I just wanted to remind people that the following is how Anna Nicole believed in handling the remains of a loved one, the following is a quote from a news story at the time it happened:

Sunday night's installment of E!'s "Anna Nicole Show" featured Smith and her lawyer, Howard K. Stern, parading through her newly decorated pink house carrying an urn full of the late J. Howard Marshall's ashes. Anna was here usual ditzy self as she gave Marshall’s ashes a tour of her new abode.

"This is a painful issue for all of us who knew and loved my father," Marshall's son, E. Pierce Marshall, stated. "Immediately after his death, [Anna Nicole] tried to block our attempts to carry out my father's final wishes that his body be cremated in accordance with his Quaker beliefs. [She] spent so little time with my father that she had no idea he was a Quaker and that he wanted his remains cremated." Although the family eventually convinced a court to cremate Marshall, the battle for his ashes resulted in them being divided between Smith and the Marshall family.

Anna’s half of the ashes actually remained unattended at a funeral home for over five years, until one of her lawyers realized that it would not look good for her trial to not have claimed the ashes of her dead husband. Needless to say, this only sickens the Marshall family even further. E. Pierce elaborated by saying, "Her conduct and the conduct of her attorney is reprehensible. Anyone who had anything to do with the production of this segment of the program should be ashamed of themselves. I think the public will conclude that this plus-sized model and her lipstick-covered attorney don't have an ounce of decency or credibility between them.

So Yes treat her with the same respect, cremate her and split the ashes so they can be carried around like a joke. Karma is a boomerang.

65. Howard Stern SAID she had a temperature, he SAID she had been sick, he SAID she had tried to committ suicide, there is no proof that any of that is true and he is the only one who SAID she had a temperature, not even her "nurse" said it.

She may have had "flu like" symtoms as those are the symtoms of a methodone overdose.

67. This old turd needs to keep her yap shut. Some women get implants because they have a deformity or lost one to cancer. Just because she had a bad experience dosen't mean everyone will. They use saline solution nowadays. If she is looking to get publicity for herself over ANS death she just made everyone realize what a senile inappropriately dressed for her age dingdong.

Poor old Mr. Marshall did not want his ashes divided in half and then half of them carried around in an urn while Anna Nicole made jokes about it on national TV and it hurt his family terribly but Anna did not care so who cares what her wishes were, treat her body the same way she did his, cremate her, send half to Texas and half to the Bahamas, Karma Baby!

70. Oh, come ON!!! So when you boil down the implant theory is it something like this: Her SON died because of her implants and so did she???? She lived a doped up/drunk life, too wasted to care or intervene with her son's problems, and brought a newborn baby into a trainwreck of a life just for the sake of BOOBS??? Wouldn't anybody the least bit sane and worthwhile have the implants removed a long, long time before it all came to this if that were TRULY the real problem??? Give me a break. She did not need big boobs to be successful, they were comical more than anything.

72. Without meaning ANY disrespect or disgust, is it possible ( with all the sperm freezing and negotiating) that anna could have carried ( by invetro fertilization) Daniels child? Could that be why Stern is so quick to produce Annas will and so slow at produceing his own DNA sample? He KNEW what her will left to whom and to whom it would be going to. Also Marshall left Danny a great deal of money, where is it now? The childs name indicates it was named "after" Danny. Can Dannys DNA be tested now? iI this were to become a real scenerio, it would explain ALOT of the actions,secrets and mysteries. It has been indicated by more than one,and needs researched. Again i intend absolutely NO disrespect and wish only for Anna and Danny to rest in peace, the baby to be well cared for and not be traumatized by those that lived off her mother for so long

73. ME didn't find any sign of infection, the drugs in the motel room had Stern's name on them. He's in deep and will be arrested, no doubt about it, a young man and his Mom are dead because he was likely on his way out ot the relationship, even though there was a ceremony of committment I think Anna truly believed Stern killed her son. He was in post production of his movie Illegal Aliens. There was no reason for him to even be on antidepressants or Methodone. He was around people who loved them, they were having fun making a movie, this will come out in the inquest.

74. Silcone leakage makes sense to me. It would explain a lot. I've heard even her mother say that Anna was on pain killers for years because of her operations. And it would explain why she had a doctor's prescription for methadone which is sometimes prescribed for pain. If you have chronic pain over a long period of time, it is easy to become addicted.

75. I've checked more into the medical dangers of silicone leakage. One is toxic shock syndrome. Some of the symptoms are flu like symptoms and high fever--Anna had both during her last days. Also, if left untreated, the person dies quickly. There was also a report that her hair dresser said that Anna suffered from severe stomach pain which is also symptomatic of silicone leakage. I'd be willing to bet it turns out she died of TSS or something related to her breast implants.
