76. I think that Anna's Mom should get Her body and I think that she should do whats right and put her to rest with her son. I know that bastard HKS is there but no matter what that is where she wants to be. I hope that this gets put to rest. I think that Dannylynn should be with her grandmother for now she will always be in this baby's life. Once the father is proven then that can go to courts. Think about this: HKS has been with Daniel and Anna when they passed what is going to happen to Dannylynn? Let me guess anything happens to that child they will try to blame it on drugs from Anna while she preg. I do not trust him. Ome more thing They found Anna unresponsive at 1pm the nurse calls the body guard then calls HKS and waited for his return call the 911 call came in at 1:45pm what in the hell did they wait on....................... 77. All you have to go on that Anna wanted to be buried in the Bahamas is Howard Stern's word. And we all know what that's worth! HE paid for the plots, not Anna. I am willing to bet that HE made ALL the arrangements without even consulting Anna first, then talked her into it, or did it when she was drugged up, which wouldn't have been hard considering that was ALL THE TIME!

78. That is the photographer's baby, but I don't think his purpose at the hearing is to decide where Anna should rest. He is about getting that test; something that should have happened long ago. The test was suppose to happen by 2/21, well, that time is almost here and they should swab Howard's stanky mouth for his DNA. The mother should allow her child to rest next to her child, even if they have to dig him up and move him. Wherever Dannielynn will reside is where her mother and brother should be. Word!

80. Some of you may or may not be utter idiots. It's hard to tell.

1. OF COURSE Howard K. Stern bought the double plots. Do you REALLY think Anna was up for it at that time? She sent him to do it because she could not.

2. Daniel HAD in fact been using drugs for a short period of time. He was depressed and had been in the hospital for it. Get your facts straight.

3. Larry Birkhead is making PLENTY of money off of this whole fiasco. He was the first one to go on ET after Daniel's death and boo hoo about Dannielynn. He also had the paparazzi follow him to FAO Schwarz and take pix of him buying Xmas presents for Dannielynn. Birkhead is an ass. Anna clearly did not have good taste in men.

4. Anna's mother is a disgrace. Keep in mind that Anna AND Daniel had disowned her because of her behavior. All she ever wanted was Anna's money- she treated her like sh*t. She didn't treat Daniel very well either.

Howard K Stern may not be Dannielynn's biological father, but, for whatever reason Anna chose to name him on the birth certificate. And she chose to spend and share her life with him for the last decade. He never received one cent from her in payment either. Payment for him was always contingent on the judgement being paid from the Marshall family.

If he really wanted to kill her, do you think he might have waited until AFTER she got the money? Or AFTER he made her make out another will?

Anna was a mess long before Howard came into the picture. I don't think he is an angel or a saint. I think his infatuation with her made him an enabler.

I am really grossed out by TMZ swinging for Larry & Vergie.
Vergie was abusive and Larry didn't care.

82. Good grief. Enough already! Can we please just bury the woman. Anyone with an ounce of decency knows any mother would want to be buried next to her dead child (Anna's mother take note. I said, "anyone with an ounce of decency". Shame on you!). Howard, come on, I've got your back but take the paternity test and lets end the drama. Let this poor woman rest in peace and establish a permanent guardian for the child before she is old enough to know what the heck is going on. Come on people, grow up. Let the dead woman rest in peace and do the right thing for this baby!

The photographer fighting Anna Nicole Smith for paternity of her baby daughter stands to lose $10 million if he continues to go public with his spat.

Smith and her longtime lawyer and partner Howard K Stern insist Larry Birkhead signed confidentiality agreements before he started working for the model/actress.

Birkhead claims not to be aware of ever signing one, but he contends the potential financial penalty of appearing on TV news shows will be worth it if he wins the paternity battle.

He says, "This is my child; it doesn't matter what the penalty is... I'm just defending myself."

By the way, this agrreement also include on of $terns "handwritten" addendums. For a attorney, $tern is not too sharp if he has to keep making handwritten addons.

You who think he is in it for the money, answer me this. Birkhead has a job, that is how he earns his living. What does $tern do for a living?? Mommie and Daddie admitted supporting him and he was Anna's lackey before that, sponging off of her. If anyone is in it for the money, $tern is.


As for where she wanted to bury, it is all heresay. He said, she said. Someone knows where she planned on burying Daniel in the US.

86. To all of you who think they know everything I'd just want to say say that if you didn't know ANS you don't know anything!
People are talking about "Anna wanted to be buried in the Bahamas" but that is only hearsay, and it comes from HKS which to me only seems to be a liar in everything he says and does.
Some people are talking about her mother as if they know the relationship between them first hand.
Just want to say, STOP pretend that you know everything because you don't!

89. Uh , Brenda Lomax # 68 , first why are you yelling with the all caps ? Second , wtf back at you , her mother was an abusuer who even beat Anna at 21 years of age , further she allowed her daughter to leave home at 15 because of the abuse she imposed on Anna. Anna goes back years later and mother beats her again . After Danny's death , the mother goes on national television to accuse Daniel's death as a homicide which could only do Anna more harm than good during her grieving at that horrific time . Anna was never allowed to grieve in peace and her @#E$#$%^& mother had a lot to do with that . You painting the mother as a saint is Neanderthol in it's conception.
