396. You people just aren't getting it. Bill Wayne Smith is the closest remaining living next-of-kin of Daniel. Bill inherits his deceased son's estate. Yep, he was the chicken fry cook where he and Vicky Hogan used to work as teenagers. That's where they fell in love and then married. They are the parents of Daniel. If there is multi-million/billion dollar estate - that fry cook may be counting his blessings.

OMG! I never thought of that, I wonder if that could actually happen! I did not copy your entire post but EVERYTHING you had to say sounds credible and hopefully, for the baby's sake, possible. What a wonderful ending to a tragic story that would be!

Everyone is saying why didn't HKS have Anna update her will after Daniel died. The better question is why didn't he have her update it while she was pregnant. They knew she was having another child so why would you leave a will that states only one child. I could understand why she wouldn't have updated it after Daniel died due to the great loss she had suffered, but that does not explain why it wasn't updated before he died. For an attorney who was supposed to be habdling her affairs he did a piss poor job as far as this will was concerned. Actually, I think there may be a later will that we don't know about just yet. I haven't read the will yet but several posters here have mentioned a fax date and why would a will be faxed before Anna dies unless a different will was faxed on that date and copier tricks were used. Believe me it can easily be done. You just type the date on a piece of paper, tape it to the top of what you are going to send, then just kept copying and using white out until there is no more visible line. Then you have a clean copy with the wanted date at the top. Any thoughts.

Let's just pray that little Dannielynn does not wind up getting"kidnapped" as HKS so fears while he's here in the States next week. From his recent interviews that seems to be his next plan of action. I wonder how many millions the kidnappers will be asking for her ransom!

Ot just occurred to me-the wording of this will seems to be to prevent any children from another relationship (step-kids) from diddlng with her then living son's inheritance as her deceased husband's son did her. Also, is there the off chance that she may have put a child up for adoption that she may have feared would come forward upon her demise? I mean everyone knows that she oozed sex for a living and that sex also makes babies. maybe somewhere in her earlier life she traded off a child in secerecy and simply did not wish for Daniel to be blindsided by a lawsuit.

412. What ET did not reveal in this interview is that the boat dealer that HKS was with stated on FOX that Stern got the phone call from Moe between 1 and 1:15. She questioned him three times about the time of that phone call and he was as sure as he could be that the time he says HKS got that call was right. So how come 911 did not get a phone call until 1:39? She didn't have to die. How much ya wanna bet it comes out both Moe and the nurse were under orders of HKS not to call anyone before clearing it with him???

Where, written in the news reports does it state that the will was "filed"? No where. I have checked the news sources before I typed this. I heard it on the hearing. Judge Seidlen asked for the will to be "produced". It has not been filed people. $terns camp is upto something. They would not give it up so easily. How can it be filed when Anna's domicle has not yet been legally determined. Since when can you probate a will in a State in which you donot reside?

As for Daniel and his father. Steph, where did you find that law that because Daniel was estranged from his father, his father has no legal rights? For if I had died and my child was a minor and had not seen her biological father for years, he would get her. That is what I was told by the Courts and Attorney when I went to draft my will and listed my parents as her guardians. My relatives or new husband would have to go to court and fight for custody. Unless of course the biological father signed away his rights. Daniel may have died in the Bahama's, but he was a United States Citizen when he died. He also resided in the United States. Just because he died there means nothing. Jurisdiction of his estate is where he resided at the time of his death. He was visiting there, he didnot live there. As I understand it, his residency was in Califonia.

Ask yourself, do you have a will in place? Is it up to date?
Most commonly people don't attend to their Wills and you are probably one of them. I've been meaning to get a Will drawn up but have never gotten around to it.
So before you sit there, telling other people what they should do, think about what you've done.
And, also, think of the pain of ANS changing her Will - another heart breaking reminder of Daniel's loss. We so easily attack people like HKS, but we don't know the facts. Maybe he's been trying to get her to get the Will updated? Maybe she was distracted by all the other sh_t in her life and thought she'd get around to it. Maybe she just didn't care and wanted to die. When you are on a death path, you are very selfish and not thinking about the people you are leaving behind, just yourself. She never seemed to properly bond with the baby coz of her grief, so maybe the baby wasn't top of her mind. Maybe all she thought about was her grief - you are expecting her to act as someone would in normal circumstances but she wasn't in normal circumstances. She was in pain and drugged up to numb that terrible pain.

I absolutely believe Jackie. She's only stating the things alot of people are concerned about or have worried about. And when you put her statements together with the others (besides Howard) then they all coincide. Jackie and Larry seem to be the only two that have really come forward and said they tried to help Anna and they both were excommunicated from her life for doing so. And Jackie is actually naming names - so that makes her even more credible. Keep going Jackie, make your voice heard - turn that grief into anger - you will still be helping Anna and Daniel. Put Howard where he belongs.
