TMZ has obtained the will of Anna Nicole Smith, aka Vickie Lynn Marshall. The will is dated July 30, 2001 and was drafted prior to Dannielynn's birth and Daniel's death, and therefore indicates that Anna only had a son.
The will entrusts all of Anna's property and names Howard K. Stern as executor.
There were two witnesses to the will's signing, one of which was Kimberly Walther, Anna's former assistant.

Roxy yes i have an updated will and have had a will ever since i had my first child at the age of 25.
I understand what you are saying though alot of people do not but with all she went through trying to get Marshalls money i would think that would have made her make sure hers was valid and up to date. It just does not make sence.

To Steph who wrote #410-411 hey girlfriend , I'm glad to see someone else with the right facts as alot of people on here are just out to nail Howard to the cross it would'nt matter what this loving individual did for Anna Nicole , Daniel & Dannielynn they just want to blame him for everything. The executor fees for a California will are specified by law. It depends on the size of the estate. It runs about 4%, so the $12 million only applies to an estate of $550 million.
What I don't understand is why HK$ did not have her set up her assets in a living trust to avoid 40% estate taxes. After the Supreme Court opinion which allowed her to re=plead the case against the Marshall estate, he should have clearly recommended she set up a living trust to keep any windfall amount like that from taxes. Either something else is going to be revealed, or HK$ is an imbecile.

What mother puts in her will that no future children will inherit any of her estate? She was obviously not of sound mind. So Dannielynn does not inherit anything according to this will. An executor of the will can not be the beneficiary. So HKS gets nothing. He is suppose to carry out her wishes. Daniel was the benficiary, but he is dead. It would therefore be concluded that his next of kin would inherit the estate and that would be Dannielynn, but she excluded her out of the will. The whole thing is so f***ked up. It looks like nobody gets anything.

I believe she died of a broken heart with or without drugs in her body . Daniel had no will everthing then reverts to his mother as he father is/was nowhere to be found for a long time he hasn't seen Daniel for years no cared to according to reports. So everything goes t his mother now we need to see if she had sole custody of Daniel & if she did again the father gets zilch! It reverts back to the mother whom has now died & the executor of her will deals with Daniels things.
but again more scum will come out to the wood work & make ther claim to fame wait & see HER mother is a gold digger!

Something is amiss. First the will was made in 2001 and signed by one of two witnesses, James Khavarian ( mispelled?), James Khavarian fired from Stern's firm, son Daniel dies suddenly in Nicole's Hospital room then a few months later Nicole collapses and dies. I hope they check any and all loop holes and I pray NOTHING is overlooked because something is wrong with this whole picture. Suppose the so called claimed seven men are not the father of Daniellyn. My heartfelt sympathy to Ms. Arthur, seems like moms try but never can quite patch things up for the good of everyone in time. From a new fan of " The Fallen Angel"
