BABY'S NAME WAS. OMG THIS IS A PERFECT EXAMPLE OF FLORIDA COURTS AND CORRUPT, INEPT, MORONIC, AND A UGLY, I REPEAT UGLY APPOINTED ALBEIT CROOK OF A JUDGE. ANNA MUST BE TURNING OVER WITH SEEING HER FAT TRAILOR TRASH MOMMA VERGIE, SHORT FOR VERMENTED SITTING AND WAITING TO CLAIM HER BODY. DOES HER MOM WANT TO BEAT HER ONE LAST TIME IN DEATH.? ALL THE LAWYERS SCREAMING, SHOUTING LIKE SICK VULTURES. THE JUDGE ENJOYING HIS TWO MINUTES OF FAME. MAYBE SEIDLEN CAN START A REALITY SHOW INVOLVING DUMB ASS JUDGES. 48. So what do you people want then? Are you saying the judge is an asshole because he is listening to ALL aspects and not giving the body to the killer Howard K Stern? If any of you care about that little baby Dannilynne Anna or Daniel you will understand that the judge is trying to determine what is right, not what is right for the media circus.

No cause of death has been released...CNN right now reporting police are seizing the home in Nassau....oooohhhh can it be Stern is a murdering bastard who has no right to the baby, the body or anything else.

Body goes to the mother, who buries it next to Daniel in Nassau, the baby goes to it's legal blood father and the case is closed.

49. I just dont get it anymore. Find out who the father really is, get that out of the way and then all the other crap can be dealt with. As it is, its going to take years, and the baby is going to grow up really quick. Since Anna death, it seems to me there are going to be a whole lot of people that are going to get wrecked from this, Howard, Larry, the doctor who subscribed the drugs, this is going to ruin a whole lot of lives. Let the baby be first, dont take her down. There alway is still the chance Anna wont get the inheritance, they still have to go to court on that.

I was wondering if anyone else has noticed that the FL Medical Examiner looks strikingly similar to the evil scientist on the Underdog show? Everytime i see him i can't help but wonder whats up with that lopsided head of his. Look at this pic and tell me if you don't see an uncanny resemblence

52. Someone should test the baby and check hospital records to see if the baby was born drug dependant. Her mother used illegal and legal drugs throughout the
pregnancy.

55. 1. Anna would LOVE all this frenzy and fuss over her. That is what made the blood flow thru her and was the very air she breathed... being in the limelight! What's the rush? As she played the media like a fiddle while alive, she continues to manage that goal even in death. Let the legal system figure it out and take the time it needs. That's the way Anna would have wanted it... the more media exposure the better! SHE LOVED it and I have never seen but one picture of her shunning the media papparazi... one at the Supreme Court in that black outfit and black gloves where she puts her hand in front of a camera. That is the ONLY picture I have personally seen of her doing anything remotely resembling a shun of publicity!

2. If her mother is so gawd awful and beat and "whipped" Anna as a child as she recently (drug induced stated), then WHY WAS SHE GOOD ENOUGH TO LEAVE HER SON WITH FOR YEARS WHILE SHE STRIPPED , FLITTED AROUND THE PLAYBOY MANSION, POSED NUDE and was CREATING HER "PERSONA?" Wasn't he with that "dreadful woman" for 6-7 YEARS? OH, so it was OK for Anna to USE her own mama and let HER be Daniel's parent while SHE was off partying... that woman who "BEAT AND WHIPPED me," but now, so many folks are here bashing her mama without one mention of this side of the picture or questioning it. In one of her very last interviews with Entertainment she said "the last time she beat me was when I was 21." OH, and wasn't your son LIVING with your mama at that time?????

It has only been in recent years, as we have seen HKS's influence on her sink its nasty teeth into her have we seen such interviews and harsh words coming from Anna about her mother. Just like everyone esle in her world, he cut out her family and most all of Anna's friends. I do beleive he was involved in her drugging... that made it very EASY to control her and feed her false things about those REAL people around her that truly DID love her! (And I also think he was responsible for that "break in" of the house before the folks from South Carolina got there and GOT PERMISSION TO ENTER THEIR OWN HOUSE.) If her mama was the demon she has recently portrayed her to be, damn if I would have left MY son with the woman to beat and "whip" up on him too! Would someone explain THAT?

Perhaps her mama ain't the most perfect mother in the world, but she IS the one who we have seen on national TV begging her to get help... and to get away from HKS. She's not a media hog... she has been using the means made available to her to TRY AND BEG HER DAUGHTER TO GET HELP. Unfortunately, whether by the hands of HKS or Anna herself, she didn't heed mama's advice. We see where THAT has led her!

3. Anna's mama has stated that she doesn't want the money, just "give me the baby."

There is so much talk about "the money." That money hasn't yet been awarded and everyone is ASSUMING Anna will win the money. I haven't seen one news show or anybody wondering... "what will happen if that case isn't won?"

4. HKS has no job and as stated by his own sister has not had any income since meeting and working for Anna. He's been getting support FROM HIS PARENTS?! (Yeah, right!) How shameful that a man of his age depends on his PARENTS for money.
Someone please tell me how an unemployed lawyer who has had no cases/clients in 15? years and is basically becoming HOMELESS can financially support a child? (When doing that interview on TV this week, as he "tried" to produce A tear-he stated "that isn't my money... I can't spend one penny of that money... that money will be DanniLynne's money only.")
I hope his parents kept his room for him, because he might be headed back there... SOON! LOL

I think that the child needs to be put into the adoption system so she can become anonymous and have some sort of NORMAL LIFE! IF the money is awarded to her via Anna's estate, put it in trust until she becomes "of age" to then do as she sees fit. Maybe by that time she will have had caring loving parents who raised her to have some sense in using it.
No matter who gets her, unless that happens, that (a NORMAL life) is something the poor child will never have.... whether with Larry or her mama or particularly with HKS.
And she will live under a constant threat of being kidnapped!
I say make her as anonymous as possible and let her LIVE.

5. Thank GOD those friends of Anna's from South Carolina want down there to rescue what they could to preserve as possible evidence. I believe they are sincere folks and know Anna as well as ANYbody and have her best interests at heart. They also stated that as recent as last summer before the baby was born, she was talking to her mother and reconciling... but when HKS arrived from leaving town to take care of some legal business, he made her hang up phone calls with her mama (witnessed by these people) and said Anna's whole persona changed when HKS was around. I don't know that these people have anything to gain... but getting squatters out of their house! (If you have not seen their interviews on Greta's show, do.) The fact that they turned everything over to their local sheriff's office says alot about their credibility.

6. We must all learn to "agree to disagree" as we vent our frustrations out here and share our OPINIONS. There's no need to be mean to each other. You have nothing to gain by that. We can all chat about this in a civil way, eh? We are not inside. We can assume we know what is best or who done what, but what do we REALLY know?

57. I can't understand why everyone is attacking Anna Nichole Smith's mother. Many family's have falling outs, for various reasons, but they are still family. I believe Anna Nichole Smith's mother did not tell her what she wanted to hear, unlike other people that yes'ed her into a tragic death at age 39. Had ANC's mother been after money, I'm sure she would have yes'ed her too all these years. I don't know how many of you out there are mothers making the disparaging comments about ANC's mother, but imperfections and all, I'm sure Anna's mother loved her underneath all the dysfunction and will grieve this tragic outcome for the rest of her life, as she will her young grandson who died so tragically as well, and both under very, very suspicious circumstances. This is her blood. Anna Nichole Smith was very angry when she made the comments she did about her mother because her mother apparently in grief couldn't understand what happened to her grandson and the drugs involved and lashed out at her daughter and her companion (creep) that allowed this to happen. I don't blame her at all. I think she lost her daughter a long time ago and had no ability to influence her, and I'm sure they had other issues along the way as well. However, as I said, this is still her mother who raised her and brought her up and helped support her with her son, and I never heard it said that she was chasing after her daughter all these years for money. The only one chasing after money and fame was Anna Nichole Smith and the motley people surrounding her. Though I thought she was a sweet girl at heart, she lost her grounding along the way and apparently the ones that did care about her could not stop her from this tragic outcome. Let her mother take her home as was said above, have a service, and then bury her with her son, which I'm sure she would do.

As for the judge, everyone should call or e-mail that court house and object to the disrespectful circus being conducted by this imbicile supposed to be a judge. Disgraceful - at every turn not an ounce of dignity or respect. Really sad.

58. I can't believe this hearing going on over a fight over her body. No matter who wants her and for what reason,,,,the main thing is what Anna wanted. She lived in the Bahamas,,her child was born there,,her son died there,,she bought burial plots and buried Daniel there. She bought a home and was getting married,,raising Dannielynn there. She detested her Mother. Is there any doubt what she wanted and what her intent was?,,,,,I don't think so. Her fat ass Mom was estranged by Anna's choice. Went on national TV for money to basically put her daughter down. Now she's there to try and get her body and probably her baby for what?? Money. Anna didn't have any peace in life,,especially these past months,,,let her rest in peace at last next to her first love,,Daniel.

59. when I see that video of Anna Nicole trashing her mother it reminds me of wrestling matches where the wrestlers come out threatening the other one and then they start pounding on each other as part of the theatrics and show. It has always amazed me that people actually believe this nonsense is for real when it is nothing more than acting ,and not very good acting either. Also I saw a interview of one of the women that was in the room when she was found and what really stood out was this womans body language. She was making all the classic signs that the FBI says is signs of a person being deceptive.
