TMZ has learned Larry Birkhead has just landed in Ft. Lauderdale and is prepared to testify in the Anna Nicole burial saga. Birkhead, accompanied by his lawyer Debra Opri, will weigh in on where Anna should be buried.
The question now is whether the other main contender for paternity -- Howard K. Stern -- will show for Tuesday's hearing.

16. LB kept in contact with Anna...the break up was over her drug use and his fear for the unborn Dannielynn. HKS played interference and poisoned ANS mind that LB was out to stab her in the back and take the baby over her drugs...that caused her to run from him to another country and seek another man to put on the birth certificate. That Thomas man refused, so HKS jumped for joy at the opportunity. LB is the natural father...I believe he has shown by his actions he deeply cares for his child. HKS is a creep.

Larry has no say. WTF is he even doing there? Out of all of this I find it is the most appalling that a person's last wishes are not honored. Why even say where you want to be buried? Of course she wants to be burried next to her son. Are they going to move Daniel to Texas too? Just bury her in the "Bahmammas" but I do wat to see her first in a viewng. She had a dress made for it afterall.

19. Larry is obviously the biological father of the baby, and as such, has RIGHTS. ANS' mother is a blood relation, and as such, has RIGHTS. The Judge is going to give the body to the mother, and the mother will bury both her daughter and her grandson in Texas. Being a live-in lawyer, manager, self-serving will composer, drug supplier, Reality Show pimp, and almost married general fraudster is probably going to land Howie in jail. I would love to see him show up for the trial. He can't look anyone in the eye. He has sleaze factor approval ratings below Dick Cheney. However, I'm sure he has to consider he could be arrested for ANS' suspicious death when he sets foot back in Florida. For that reason he may not show.

27. Larrry Birkhead has to take every possible opportunity to get the DNA and this Fla. case might be his entry to a solution. He's doing the correct thing. The family can always exhume Daniel and I'm sure they would. It's important they turn the screws now.
