962. Howard did not want to be tested because he was most probably drugged up himself. In his plane interview with ET back to the Bahamas, he was shedding crocidile tears and was again probably stoned. He had a cap on and did not look into Mark's eyes hardly at all. Another thing, his lawyer Crista is a sneaky one....taking his drinking cup from the stand. Why did she do that??? Do they want to compare DNA themselves? Anna might have died from a broken heart but she was helped along by Howard. My 2 cents....

963. If Anna Nichole was addicted to methadone and was using while she was pregnant, would her baby also have this addiction? I wonder if the baby has been seen by a reputable doctor?

967. Larry Birkhead is Dannielynn's Father biologically, soulfully, and spiritually. He is sincere, genuine and full of love and in turn love surrounds him. I am not worried, his beautiful daughter delivered by the beautiful woman he loved will be in his arms soon! Wish there were more gentlemen like him in this world!!!!

968. While all this plays out.....law enforcement are not just standing by. Trust me, HKS is in for some surprises from the Calif. Bar Assoc, in Ca. to Fl. regarding the 'prescribe' drugs in his name. Do you think that when the film HKS shot that film of ANS in the clown makeup and it was shown on t.v. that the cops stood around and thought HOW CUTE. We have not seen anything yet. All accounts of ANS are being monintored, and although there was no offical statements, there have been checks written with HKS signature after ANS death. So if you think the law enforecment is standing around and watching all this unfold on the tv , wrong.

The Seminol P.D. is a sovereign nation, but they are on a reservation. They do not have to comply to THE LAWS OF THE LAND. The only Law Enforcement who can step in to take over the case is the F.B.I. They are now envolved.

The Officials are now questioning the birth cert. Seems that both partys have to sign said birth cert, in front of a certain offical, and that was never done.

Who on earth would request no head stone on a grave site? As if Daniel was never born. This young man did exsist, he mattered, and he was loved.

Actually sometime down the road ANS and her son will be exhumed and buried elsewhere. They are American citizens, not citizens of the Bahamas.

HKS thinks he has won. but he is the biggest loser of all. He is a coward hiding out in a foreign land with a baby that is not even his. He has changed his tune from stating I am the father of DanniLynn to According to Bahamain law I am the father. (Remember the birth cert. now being questioned)

HKS legal battles have just begun. He is being invesgated from the Calif. Bar Assocation to his tax returns. All monies in connection with ANS are being closely monitored. Allthough not confirmed, checks have been written with HKS signature AFTER ANS death.

As far as those two 'fake' documents sent to Dr. Perper. One was regarding the embalming was done illegally, and two the body was not to be removed from the morgue. My first thought was that someone from Vergie's side is getting desperate. But wait. These fake document were faxed in the am hours, and do have a telephone number from the fax machine that they were sent. The place.....ANS house in Cailfonia.

969. Why do people keep saying that HKS was the "gatekeeper" and so on? Does anybody remember "The Anna Nicole Show"? HKS was not the boss. Anna was always her own boss. She did what she wanted. If anything her and HKS probably were more co-dependant than anything. If she kept him around for 7 plus years there was a relationship there. If she listed him as Danny (her son's) guardian she obviously had real love for the man since her son was the greatest love in her life. Giver her a proper burial and leave them to rest in peace. Birkhead is the dog here. If he truly loved her he would have never put her through the hell that he did. I agree with the gal that said he and his lawyer should have gone to the Bahama's in the first place. I know dirty laundry will show on on Brikhead. That opry (sp) is a piece of work. Never trust a lawyer that has no lips.

970. How can you be so sure Larry is the dad? I don't even think anna was sure....larry is a liar himself...and if she is such a druggy than you are saying larry raped her! you can't have it both ways....if a judge is going to entertain larrys claims he must also entertain the other mens claims as well....stop blaming howard for something her mother or son or old man husband or even larry couldn't do..it is anna and her doctors faults...howard sttod by her and not for the money, common sense tells you that. anna was insecure and couldn't trust anyone. she wanted larry to only work for her also....let her be with daniel....

971. Hey Jody!! I agree. I do not think Larry is as innocent as his little boy scout imagehe is trying to send out, is such an innocent one at all!! His picture was also seen in thevideo where they were high and at a club> He was with Anna when she took drugs, what did he do other than say, You should not be taking these!! I got the impression that Anna Nicole Smith was her own boss, that she done what she wanted to, when she wanted to and who ever or who all she wanted to do things with. I simply do not believe anyone MADE her do anythi ng!! Its a shame that this much attention was not shown to ANNA when she neded help and was crying for her mother! WHERE WAS EVERYONE AT WHEN SHE NEEDED THEM, WHERE WAS EVERYONE THAT CLAIMED TO LOVE HER???

972. #970 I totally agree Anna was the boss!!! And she kept Howard around for all these years as others came and went. Larry very well may be the bio father but if Anna had her choice it was obvious she did'nt want Larry around and he was so "busy" with photo shoot to fight for his rights to "his" baby but once dead all of sudden he is so concerned. If anyone deserves any profit from any of this it should be Howard. What would Anna say?? Get real people! She ran off mother, daddy, and baby for a reason. Howard and Anna were to be married soon.... if only. Then all of her real wishes would be taken care of. howard knew her better than anyone. And her mother???? Yes, she is still her mother, but she has her nerve. That had hardly anything to do with one another. Has anyone read Anna's autobiography???

973. I think Larry Birkhead should take his paternity case to the supreme court if he can't get Stern to take a DNA test. It's obvious Stern is only concened about money since he now does not have an income and lived off Anna Nicle Smith for every dime he got. I believe Larry is more credible and that he IS the father.The traffic ticket he was issued for speeding he received when hurrying to Annna Nicle's side should prove something, also he was with her at the time she conceived. I never met my biological mother until I was 50 years old ! What wasted time,

974. What a despicable human being Mrs. Arthur is! I bet if ANS and she were on good terms and if Anna had made provisions for her in the will Arthur would not give a flying F#%! were they buried Anna.

As far as HKS, he is another despicable person. The move to the Bahamas was nothing more than a strategic move to keep the baby away from Larry. And his comment on the Clown Video about the worth of the footage only shows his true colors as a money grubbing scumb.

I know the probability of my wishes are nil but it would be great if Anna had the smarts to impregnate herself with the sperm of her late husband. However, that would still leave HKS as the guardian.
