62. Regardless of whether Jerkhead is the father, he has been an absolute arse since Daniel died. His antics likely contributed more to Anna's death than anyone elses.

He should have no say over where she is buried- it isn't his concern at all.

She wanted to be buried with Daniel, so she should be.

66. Why is HKS so afraid to give his DNA? Reason being he knows he is not the father. He will not show up in Fla on Tues, because heis a coward. If he has nothing to hide he will be there! But as I say he is a coward, to afraid he will be detained for further questioning in ANS death. HIS ASS IS DONE AND HE KNOWS IT!!!!

69. Cannot stand Larry Jerkhead with his pushed in face and his 15 minutes of fame attorney .
Larry rode on Anna Nicole's fame , she kicked him to the curb and moved on with her life . Never asked him for support , made a clean cut.
Yet , where was he the remaining four months of her term ? Why did he wait until after the baby was born to stir the pot in the media ?
My instincts have always been right on and I guarantee this guy has alterior motives.

70. OMIGOD...where do I begin...Anna Nicole's life was surrounded by drama and now so is her death. While I understand that Larry might be the baby's father or shall I say sperm donor is more like it. Anna made it clear she had no interest in him being in her life...why in the hell should he have a say where she is burried. It is so obvious that Anna wanted to be burried with her son Daniel. Larry, Howard and her white trash mother need to stop milking this for every ounce of publicity that they can and let Anna rest in peace.

71. Let me say one thing about Anna--it really doesn't matter if she slept with 1000 men--she did love her children-this was her only family really. I feel for her and that sweet little Dani Lynn. This child will some day be old enough to read all of these court transcripts and magazine articles and so on.

72. St. Larry - what a joke! Does anyone on here KNOW him????? Why - why was he pictured with ANS and HKS and the Dr.??? Why - did he use this opportunity to talk to the Dr. and confront him about her drug use???? Did he EVER - in all his visits to the ob-gyn when they went to ultrasounds, visits, etc - did he ever talk to her doctor about getting off drugs???? Doubt it. There is a trail of evidence about what he initially said about their breakup. It wasn't about drugs. Oh, he claims that NOW - it makes him look better!!! People --- he claimed the baby was conceived on New Years Eve, yet the baby was born Sept. 7 - oops. He was told this was the "optimal" date. WRONG. He picked that date - because he probably was with her then. But she was also seeing the older man, during the RIGHT time. He had a vasectomy. OK, when? Have you ever thought that maybe his operation could have failed? They do, you know. It's happened before. I'm just saying, Larry may or may NOT be the father. It's possible he's not. everyone believes him because: He is handsome, with his bleached blond hair. And that really makes no sense. Of course ANS KNEW he dyed his hair, so why do they charge she dyed the baby's hair dark so it wouldn't look like he's the father, when his blond hair is FAKE? That doesn't make ANY sense! People believe him because he is cuter than Howard, he's clean cut looking. But, what is he, a photographer? Wow. Ooh. pretty boy. Maybe, just maybe, he doesn't make a lot of money and he knows it's possible he is the father and he sees a meal ticket, or fame, or whatever. Anna approached another man because she thought he could be the father also - she didn't know he had a vasectomy! And why, why, does the baby have large ears that stick out? Both Anna and Larry have small, flat ears. Where do those ears come from. Usually when you have big ears, one of your parents has big ears too.

I don't know who the real father is. I'm just sick of Deborah Opri acting so obnoxious about all this. She does NOT know either. No one knows for sure. ANS didn't even know for sure. But, what if, what if her and HS did have sex and kept it quiet, like they said because they didn't want it to look bad - what if he IS the father? Oy!!!! What would everyone say then? The test was faked, probably.

Remember - Larry initially stated the baby was conceived on New Year's Eve - she was born Sept 7. No one ever said the baby was premature, did they? That would be a significantly premature date, 1/1 to 9/7. Something's not right. Greta interviewed Larry, I mean, she REALLY interviewed him about dates, and he didn't seem to sure, didn't have any real evidence - except he was told "it was the right time frame" or some other bs like that. Of course she TOLD him he was the father then -- why would she tell her BF he wasn't?

Something's fishy about his story, people. The dates don't lie.

Celebrity photographer LARRY BIRKHEAD insists he and former Playboy Playmate ANNA NICOLE SMITH conceived his daughter DANNIELYNN on New Year's Eve 2006. Birkhead was in Las Vegas to ring in the New Year and says the date will always be special to him because that's when his daughter was created. He is currently involved in a bitter paternity battle with the reality TV star, who claims the baby's father is actually her lawyer and companion HOWARD K STERN. Birkhead says, "I've always maintained from day one I was Dannielynn's father. My little baby was actually conceived last New Year's Eve." A judge has ordered that Smith submit the baby for DNA testing no later than 23 January (07) and there is apparently some good will remaining between the former couple. Larry wanted that baby before Anna died and had she gotten the money before hand he would have been entitled to nothing. I'm pretty sure that money will go into a trust if she gets it and those Marshalls are fighting tooth and nail to make sure she doesn't and he still wants HIS baby. Howard wants her for the money.
