TMZ has obtained the will of Anna Nicole Smith, aka Vickie Lynn Marshall. The will is dated July 30, 2001 and was drafted prior to Dannielynn's birth and Daniel's death, and therefore indicates that Anna only had a son.
The will entrusts all of Anna's property and names Howard K. Stern as executor.
There were two witnesses to the will's signing, one of which was Kimberly Walther, Anna's former assistant.

Here's how I see it:
Howard K. Stern was Anna's lawyer when she filed suit for her share of J. Howard Marshall's estate. If Anna's estate gets all of the $500 million that she wanted from her deceased husband, Howard will get his lawyer's cut. (This fact was verified by his sister, Bonnie Stern, on tv the other day. She said Howard will get his cut of the J. Howard Marshall lawsuit money if Anna's estate wins.) A lawyer's cut of a lawsuit is usually a third of what is won, sometimes a fourth. That's $125 million to $166 million Howard K. Stern stands to get as HIS lawyer's fee if Anna's estate wins the lawsuit against J. Howard Marshall's family. That's a hell of a lot of money! Even if Anna's estate only gets a hundred mill from Marshall's family, Stern would still get millions as his cut.
So--I think Stern's a total weasel, I'm not trying to excuse his behavior--but I think he stood to gain millions just by having been her lawyer when the lawsuits for Marshall's money were filed. I think the reason he kept her drugged wasn't so much for money, as he stood to gain lots of money anyway--I think he was obsessed with her, and he was just trying to keep her under control until he could marry her. She was beautiful, funny, spontaneous, all the things he wasn't, plus his life revolved around her, and he was sick of seeing other men with her. It wasn't a real love he had for her, because if he really loved her he would have gotten her help instead of feeding her drug addiction. He would do anything to stay in her good graces, and he would do anything to be her husband. I'm sure he wouldn't have wanted her to die now, before he could marry her--but he was still to blame.
Eventually, if he manages to avoid prison, he'll be photographed accompanying another stunning blond.

Actually Anna answered your question in an interview a while back. She said although she liked Marilyn Monroe she did not want to die llike her but wanted to live to a ripe old age.

Jeannette it has been said by a former boyfriend ( i can not remember which one to many to keep up with) that she had told him that she would die like Marylin.
With the 2 most recent attempts to take her life why did anybody that was supposed to be "so good for her" ever call for help?
You do not pull somone out of a pool or watch them sleep for 48 hrs after ingesting a Hole bottle of sleeping meds or wait for 45 min or longer to call 911 after you see they are not breathing and do nothing or get medical help.

I find it remarkable that all of these men who now claim to have slept with Anna after she's dead and can't defend herself kept their mouths shut when she was alive. Could it be that there's personal gain for them????? The worst part is how easily so many people are willing to believe these spinelss creeps. They all sound like a bunch of high school jocks bragging about how they all did the girl who has the big boobs! Anna was no saint, but with her schedule how she could have found the time to do all the men who are now claiming as much is beyond me. I think the ones who claim to have been with her when she was pregnant is the biggest joke of all. I've had two kids and most mothers who I talk to have shared the same experience, when you have morning sickness, feel fat and bloated and exhausted from your pregnancy, the last thing on you feel like doing is anyone!

Anna Nicole's mother hasn't been there for her daughter for years, she should just butt out. Why make all this fighting over this poor woman's remains? Why not just let Anna be buried with her son Daniel, as she would have wanted. Let Anna rest in peace next to her son.
As for this judge handling this- I think he is wacko. What a disgrace he is. He is making these precedings a mockery. Don't vote him in as a judge in Florida again!
I hope the people who gave Anna the house in the Bahama's and "grave robbed" her house and stole her personal belongings and pictures to sell for profit will be arrested.

Answer: It's idiots like this who make me afraid. Seriously, if you want to turn a blind eye, go right ahead. I don't understand the need to post if that's the case; and especially, to try to discourage people who are good samaritans and fight for those with no voices. Some of us have followed this case as a child neglect/abuse case, as well as an univestigated possible-homicide, and have actuallyDONE things about it. I have two responsive letters from the Bahamian government (pre-Anna-death), stating that they are now "looking into" the issues of Daniel's death and Dannielynn's neglect. And some of my online buddies did so much work and research (which TMZ ran with and takes credit for. Good for them; big deal.) It is because we ACTED, and didn't look at this as simply entertainment, that an inquest was decided reconsidered. Now witnesses are coming out of the woodwork, in the Bahamas and in the U.S.; there is safety in numbers. And whomever "stole" the documents from Horizons: Good for them! The greater good was to get the truth exposed and a baby (likely future murder victim) into safe hands.
THIS ISN'T ENTERTAINMENT, DUMBASS!

I agree with you one to point. Since Daniel died, and if Anna/Vickie was his sole guardian then she would receive everything unless his father came out of the woodwork and contested a probate if one was heard for he never signed away rights when Daniel was younger. I am waiting to see what happens in this case.
However, now it does not matter. Dannilynn is the heir. Been following the news. If I heard this correctly on the last two network news, since Daniel is dead the will is going Intestate. Since the will was drawn up in California and Daniel is dead, something about it being null and void under California Statutes which would now make Dannilynn the sole heir. So HKS is out of the picture. There is no legal papers making him executor or guardian of Dannilynn. So the race is on.

I just want the baby to know who real real father is, for every child deserves that right. I also feel she should be placed with the person who will look out for her and not use her, her birth, her pics, any inherirtance or who her mother was for monetary gain. That person should have to sign a confidentiality statement they will not use her for personal gain and that an independent guardian/trustee is appointed not related to any of these people to handle affairs of her estate until she reaches of age to handle it herself. So far the key players are doing a damn good job at exploitation.

I hope that Larry is the father and that he doesn't go after the Marshall money. Anna Nicole was greedy back then in her mid twenties and took advantage of that old man. That money has been nothing but trouble. ANS and her Mother quit talking because she was going after that old mans money. Notice the photos of the wedding. Empty seats. Nobody approved. not even the public. That baby doesn't have to start out into the world worth billions of dollars, having to be protected day and night from kidnappers. Larry Birkhead has a job and he can take care of his daughter if that is what the results say. Plus ANS has a family that will help. HKS is making this whole thing difficult on himself, the baby, and when ANS was alive on her, by not taking a simple paternity test.
HKS didn't get paid for 14 years I believe. A lot of motive.
