TMZ has obtained the will of Anna Nicole Smith, aka Vickie Lynn Marshall. The will is dated July 30, 2001 and was drafted prior to Dannielynn's birth and Daniel's death, and therefore indicates that Anna only had a son.
The will entrusts all of Anna's property and names Howard K. Stern as executor.
There were two witnesses to the will's signing, one of which was Kimberly Walther, Anna's former assistant.

I heard that Kimmie was ousted by Anna a long time ago, calling her a leach, and a stalker. I dont think Kimmie is in the mix.
Anna has ousted alot of people, her mom, kimmie, etc.... I wouldnt put a whole lot of thought into why she didnt talk to her mom, we all know why. Her mom tried to help her get off drugs and Anna didnt want to, so out she went.

Certainly a sad situation with many questions surrounding Howard K.Sterns actions & motives.Im sure it will all come to light sooner or later,However-I wonder why hasn't Kimberly "Kimmie" Walther been questioned? where did Howard exile her to and why hasn't anyone ever seen or heard from her since the show ended? she must have info. to shed light on the whole "drug/booze/methodone" thing.Who ever finds her will get answers for sure.Now as for the Mother-Virgie,let your daughter Rest in Peace already! Allow her to be w/her Son in eternity,those were her wishes....Selfish of you.

Do the paternity DNA on Stern when he comes to the US on Tuesday. Do the cheeck swab on Dannilynne. Prove Larry Birkhead is the father. Anyone notice Dannilynne looks like Larry?
Give Virgie Anna's body. Virgie, exhume Daniel. Fly Daniel and ANS home to Texas and let them rest in peace...Anna will have her wish.
Or...give Virgie the body with stipulation it is buried in Nassau, next to Daniel, but do not invite Stern or anyone from Entertainment Tonight near the funeral.
Case Closed...the will can be dealt with last.

I hope and pray that Anna's mother gets nothing she has some nerve after years of estrangement , it's obvious to anyone with a brain that Anna would have wanted to be buried with her son you could say a lot of stuff about her but she loved her son (and baby girl) to try and take her body to Texas is just evil, theirs interviews with Anna where she speaks on her disgust and hatred for her mother someone needs to show that to the judge just ask entertainment tonight for the tapes.I believe Howard truly loved Anna and hope the baby is his and everyone from her so called family to the media and men claiming to be the baby's daddy stop bad mouthing her and making it out like she was some whore having sex with every guy she met I don't believe that, wait for facts before guessing about crap you know nothing about theres a concept.

Sharon, I understood from press reports that he wasn't paid. I think his sister also said he wasn't paid. He was there because he enjoyed all the fuss of being with a celeb and because he probably loved her.

Wills, if I'm not mistaken are not "filed" in the courts. I'm sure the will is valid - but from hearing an official from the Bahamas on Fox last night - I doubt it's going to have any legal standing IN the Bahamas.

I'm wondering who Anna named as beneficiary on her most recent life insurance policy and if Daniel had one. Anna &HKS had only gotten paid so much from ET and Insider for their interveiws. I'm sure the money's run out by now from that. Where's it coming from now? Is he living off of Daneil's benefits and waiting for Anna's to pay out? He's got to be getting money from somewhere?

Did it ever occur to anyone that Anna's will was written BY HKS? Anna was so drugged up all the time, it would not have been hard to draw up some paperwork and get her to sign. Stern made Anna think that everyone was against her, and drove all her friends away. Someone posted that he was in love with her for a long time, all through her show, even when she was heavier and acting like an idiot..well, waiting for money can do that for ya! This guy has a shady past, never had clients other than Anna. What's up with that? Some lawyer! He could have told Anna anything in her wasted state and she would have believe it. And why was he always intercepting all her calls, and hanging on her like a leech? Afraid she might say something incrimidating? I watched one ET interview, where Anna was getting a little too vocal about her mother, and he kept trying to interrupt her. And one more thing that makes me wonder...when she was in Florida, right before she died, they were all saying that she had a fever the night before, and had to have an ice bath...how do we even know if this was all true, or just something Stern put out there to prepare the media for the death of Anna Nicole? I don't recall the ME saying anything about being able to tell if she had a fever before she died. It just seems like all of this crap was preplanned from the getgo. Maybe Stern never figured Anna would go and get herself knocked up, and that's why he wisked her to the Bahamas to have the baby. Maybe if the cops don't keep an eye on him, something will happen to Dannielyn too...

The legal wording in the Will is STANDARD and there is even a part that points out that singular and plural and he/she/it are all interchangable!!

The part about leaving out future children, etc. I just heard a lawyer's review that it is standard in a male's Will so that those don't claim to be long lost children. I can easily see why it would be included in a Will of someone famous however. And those who are questioning the initials being different. I can tell you that if I am signing a document like that, pages and pages long, and I have to read through each page my initials are going to be different as the process goes along.
This Will was not drawn up by Howard but another Law Firm. It was signed by two witnesses. That is what makes it legal. Anna's mother saying it isn't is just stupid. Jackie Hatten who is supposedly Anna's best friend is a total and complete liar - nothing she has said on Larry King, Nancy Grace or any other shows have been remotely true. She even in the space of a minute said Anna would never kill herself! After all, she was going to Florida to buy a yacht. She had always wanted a yacht and that proves she was happy. Then in the next sentance she accused Howard of taking the baby away from her against her will because he made her go to Florida to buy a yacht and couldn't the yacht have waited?? She also said that she set up her and her brother on a blind date and they were trying to make babies in her bed that night, she has pictures of it! And that Howard was the reason they broke up. Yeah, your brother who is now in jail for terrorist threats against Anna and pulling a knife on her and beating up the neighbor couldn't have anything to do with that now, could they?? Why was she on the phone with Anna's mom when they both heard on tv that she was dead. Conspiring or something??

Now, as far as all of you freaking out about the fax date? HEY!!! Here's a concept! THEY WERE FAXING THE OLD WILL TO UPDATE A NEW ONE. OR, that they were faxing the old and the new one to someone in California. I know, so hard to make a case of murder when common sense is involved, I know. if he loved her why didn't he try to help her with her obvious drug problem.I do not think that he is going to stay there and be treated the way he was if he was not getting anything. No Way! This document was filed by some clerk. ? If you can file power of attorney documents, you can also file wills.

Are you kidding me. It would have been child abuse had her mother allowed her to drink and do drugs withouth putting her foot down! You MUST remember she left the house what at 15, 16, because she wasn't allowed to do what she wanted to do and her mother was trying to be a parent. She was a rebellious child who turned into a rebellious adult. Had she stayed home like every other teenager and abided by their parents rules we would never be having these discussions and this poor life would not have been wasted. STOP trying to blame her mother for the life that ANS chose to live! I haven't heard any allegations about child abuse from her other children, or do you think she ONLY abused the one.
