this is not good for tourism at all just look at Aruba
This goverement is going to want to clear up and possible favortism and rid theirselves of this problem

33. I hate to use this word, but ANS was a common prostitute (same as a trophy wife; I'm not slamming prostitutes). Sex was her product and her currency. It was no wonder she felt sheltered underneath HKS; he was the only one who stuck around in spite of not having sex with her. So sad that she equated sex and sexuality with a simple business transaction. Oh, and - repugnant that HKS exploited her trust and killed her though.

I agree that this is the first step to revoking her citizenship and deporting HKS. Thompson will get his house back very soon. Scary that HKS is getting backed into a corner. He has to view this as another threat: The government has to make a stand now, and his "insider" is no longer a victim of HKS's blackmail.

34. Does anyone believe Howard K Stern may not show up in in court tomorrow moring? Until he shows up to fight for himself, I am going to look at him as a coward - without Anna Nicole here to tell him what to do. The reporter from ET seems to treat HKS as though HKS is a victim of someone else's behavior and not his own. How very, very sad what money can buy you - drugs, death & dysfunction.

TMZ is just out to sink Anna Nicole , Howad K Stern and anyone that has anything goo to say about them or is standing by them. These pictures are know dote doctored and the people writing against this man, Anna Nicole & Howard K Stern are all in need of a reality check this Shelley Character & TMZ are definitely going to be charged with obtaining stolen property and obstruction of private property. WHY don't you do a poll on are TMZ posting fake materials oh you could'nt do that could you because you would be hanging yourselfs but what goes around comes around I hope this website gets shut down and the you're thrown in the big house & the key is thrown away as well. On another note Howard K Stern is a resident of the Bahamas as he is the owner with Anna Nicole Smith on the second house they purchsed so I would say he is'nt going anywhere and you can't take his residencey away from him it would be like taking a winning lottery ticket away from the rightful owner. Birth Certificate's can not be alterted and the fact that Howard K Stern is indeed the father it is totally impossible to remove him so sucked in Cat Kil #15 you should believe everything you read, get the real facts before you post.

Howard K Sterns sister Bonnie and their proud parents and " grandparents to be" were no where to be seen. In my opinion that causes more alarm bells to go off in my head than Shanes presence at the shower

41. ET! and Inside Edition may have been there when the pictures were taken of ANS and Shane Gibson. THAT IS NOT THE POINT.

Gibson is alleged to have taken a Rolex watch and $10,000, PLUS he gave her the residency certificate when she had NO HOUSE. She died without having a house, although they were going to buy another one.

And don't forget that in DECEMBER the nanny stated in her affidavit that she believed that Gibson and ANS were having a sexual relationship because Gibson "spent hours in her room every day."

It is UNSEEMLY and UNPROFESSIONAL. He gave her special treatment, whether he slept with her or not.

One CANNOT APPLY for residency until the house deal was done... It was never done and there is a hearing in the Bahamas this week.

42. McKara, #33- I do not belive Mr. Stern applied for residency when ANS did.

The Bahamian government can cancel a residency permit, or a visa any time they find cause that it has been obtained improperly or with fraud.

Just buying a house does not automatically grant anything. It allows one to apply for residence, as it is a requirement for residence, but nothing is guaranteed. Many people are on a long line for Bahamian residency permits.

What has embroiled Mr. Shane Gibson, Bahamian Minister of Immigration in controvery is that ANS improperly received a residency permit in September, before she had "title" to Bahamain property, as required, and did not go through the ususal approval and document inspection process. Her application was personally approved by Mr. Gibson on very short notice. He also had personal, social interactions with the couple, and appears to have received gifts from the couple.

43. Howard K. Stern is an attorney. He would not just have unwittingly taken a photograph of someone who holds a government post in what could easily be interpreted as a compromising position.

Why would he have taken a camera shot of Shane Gibson in a bed next to Anna Nicole. As someone with legal training, Stern would have had more savvy than that.

Maybe they got Shane Gibson all liquored up and finessed him into that photograph. It would have been a useful tool of persuasion to keep in case it proved useful in their future dealings in the Bahamas.

And if this avenue of reasoning proves to be in any way accurate, then it is probably not the only government official or photograph that Howard Stern has in his stash.

Hey Wise Old Owl maybe some one should break in your house and steal your picture and doctor them up and see how you would like your personal & private life tampered with you are so dence with your postings you just seem to think you're the one holding the noose to put Howard K Stern's neck in maybe you should stick your own head in and give this board a break from your bashing & Crashing. When it is proven that Howard K Stern is the babies father you will be eating alot of shit so I hope you're Practicing!!! There are going to be a lot of charges for theft, demising ones character. Howard K Stern will be charged with nothing and it's a good thing that all you people bashing him are not the ones going to decide. Larry Birdbrain will be crawling back under the wood work very soon with his tail between his legs.
