34. I think this all is very very sad. I truely believe that her mother and her sister are trying to get her money. Why did she have no contact with them for ten years? There has to be a good reason. Howard stayed buy her for all the good and bad, that has to say something for him. I think he loved her.

37. I have been absolutely fascinated by this very sad chapter in the life of this family.
You have the death of a whole family (practically) in a matter of months. From the times I saw them on TV, they seemed to be nice people who just couldn't stop making bad, self-destructive choices. We all have folks just like this in each of our own families. Now, you will have a sweet little girl who will never know her mother or brother. Hopefully, she will have a father who can raise her well and with love & not be exploited as she grows up. What continues to puzzle me is, aren't there state laws/regulations that require dead people to be properly handled within a certain period of time after death? How much more DNA can be retrieved from Anna? It is obvious there was a major dissention between her and her mom? She was publicly with HK Stern, why not let him make the decisions-he has been with her throughout all her other situations-She put him there. People can not say she was forced to do anything by him-she appeared to be of very free will at all times. Let this woman's soul be laid to rest.

39. Doesn't that show that Stern preplanned all of this? He probably kept Anna so doped up, she didn't even know what she was signing! No new updated wills? Sounds like without Daniel, Stern gets charge of all of it. There is no mention of any other kids, and I'll bet he planned it that way! This guy is a sleeze bag of the highest magnitude. He and his slimey family are all in this together, and are going to get it all if the cops don't get in there and prove that he murdered both Daniel AND Anna.

41. HKS is making lots of bank off his so called love's death. I believed he used her for his own capital gain and I fear that when the truth comes out about the paternity and he is proved NOT THE FATHER (as almost all who look at this situation believe) he will not only harm himself but the child as well. In all the interviews including Larry King live he appears drugged himself. This is not a rational or sane man. Funny how Anna and her mom's estrangement is about the same length ot time as HKS being in the picture. This woman was a death waiting to happen by her on behavior and HKS helped her down that road and should be charged with 2nd degree murder as he enabled this behavior. And to those people picking on Anna's mother-remember she lost her child and is hurting just as bad as you would had it been your own. Give the woman a break. Anna was a wild child from her early years and not a walk in the park for her mother to take care of. Anna was addicted to drugs, booze, and it looks like sex as well. God rest her soul and finally give this very sick women some peace.

42. Try reading the will...Danielynn does get the inheritance. It specifically mentions future children. And also, HKS is not only the Executor, but teh TRUSTEE of the estate, until the baby reaches her majority. Danielynn is f**ed

Everyone is saying they can't believe her will wasn't updated..that Howard wasn't a good lawyer because it wasn't...but then if it was updated after the birth of her daughter, everyone would be saying that Howard must have planned her demise because he made her update it...blah...blah..blah....so either way..updated or not...people would have something negative to say.....

44. I have two issues I have to get off my chest. One; if Anna's mother wins and gets custody of anna's body for burial, I hope anna comes back and haunts her for the rest of her life. Anna hated her!!! I mean, her mother accused her of killing her beloved son....on tv in front of the whole world!! Who does that??? It is perfectly obvious that going home to her mother and family was the absolute last thing she would have wanted. After Daniel died she bought two plots next to him; for her and probably for dannielyn when her time comes. I can't even believe there's an issue here about where to bury her. The second issue is in regard to her so-called best friend jackie hatten. Should we hold her responsible for anna taking drugs while she was pregnant? Why couldn't SHE stop her? She is on a mission to destroy howard stern because he knew she was on drugs and if he really loved her, he should have stopped her. Well, then, I guess she's just as responsible because she just admitted in cnn that she saw anna take drugs while she was pregnant. It is so obvious that this woman has a vendetta against stern because she believes he's responsible for putting her brother in jail for seven years. She needs to back off. She is absolutely rediculous!!!!.
