What if Larry in court states she TOLD him where she wanted to be buried ?
He also can be there as a witness for the mother as he may have some facts to prove her case.

47. I fully believe Larry Birkhead IS the father.
He has been the only one NOT out selling his interviews & has kept his mouth shut since her death.
Unlike the LYING $tern so called deadbeat family.

HK$ plans to hold ANS's funeral to happen w/ a TrimSpa endorsement.

Meaning Daniel will be exhumed & sent to the US.
Read the Bahama news...Anna HERSELF had planned to bury Daniel in the US.

48. Stern didn't kill Daniel or Anna. They are responsible for the drugs they injest, as testimant by Anna's history in rehabs.

This Birkhead dude is a f***ing joke. He has no rights or say where Anna should be buried and same goes for her mother. 50. Larry I hope you get little Dani Lynn and raise her right----HKS hasn't had any income for a number of years--according to his own sister. He's an attorney too-so I don't understand this--guess he's just a free loader. How can HKS raise take care of this baby when he doesn't have any income?

54. It is a shame it has taken this long for the paternity test to be done. If it is Larry's baby he should not have to miss one more day of being with his child.
Children grow up quickly and one day Danmielynn will be reading all about this. Eventually the truth will prevail....hopefully for Larry and Dannielynn it will be soon than later.

56. Who really gives a sh*t where Larry thinks Anna should be buried. From watching tv interviews regardless of what people think of Anna, she truely loved her son and that is where she belongs. Anna with her own mouth said she hated her mother, her mother needs to get lost, all her mother wants is Anna's money well Mommy dearest you ain't getting it. I do believe Howard will show up in court, I don't know who the father is and hopefully whom ever is does that child right and just gives her stability and a happy loving home, but......Anna belongs next to Daniel with the one person she knew truley loved her for her. Let the woman rest and finally be back with her son she belongs no where else regardless what you may think of her.

57. Who said Larry had anything to do with who gets the body? The results of the DNA testing granted to Larry's representative should be known by Tuesday, so Larry has a lot to gain from being at the trial and identified as the father, in contrast to what Howling Howie's excuse for the day will be. Howie loses whether he shows or not. Larry is also laying the groundwork to have custody of his child. This part will be interesting. The father's LEGAL RIGHTS will trump the grandmother's LEGAL RIGHTS, assuming he is determined to be fit. You can call ANS' mother whatever you like, but she is a former police officer, she tried to keep her 8th grade drop-out teenager daughter from dancing in the strip joints, and she raised the grandson for 6 years, and she will be deemed fit for custody by any court. It is sloppy thinking to equate what ANS "wanted (while giving interviews on drugs?)" with what she should have stated LEGALLY while sober. Of course she never thought Howie would be killing her and her only heir off as he was writing a will for her that isn't even legal, and therefore maybe he could spend everything as executor. Poor Howie. He almost pulled it off.

58. re; #3 Phyllis, Can't your read or hear?? ANNA DIDNOT BUY THE BURIAL PLOTS!! HK$ did. A news reporter for Court TV held copies of the purchase papers in his hand, waved them over his head and stated the signature of the papers state HK$.

Anna had no plans on being buried in the Bahamas. According to news reports, she stated after Daniel was buried, that she wanted to bury Daniel in the United States, but could not get his body there. Most likely because of the pending inquest. I donot think she wanted him buried in Texas, for she herself stated in an article she would like to be buried next to her idol Marilyn Monroe, which means she wanted to be buried in Los Angeles, California.

59. Funny how Anna's mama was so woried about her grandson Daniel! Did mama $VERGIE$ fight this hard for Daniel. Did anyone fight this hard for Daniel? Was Pharmacist Jackie worried and scared for his life? Jackie should prove what she has to say about a FBI phone conversation -proof? Larry creeps me out! He has something to hide. TMZ should get the goods on all the other shady layers involved.

60. It really does not matter if you think that LB has a say in the burial of Anna. If the judge ask him to be there, then it is his RIGHT & his obligation to be there. Therefore, the judge must think that having him in court on Tuesday, will play a part in the decision.

However, I would not be surprised if after DNA testing is done, that the baby could still be of "Undetermined Parentage" What if it doesn't belong to any of them? Will they do cattle calls. It could be her biggest audition and she isn't around to see it!
