47. 6 years since this will was written, Daniel died, she buried him, she supposingly purchased a plot next to him but never updated her will to inlcude the baby? Her will excludes any future children and or husbands she may have... paaalllleeeze.. this has HK$ written all over it..

48. The will specifically and intentionally leaves out "future spouses and/or children". That means she left nothing to Dannielynn. Vergie is her next of kin. Wow.

51. Why does the Mother want to bury Anna in Texas when Daniel is buried in the Bahamas? I read it was Anna's wish to be buried next to Daniel. Why would the mother want to split them up? That makes no sense to me.

52. Did anyone read the will? Does it not sound like Howard gets the sum of her life insurance policy? And not allowing for any future children born, or otherwise to be taken care of, allowing her Executor (Howard) to distrubute funds as he sees fit. UMMM Yeah we can all see where this is going!

53. From reading though it, it looks like she purposely left out Danielynn from her estate. It states any future heir is ommited. Granted it was written in 2001 but she still specifically left out any future , then unborn, children

54. I am disgusted with these people who are there for the money and fame not the baby. Jackie Hatton the supposed best friend has changed her story several times from Nancy Grace to Larry King then Banfield and Courtside.

56. court tv said that she excluded everyone but daniel, since he's dead noone gets anything because she intentionally left future children or husbands out (and her family). article 6.2 (general disinheritence) howard was the executor to carry out the will for daniel, but he was also named as guardian 7.1 of her children and she wrote noone could contest that.

59. Oh, this gets even better.

This sets up a scenario where the Court-appointed advocate for Dannilynn can sue HK$ for malpractice and fraud for deliberately not updating the will to include her because he had a substantial financial incentive to keep her out of the will.

This is why lawyers are supposed to have an ethical code of conduct and why they are probited from being the executor and beneficiary of estates.

Ohhhh. Court costs are gonna eat up HK$ and make his life miserable for years to come. He is also going end up being prohibited from practicing law because of his ethical misconduct.

60. Anna was too 'high' when Daniel died to be thinking straight and want to take care of legal matters pertaining to the will. She seemed to stay self medicated from the time she gave birth until the day she died. I guess her body couldn't take any more drugs. Look how long it took her to bury Daniel, and there was no legal hold on his body. She was too distraut to do anything! I do believe Daniels sudden death just blew her away mentally and emotionally, and she never recovered from that blow. I don't think Howard could stop her, she was too bossy and did as she damn well felt like it and defyed Howard to tell her what to do or how to do it. Howard seemed to walk on eggshells around her, afraid to confront her drug use and afraid to take charge of her life because he was afraid she'd tell him to get lost once and for all. But he was the only person in her sad life that was willing to stay with her no matter what she did or who she screwed around with. I think he was way past the point of trying to get her money, because he dealt with all her bulls**t for sooo many years that he was used to her treating him like crap! But he did know if anything happened to her that he was covered financially being the executor or her will. He stayed closer to her than white on rice to insure that NO ONE pulled Anna from his clutches. Every guy she was kissing all over and obviously having sex with seems like Howard was ALWAYS in the background watching from 6 feet away. HOW ODD IS THAT???? He's kind sick and obsessed with her. He doesn't seem like a person that can raise a baby girl on his own. He's in it for the money. Too bad, so sad! I hope Anna's mom is allowed to go to the funeral. She should go to the funeral no matter who gets the body if she really cared about Anna. The courts decision will determine if her mom is full of crap or not.
