If you dont feel that you need detox - don't detox.

But everyone needs to take time off from their stressed lives. Not by partying, but by staying alone or with the children - seeing none - talking to none.

Britney. Go home - pull the phone cord. Turn the mobile and the computer off. Take the batteries out of the door bell. See none for a week and use the time to reflect over you life. Set some goals.

After all the most important person you want to know - is yourself.

35. This seems like the end. I think she might kill herself. And it's thanks to people like her so-called "friends" like Felicia who hope that she "hits rock bottom" as a solution to her problems. Announcement: Britney hit rock bottom right after her divorce from FedEx. What the hell kind of "reasoning" is it to say that she'll inevitably get back on track once she's truly hit rock bottom? Most people can't get back up once that happens-- and, newsflash: that has already happened for Britney. She's destroyed herself and will definitely not get custody of her kids-- which is the only good thing she got out of her marriage to FedEx. Justin won't ever take her back, and she hates herself. NOTE to anyone who actually cares about Britney in the slightest who can actually communicate with her: Get her a book called "It's Called a Breakup Because It's Broken". She needs to read this, desperately. I'm a huge fan of hers and I honestly think that her getting ahold of that book is her one last hope for survival-- not just career-wise (it might be too late for that) but as a human being. I am truly afraid for her. BRITNEY: If you ever read this, go straight to a bookstore and get that book. You have nothing to lose, here at the end-- you might as well take this one last chance on yourself before you give up permanently.

Seriously...someone needs to have Reese Witherspoon give Brit a call. SHe seems like she has the whole southern gal/awesome mom/ex-wife thing working for her. Maybe she could help Britney. They kinda have a lot in common. They have both grown up in the spotlight and been at the top of their top of what they do. I really think Britney wants people to leave her alone. I still love ya girl!!

45. Can't you see that Britney is doing this because just for publicity? People were jumping up for joy when she dump K-Fed but now people are shock that K-Fed wasn't the one that was setting a bad example, he got a bad rap and now people really seeing how out of control Britney is? Or is she out of control? Let's see, getting married twice,having kids that she don't care for,the all night parties, the drinking, wearing no panties, switching clothes with other people and now she's decided to go bald. Now it's all over the news taking over the Anna Nicole Smith story. If she wants publicity, how about making a great record or a great video, dam even Madonna never stoop this low. Is it me or after Justin broke up with her, things went down hill from there. I swear if you mess with Justin, your life & career fall apart , look at what happening to Britney & Janet Jackson. I hope nothing happens to Cameron Diaz. But as far as I'm concern, Britney's career is over. She's not really thinking about what got her to the top anymore, so when she release her new record, it might be a flop because of all the crazy stuff she's doing right now instead of concentrating on making that next hit record. Right now it'll take a miracle to see Britney on top again.
