well thank goodness i am not the only one, for a minute there i thought maybe my left eye had slid down on my face or something. I agree and i cannot wait to see who is the first to get out the scoop on the explanation for that skull bubble, i want to know that even more than who the babys daddy is or who gets the body or how she died even. Whats the deal TMZ? Enquiring minds wanna know!

When I saw a clip of the judge on Nancy Grace lastnight, saying 'the body belongs to me now' and 'that baby is sitting on a cold slab and i can go look at it anytime i want to'...i seriously thought it was some kind of sick comedy joke someone was doing. This guy is a creep and being so disrespectful of Anna's body. I was shocked and appauled. And how can he say it won't decompose so fast? Since when is a judge a doctor too? Idiot!

94. Nancy Grace is the only one in the Media that seems to give darn at this point . She is right when she says she wishes a mother any mother could just step up and take care of this child. I agree.
I hope like hell where ever this baby is some one is holding her and feeding her and loving her. And giving her a stable home which at this point NO ONE has stepped up to do.

96. No matter how estranged Anna was with her mother (while drug enduced), no one, not even Anna, can take the fact away that Vergie is her mother and Anna is Vergie's daughter. A mother, especially a mother, in the USA courts have legal rights when it comes to their children. Like it or not! Just like Vergie, no matter how my child argued, fussed, fought, disowned me and even not speak to me, I would have been on the first plane to get my daughter's body, and yes, my grand child too! All of you are saying, it's because of the money. But come on really, if this child ever sees a dime would surprise me, because if anyone thinks that the Marshall family is going to relinquish money now that Anna is dead, is sadly mistaken.

Yes, the judge is doing the right thing. Let's not leave any stone unturned. One thing, I think we can all agree on is that, we don't want speculations after this is over.

97. Seems to me in this case the next of kin issue is totally tied in with the paternity issue. Dannielyn is the immediate next of kin, and whomever her father might be would be the one who would make decisions in her behalf. Therefore, the courts have to rule out who's NOT the father, and hopefully determine who IS the father. The only way the mother would be deemed the next of kin would be if none of the men claiming paternity actually fathered Dannielyn, and she was deemed guardian of the child. So it's a complicated situation that's not going to be solved overnight-I think the judge is doing the right thing by taking his time. This is besides the fact the eyes of the world are upon him, and he doesn't want to screw up.

Now...back to the issue of the Medical Examiner's head....WTF is up with that? It's the biggest mystery of all to me!

98. This is just crazy, all parties involved need to step up and agree on something, a viewing for Virgies folks, a burial in the Bahamas. Seems really simple to me. How could anyone involved NOT want her buried next to her son? That is just cruel and evil. Now this idiot judge has his ugly mug on television and is loving it, hell when this is all over Anna will be a pile of dust and they can just half the pile.

100. The judge in Florida that claims "Anna's body is his now".......... he is one "legend in his own mind" type of guy! He is abusing his authority1
Why doesn't he do the right thing by the baby, and let the paternity test happen right away! Let the baby bond with her real father.
Notice HKS's NOSE or BEAK shall I say, and look at his coloring! The baby is quite the opposite of HKS.
HKS is being cruel, cruel, cruel to the baby- let her bond with her REAL BLOOD!

103. On Fox news today, they interviewed the Funeral Home, that handled Daniels funeral in the Bahamas.
The woman said she never saw Anna at the funeral home.And that Annas son is in a unmarked grave in the Bahamas.
Remember when Stern told ET he sold pictures to "get the money" for Daniel...
WOW...and with all that cash, they didn't even get the kid a headstone! And don't forget,Daniel wasn't buried timely either..Anna and Stern chose to have a "commitment ceremony first"

104. Judge Seidlin is mentally unstable. No will has been probated. Anywhere. HK Stern is not the Executor of anything. Bahamian law has no business in a Florida Judge's chambers - particularly since the decedent is in Flordia, U.S., and her "Bahamian domicile" (as Stern's big-mouthed lawyer calls it) is fraudulent. Stern has no business even being represented in the matter of where ANS will be interred. More importantly, mentally-unstable Seidlin has deemed it that a 5 mo. old baby should have say (through a guardian) as to where ANS will be buried. No matter how many times ANS's mother's lawyer presented case law to this maniac in a black robe, he refused to hear it. He said he's going to let his "heart tell me what to do. My heart will speak to me." He also spoke about the "vibes" he has. Now, in order to avoid taking the blame for what is going to be an illegal decision (to give the body to Stern), he's appointed an Administrator to review the case and he's allowing clearly inadmissable "evidence". Things called "hearsay," which means there's no proof that ANS said these things. This case is RIPE for an appeal. BTW, if that horse-faced lawyer for HK Stern wants to admit transcripts from Entertainment Tonight, Virgie's lawyer better submit the transcript from Wed.'s Access Hollywood, WHERE TRIM-SPA'S OWNER SAID HK STERN AND HE (ALEX GOEN) WANT TO HOLD THE FUNERAL IN THE BAHAMAS BETWEEN 2/18 AND 2/25 TO COINCIDE WITH A TRIMSPA PARTY WHEREIN THEY HOPE TO FIND THE NEW SPOKESWOMAN FOR THE DRUG. WHY IS DANIEL SMITH BURIED IN THE BAHAMAS? HE IS A LEGAL CITIZEN/RESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES.
