TMZ has obtained the will of Anna Nicole Smith, aka Vickie Lynn Marshall. The will is dated July 30, 2001 and was drafted prior to Dannielynn's birth and Daniel's death, and therefore indicates that Anna only had a son.
The will entrusts all of Anna's property and names Howard K. Stern as executor.
There were two witnesses to the will's signing, one of which was Kimberly Walther, Anna's former assistant.

Remember that G. Ben Thompson is a South Carolina developer who once dated Smith. He repossessed her house in the Bahamas and changed its locks on Friday (09 Feb 2007) claiming he owned the property.
And then read the following:
14 Feb 2007 (Sawf News) Items purported to belong to Anna Nicole turned up at The Sheriff's Office of Horry County, South Carolina Tuesday (13 Feb 2007) reports ET Online.
A statement released by the Sheriff's office Wednesday states that on Tuesday at 1:30 p.m., they received the following items: two laptop computers, several hard drives, mini cassette tapes, bags with papers, pictures and photos.
Without specifying who turned in the items, the statement invites anyone who can confirm they own the items by either documentation or a court order to claim them.
It maybe recalled that in a statement released Monday, Howard K. Stern's attorney Ron Rale had alleged that a break-in had occurred in Anna Nicole's house in the Bahamas on Friday, within 24 hours of her death.
"When Howard Stern returned to the house a day later, he learned that all of Anna Nicole's personal items had been stolen. These items included computers, external hard drives, mini dv tapes, and dvds containing all of Anna Nicole's personal digital photos and digital home videos, many of which are extraordinarily personal in nature, and a dvd of Anna Nicole's most recent movie 'Illegal Aliens' that has yet to be released in theatres. All of Anna Nicole's personal documents were also stolen, including confidential contracts, banking information, attorney-client privileged documents, and Dannielynn's birth certificate. Even paintings hanging in the nursery that Anna Nicole had painted for Dannielynn were stolen."
The Sheriff's Office of Horry County says they did not receive any paintings.
Anna Nicole Smith's former lover G. Ben Thompson had repossessed her house in the Bahamas and changed its locks on Friday (09 Feb 2007) claiming he owned the property.
Locks on the house changed for the second time in 24 hrs as Smith's attorney, Wyne Munroe, took possession of the property back from, Godfrey Pinder, the lawyer for Thompson on Saturday.

You are entitled to your opion just as mucgh as the rest of us. The only reason $tern stood next to Anna was because he HAD NO OTHER CLIENTS!! What did Glenn Beck say..she was his cash cow. But if he was such a "man", what "man" would let who he called the love of his life sleep with this one and that? What "man" would follow her around like a lackey standing in the background holding her purse, dog, whatever and pick her teeth in public in front of a camera no less and put up with the statements she made in public about him as being a joke. What "man" would take pictures of the love of his life lying in bed with another man? Any "man" would have said enough is enough and look for $greener$ pastures. The only time you saw him actually him next to her, sitting side by side, was in the Bahamas and there she looked like she was in a drug induced state.
As for $tern being the father, yeah right and Howard Hughes was Anna's. Even $tern's own sister admitted it wasn't his. If she was, he would be running up and down every avenue waving the paper screaming it and starting a lawsuit against Birkhead and every other person coming out of the woodwork for disgracing the love of his life with false lies. How does $terns sister know who Anna slept with or how does Rale know who Anna slept with. What, did they sleep with her too? Oh yeah, I forgot, $tern was everywhere Anna was. He was probably hiding under the bed and they are all doing what he asks in order they may get a piece of the pie. Come on girl, join the real world.
As for Vergie..You all think Anna raised Daniel for nineteen years. Hellooooo. Anna dumped him off on grannies doorstep.

ANS did not honor her husband's will - and fought for over 10 years to force the courts to give her more than what he wanted her to have. He clearly left her $8 million for their 13 month marriage (which she cheated on him constantly and left him alone to die). Howard stated that since ANS was the legal wife-she should get half of his 1.6 billion estate (which he acquired over his lifespan without her help). Then Howard writes a will for ANS to specifically disinherit any future spouse or children, how can ANS be entitled to more than her husband's will and yet Howard feels it is right to disinherit future spouses or children? ANS also made a plan for her funeral dress, but didn't make a plan to update her will? Even after she knew that the sole heir was deceased? Why didn't Howard remind her to update the will for the new daugher (his so-call child?). ANS left her husband sick and dying in bed while she was spending his money. It comes full circle, and she is left alone to die with a 105 degree fever while her wannabe lover was spending her money on his yacht. You reap what you sow. Anna is getting payback from her former husband.

I hope Anna Nichole's emotional out-crys to keep her daughter away from her abusive mom don't go unheard! She would be the one who cared about her baby more than anyone! No one can dispute Anna Nichole's deep motherly love for her son. I was horrified to see her Mom on national TV, right after her son's death, dragging her own daughter through the mud on the worst day of her life! Anna Nichole said on camera that her Mom was evil, used to beat her and never cared about her. She said the tabloid paid her Mom to lay on Danniel's grave while they were taking pictures. Anna Nichole had flaws like most of us but I think it's obvious she did have a good heart. She wasn't just a celebrity, she was a mother who loved her children. The only way she can protect her little baby now is if people take what she said as the bottom line!

THINK! Harold Stern was Anna's lawyer and wrote her WILL making him executer and cancelling out any other husbandf or child in the future (awful fishy) (I wonder if Anna even knew what she signed) then he became her companion lover. Daniel died before he was 21 (full of drugs), if he was 21 he wouldn't need a exectuor. Anna dies 5 months later also has flu like symptoms (poisioning and drugs?) maybe can't wait to see lab results come in on Anna. Something smells really bad.

Its facinating how this whole thing is playing out - keeping me gripped at my computer when I should be working.
I just hope that all the items have been returned and that they aren't used to further exploit and damage ANS - you know more pictures etc. I know that I say I am gripped by the hole saga, but poor ANS, she doesn't need any more dirt coming out. There's already so much and more about to happen with the endless legal cases and other so called friends coming out of the woodwork

Mark Geragos called this will "sloppy" on Nancy Grace. Hahahahahah. You don't have much future as a lawyer when Geragos calls your work sloppy on national television.
An expert said it will be an intestate will in California, so it everything will go to Dannilynn, and there would be a different executor than HK$.

I have asked those question myself in a few blogs. He was a guest of Anna's. So what is he doing in that house? He has no legal right. Kick is a$$ out!! Oh, I forgot, according to him after Daniel died, he, Anna and the Ministers family became very close and prayed together. Hey people, his words!! They are probably afraid to deport him. And as for the break-in. When he was there with the Insider cameras, did the house not look very neat? Someone knew exactly where to look. If someone robbed it, things would have been shrewn all over. Even her closet was very neat. I bet you the Nanny and her family had their hands in it. Anagin, why did $tern have them remove her clothes and jewelry? By the way..what did it state on TV that the authorities just cannot go and get him if he refuses to come?? Hey, the man is a US citizen and the FBI surely has the right to go and have him extradited. Go get him Hoover!!! Since I had lived in Florida, you all might think they are somewhat backwards. Well after making friends with some of the government officials (County/State)., I have a word for $tern, Don't pee them off. The Florida Government make the California Government look like they (California) never graduated from the sandbox.
