77. If Larry is Dannielynns father he will have a right to Anna's body. Because Dannielynn is Anna's next of kin. Therefore the person who is rightfully Dannielynns next of kin will be able to speak and act for her being that she is too young....

It is important that the father of Dannielynn be determined asap.... firstly for Dannielynns sake and secondly because the father will have the right to Annas body and can bury her. I believe Larry will make sure that Anna and Daniel are together, he just seems far more sane than HKS and the mother of ANS.

Everybody wants to be noticed, now that she's dead. All those people should have put their money where their mouth is when Anna was still alive. Maybe if more people did that for her, she might still be alive today.

80. The Fla. judge said he was going to make the decisions and he ended the hearing by making no decisions except to let someone else make the decision. Now a guardian ad litem will be paid to make a decision this judge could have made-what's with that? Perhaps he wanted to delay until the DNA decision is dealt with?

Couldn't the judge order a viewing in Fla. for the mother and Larry Birkhead and then let Howard Stern bury her with her son? Her son can't be buried alone in the Bahamas--no one in the world can believe that's what Anna Nicole would have wanted.

81. Anna did have a will. In it she states that she wanted HKS to be in charge of her affairs. Seems like a no-brainer to me.

Anna stated many times that she disowned her mother and wanted nothing to do with her. Why would anyone think that she should now be given to her mother to be buried?

I just don't get what is taking so long. Take a vial of her blood and release her body according to her wishes.

85. Cheri is right on target: she allowed herself to become what she died as. Truly tragic. Yet, why do I see a big Broadway musical like Evita. I'm for and with Howrad. I don't give a rat's behind who the child's bio dad is. The only male that she knows is Howard and that is called parenting. Virgie? Amazing that she even shows her face.

87. For those saying Howard alienated Anna from her friends and family. Why is it on the Anna show did Howard talk her into seeing her toothless cousin? Anna didn't want to see her. Howard kept relaying messages between the two until Anna agreed to go to dinner with her.

Stop trying to spin this into something it isn't. Anna didn't have to take drugs. She didn't have to keep Howard around. She was a grown ass woman, who was financially independent and made her own decisions.

89. HK is just plain creepy, I don't care how you cut it. He sat back and watched ANS destroy herself. His tears are real but they are not for ANS they are for himself as he knows the ride is over. He knows that the child is not his but it would be to adult to submit to test and let the real Dad come in, but that would mean giving up his last bit of control. HK is a lawyer who at last makes other lawyers look good, which is feat damn near impossible.

90. This is the most horrible display of our judicial system I have ever seen. Grab her DNA and vault it. Then allow her to be buried next to the only person who ever loved her for herself....her son. No one else gives a damm about Anna Nicole. It's her daughter and the $$$$$$$$ she stands to inherit that is causing this circus. Kick mom to the curb. The world knows there was no relationship there...mom only wants one thing...same for her sisters. Howard K is only concerned about his own interests and the fact that now he has no coat tails to strap himself to.

Daniel loved his mother because she was his mother...good, bad and ugly. Take what you need for all your stupid hearings, and do the decent thing. Bury her!!!! NEXT TO HER SON. This is a travisty.
