TMZ has learned Larry Birkhead has just landed in Ft. Lauderdale and is prepared to testify in the Anna Nicole burial saga. Birkhead, accompanied by his lawyer Debra Opri, will weigh in on where Anna should be buried.
The question now is whether the other main contender for paternity -- Howard K. Stern -- will show for Tuesday's hearing.

There is zero fact that she ever said or put on paper where she wanted her slut ass to be buried.
They wanted her son and now her in buried in another country so that later on there is zero chance to dig them up and look for foul play as to their deaths
Yes Larry has a say so for if it is his baby he wants to prove NOW that howie is a skunk and illegal reasons he wants her body out of the USA.
Wake up, even when they came to the USA they thought out to go to a area that even though it is in the USA it is not under USA law.
They had no money yet he was out looking to buy a boat which I see as his excuse as he was no where around when she dropped dead, he never planned to really buy anything.
She or he already was buying her casket and even having a death dress made before she died, he clearly knew something and Larry has a right NOW to get into court records that howie is a low life as reason he wants her out of the USA and the fact by being there he can state
I am ready for DNA tests in court and demand howie drop his pants and give his DNA.
In all the BS no one still has answered why her will was faxed on 2/3/7 before she was dead and why it was not updated.
The ME by now knows what killed her and interesting they are not saying so that means something stinks and are waiting for the outcome of the courts in that other country as what findings as to the son's death
I hope howie shows up Tuesday and is served to stay in the USA and hand over his DNA

38. Maybe Larry's input as to where ANS is buried isn't so far-fetched. Doesn't Dannilynn deserve to be able to visit her mother's grave? Might it be a good thing that that little girl knows where her mom is and has a place to go? No way Dannilynn "belongs" to HKS and no way she's going to be brought up in the Bahamas. ANS and Daniel belong in California...
Bring Daniel stateside too ... he doesn't deserve to be alone in a strange place. So sad ... HKS' mountain of lies should come tumbling down this week. What goes around comes around Howie baby... karma's a bitch!

40. Anna had a falling out with her mother because of her drug use. Let us not forget that Anna left Daniel to be raised by her mother after her divorce until he was 10 yrs old. She says she fell out with her mother because she beat her. Let me ask you all this if your mother abused you would you let her anywhere near your child? No, you wouldn't.
Anna fell out with Larry because of her drug use and Howard seized the opportunity to lie about him to Anna and she believed him. She told him and others that he was the father.
I can't attack her mother because I don't know her and had never even seen her face until Daniel died. Anna was upset because her mother told people that she believes Daniel was given drugs and from all accounts Anna blamed Howard in the hospital for Daniels death. Anna had been in touch with her mother despite what she said she also called her when Daniel died, she said so herself. I think that Vergie should be awarded Anna's body and that baby until paternity is established.

42. It was not in Anna's will where she wanted to be buried. Who says she wanted to be buried in the Bahamas? Howard Stern? All they have is HIS word, and he's probably lying anyway. I say, let her mother take Anna and Daniel back to Texas to be buried with the rest of their family. They couldn't have her in life, because her drug habit kept her away from them, let them have her in death so she can finally rest in peace. This was a tortured soul from the getgo. If she did say she wanted to be buried next to her son, then surely she should have understood how her mother feels, and who gives a sh*t whether it's Texas or the Bahamas. Howard Stern has no right to keep them from their blood family now.
