I agree! Whatever happened to Kimmie? She was everywhere with Anna and now she has vanashed...I bet she knows a lot about Anna and her wishes...

I'd hope there is a more recent will...And I hope if anything, Anna gets buried with her son...It's obvious that is what she wanted...

20. Howard has screwed himself over royally. The will was never legally filed in court. It is NOT valid. Hhahahahahaha.

He couldn't even do his dirty lawyering right.

I'll bet it's a complete fraud, anyway.

If there is no will, the estate goes into probate, and guess who the legal next of kin is----HER MOTHER (as her daughter is a minor)

21. All I hope for is this poor baby finds her father, and that they will bury this poor lost soul next to her son. The only thing in life she really cared about. Her mother needs to carry her tail back to Texas and shut up. If she loved her so much why did she and still does, continue to bash her on televiision.

23. This will may be contested so it really doesn't mean that much . With all she went through with the Marshall Estate i can't believe that she went as far as to have a dress made for her burial but not update her will.

I am sure Virgie will contest this saying that there is a possiability that Howard kept Anna drugged and there is a chance that this will was tampered with when she was under the infulence of drugs.

25. Yea!! I hope it's legal in all aspects. HKS is the only one she has trusted for any length of time and he seems to be the only one still looking out for her and fighting for her wishes to be respected. I'm sure she was still grieving for Daniel and did not think about changing her will.

26. I believe this was all planned by Howard K Stern. With ANS and Daniel gone and him being the baby's legal father, HKS can dispose of the assets anyway he can. What a slime! I hope that the spirits of ANS and Daniel lead to the truth and justice will prevail.

27. Anna Nicole Smith had Howard Stern as her lawyer for over 10 years. He was a trusted confidante and adviser and handled all her legal matters. As time went on they developed a personal relationship, lived together and were for the most part together 24/7. Whether or not she loved him is not the issue here. She clearly states in her will that she wants him to handle her estate and affairs. All of you, including ANS's mother and all the other sleaze bags coming out of the woodwork who are trying to decide things in their own way need to realize that the judge will side with Anna's wishes clearly and legally specified in her will. Whether or not you like or hate Howard does not matter. The courts do not make decisions based on here say and emotion. They will follow her wishes to the letter of the law. That means: she WILL be buried in the Bahamas in the plot she selected next to Daniel AND HKS will raise Dannielynn. That is the purpose of drawing up a legal will so your wishes will be followed and not ignored by greedy relatives and has been boyfriends!

29. Stern is not benfiting from this will, he stood by her in her late husband estate trail when everybody give out on her. He also manages all her asset and money while she was alive(legal advice for 15 years). Why with anybody in the right mind question him been the executor of the will? My odds with Stern is that what kind of relationship is this that you let this woman do anything she pleases(sleeping with the DR. for pills, sleeping with immgration guys for papers, sleeping with everybody around her and Stern for free legal work). Anna was a legal mess, and she kept Howard not to paid legal fees.

30. If Howard is the father of that little girl, he certainly will cash in on a fortune. There won't be enought left for a hamburger by the time he is done spending the money on lap dances and methodone.

Like I said before, he pulled off the ultimate con by killing off this family and taking the cash.
