91. All this "mystery" over who's the father only reinforces what a"whore" ANS was. Everyone downs Vergie for being a bad mom...so ANS comes along and "does a better job at motherhood for Daniel" PLEASE!!!! Did anyone hear the interview with ANS when asked "if you could do it all over, would you take the same road?" She answered "Actually, I would have stayed at the chicken restaurant and had lots of babies". Sounds like a soul deeply wanting peace of mind and tranquility...something she lost in her quest for fame. Why would you want to return back to a place she was so Horribly abused. I agree with you "by Howard is the murder".

75. Uh , Brenda Lomax # 68 , first why are you yelling with the all caps ? Second , wtf back at you , her mother was an abuser who even beat Anna at 21 years of age , further she allowed her daughter to leave home at 15 because of the abuse she imposed on Anna. Anna goes back years later and mother beats her again . After Danny's death , the mother goes on national television to accuse Daniel's death as a homicide which could only do Anna more harm than good during her grieving at that horrific time . Anna was never allowed to grieve in peace and her @#E$#$%^& mother had a lot to do with that . You painting the mother as a saint is Neanderthol in it's conception.

Anna Nicole paid for everything. Howie made and paid for that burial bill. Managing her money was part of his "job". She really was interested in buying a yacht while suffering from a 105 degree temperature in her death bed on that last trip. I would be surprised if she even signed her checks. I'm sure Howie was attorney-in-fact for all eventualities.

95. Howard is already in the Carolina's and will be in court. He is with his attorney and they were just on the news saying he'd be there. Larry should be the one to buy Anna where he wants, so his daughter can visit if she wants.

Dannielynn was first named Hannah as I understand, but her name was changed after Daniel died. Did anyone check to on the first birth certificate and "who's the daddy" listed on it??

As for $tern signing the paper, but it was Anna's money that paid for the plots..How did he get hold of Anna's money if there was any AFTER she died? I cannot imagine she had some sort of a banl account with his name listed on it. She loved her money too much. Did you ever think the money used was from what the "Insider" paid him for his exclusive interview on his way back to the Bahamas??

103. What business is it of Larry Birkhead's as to where Anna Nicole is buried? He has no business even showing up at this hearing. All the Florida courts need to be concerned at this point is what happens to Anna Nicole's body and who gets it. The only two people that should be represented in this hearing are Howard K. Stern and Anna Nicole's trashy mother who really has no business trying to get Anna's body anyone. Talk about people trying to make a name for themselves. It's digusting. Anna Nicole's rightful place is next to her beloved Daniel in the Bahamas.

As far as that boat, if they were going to be moving to that other country, why would they be buying that boat? Were they going to be escaping the Bahama's on that boat? Think about it.

on ET ANA said that was going to be her home, she never mentioned moving to that other country now did she? Or am I wrong?

105. Maybe with Larry coimg and having Howard in the same legal room, they can somehow have the paternity test. Larry is the father, he seems like a nice man, I hope he gets his baby.
I dont think Howard will show up..
BTW, Hugh hefner has not been on any media outlets talking about Anna, funny since shes one of the biggest Playmates in history.. He also tried to cover up for mer Playmate Elisa Bridges death, she had like 5 diff drugs in her body.. do a search on it.
