Cops Investigate Shane Gibson

16. HKS has finialized the sale on a house he just bought in the Bahamas. He is now the proud owner of a home worth over $500,000 . The requirement needed to be "CONSIDERED" as possibily obtaining "permenant residentcy " BUT, it is my no means.......a given.

However, in light of his moral character and conduct......I am sure it will be DENIED. No way he can brush all the " shit " he has done under the rug. This is a huge controversary in the Bahamas and the people will not stand to have a man like this " living amongst them". They want him OUT.........right now. HKS is running out of options QUICK. No one wants him. He has become a pariah and the public has ostracized him. Shane Gibson got involved with the wrong people, exchanged his services for sexual favors and now he has been exposed and SHAMED his people. He got just what he deserved. If you dance to the music..........you have to pay to the piper.

This story just gets stranger and more scandulous with each passing day. My goodness. I 'm afraid to see wha'ts coming next. Fasten your seat belts. !!!! The second half the ride is just about to start.

17. I think her immigration status was rushed. Howard was never considered a resident. Dannielynn is a resident because she was born there and Howard is listed as her father.

Howard will not show up to court tomorrow or he will be hit with DNA papers in Florida. He will stay in the Bahamas until they kick him out. If he does show up in Florida then it means that he is pretty confident that he is Dannielynn's father.

I can't wait for Tuesday!!

18. I really don't know what to think of all this but I do know that baby should be with her father, Howard K. Stren give her to Larry and do what's right for her by her. I'm sure Larry will not cut you out of her life he isn't a asshole your all she knows anymore.

19. ANS's residency certificate was dated SEPTEMBER and Greta showed it on her show last week. She also asked the Thompson daughter and son-in-law what the date of the closing on the house was that Ben Thompson was buying - that he was in turn supposed to sell to Anna... His deed is dated OCTOBER. This was on Greta's ON THE RECORD but not widely reported beyond that. - According to the law, ANS could only apply for residency AFTER she owned the house. But she got it BEFORE and then never did actually pay for the house.

I am wondering if the Gibsons had some means of procuring drugs such as Vicodin, Percocet, etc. for ANS and HKS. One reporter said that the drug problem in the Bahamas is enormous.

20. HK$ should be packing his bags. He may have "purchased" the pink house with the stripper pole and peeling paint, but he will not get a residency permit approved in this lifetime.

If he was really smart, he would do an end run around Virgie and Larry by requesting that ANS and Daniel be buried next to Marily Monroe in LA,not in the Bahamas.

21. HKS will never be granted residency. PERIOD. The Bahamian opposition party wrote in the newspaper article today or yesterday that ANS was NOT someone who would have qualified for residency under ANY circumstances, if the normal requirements had been followed.

And after HKS is implicated in the death of Daniel, he will be thrown out. - - HKS and ANS did NOT mean to kill Daniel but they thought they knew all there was to know about drugs and became complacent and thought them safe to use......

23. it is unfortunate that the media has assasinated our bahamian minister shane gibson. they have destroyed is career with lies and misconduct. how can people be so cruel. the pictures proved only friendships and were taken by HKS. no one cares about people feelings only for self gain power.
The bahamas is not a country that rejoice in gossips and lies but yet it proves to be every time i hear about the late ANS name being mentioned. let her rest in peace. Shane gibson do not grand permanant recidency himself. it goes through a panel with him being absent so when u want to carry news get your facts straight. leave our Bahamian minister alone

25. Filed by The Shellys because they screwed up with paperwork and giving ANS the house. The Shellys gave tmz and Bahama media the pic and now have filed claim in effort to retrieve house--these people are more sinister than HKS or anyone else involved in this drama----The Shellys stole property from ANS house and gave to TMZ and media--this Shelly guy recently has has been charged with harrassment in Carolinas

26. Entertainment tonight / insider edition said they were there when those pictures were taken of the minister. They said it was her baby shower, nothing more and they have the rest of the pictures to prove it.

27. Does it cross some of you peoples minds that this guy has been ruined because of innuendo? Theres just a couple of pictures of him hugging Anna Nicole while she was in bed. Big Deal! Some of you people are like vultures looking for the absolute worst. I love the way some of you are attacking Howard K Stern when this story isnt even about him. Pretty pathetic. I would so hate to have to depend on any of you in a court of law because alot of you seem to be so narrowminded you just want to believe whatever supports your feelings you have developed from reading what amounts to GOSSIP not FACTS, there is a difference. I feel badly for this man, he has been harrassed so much that he felt the need to resign.

29. Maybe the way things play out in the Bahamas will depend on how much power the Bahamian Opposition Party has.

Howard K. Stern may have already greased a lot of palms of those in the political party currently in office. They may think that they can ride out the criticism of the Opposition Party in the interests of keeping their financial connection to Stern.

It is possible that they consider keeping the burial plots for both Anna and her son Danny in the Bahamas as a big future tourist attraction that will be lucrative for a lot of people. They may see Anna Nicole dead as potentially a big cash cow, so to speak.

Howard K. Stern would be the key to making that happen. That may be why he is fighting for it. His interests may very well be tied to the issue of Anna's and Danny's bodies being left in the Bahamas.

It could be a matter of mutual interests coinciding. Certain political officials will do what they can to protect Stern (from police investigations etc.) and Stern will, in turn, do his part by keeping the Anna Nicole publicity circus in high gear with all of his interviews (plus the bodyguard interviews, the chauffeur interviews.....) etc.

That would help generate a lot of tourist traffic to the Bahamas to see the graves. And a lot of people including and especially Howard K. Stern would end up profiting from the exploitation.

But again, this is all speculation.

30. How can anyone claim Anna Nicole's life is a "private matter" when she didn't want her life to be a private matter in the first place? She adored the public & those who adored her body. She wanted the attention & she was smart enough to know how to make a lot of money & "be somebody" without being a great singer or actor or the CEO of a corporation - she branded herself, Anna Nicole Smith.

ABC would not/cannot pay HKS or ANS for interviews, but ET is an entertainment magazine who has "people" who pay them & others for the "EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEWS."

HKS has been paid money for the exclusive interviews since Anna's death. It is not pulbic knowledge who paid him...but are we surprised by any of this?

I could believe this photo is 'innocent' IF this was the only time Anna used her body to get what she wanted. I look at the total life of Anna Nicole, it is obvious men allowed her to use them to get what she wanted.

Mr. Shane Gibson may not have had sexual intercourse with Anna Nicole, but I realize he is a 'MAN' with blood running through his veins, and this type of playing for the photo may have been enough to please Mr.Shane - a little roll around - holding her body may have been reward enough to fast track her residency in the Bahamas....why would Howard K Stern take photos of Anna with him?

I think he gets excited at the thought of Anna with other men...after all he just recently became the only man in her life - if he really was.
