Howard K Stern's SISTER was on Larry King last week. His SISTER told Larry that
Anna was his only client - he had one client - Anna Nicole Smith.

Larry King asked HKS's SISTER how he lived, where did he get money? She told Larry it was his parents - HKS's parents have been supporting him.

I'm sure they were all counting on the settlement from the Mr. Marshall's estate.

As Anna's attorney he could still receive his commissions for representing her I would think - even if he doesn't get control of all the money. The Supreme Court ruling was not that she would win the settlement but that she could have her case heard again.

I don't care who is right or who is telling the truth - I simply want to know who it is.
I think Anna's step sons' should have settled with Anna years ago.


If Danneilynn was my grand daughter, I don't care who hates me or not - I would want to be sure she is in a safe place free from drugs & young people dying - that would not have to be with me - she deserves a drug free life.

49. If Shane G. wanted to avoid the look of impropriety then he should have had a photo taken shaking ANS hand, NOT one climbing all over the bed with her no matter how "innocent" it was. It certainly looks like they were very familiar with each other regardless whether or not anything happened. He was a politician, he should have known better.

51. My Aunt has had a Hotel in the Bahamas for the last 20 some years and
the Bahamian Government is taking this whole thing with Anna Nicole & Howard K Stern and running with it they are licking this up and know that it is going to be awesome for tourism (they have their own laws and they are not going to have Florida or California dictate to them). The Photos of Shane Gibbson were doctored to make it look like they were in bed, the fridge was staged when this Shelly Character broke into the house, Ron Rale Has all intentions of charging Ford Shelly and deporing hom back to the US and the residencey papers for Anna Nicole, Howard & Baby Dannilynn are solid as they had received their papers in October. The government has no intentions of kicking Howard K Stern out and the reason for the inquest into Daniel's death, is automatically done into any death. So stop tryingto fry someone because youi think he is guilty!! Get A life & Get the Facts before you post.

Some of you people are like vultures looking for the absolute worst. I love the way some of you are attacking Howard K Stern when this story isnt even about him. Pretty pathetic. I would so hate to have to depend on any of you in a court of law because alot of you seem to be so narrowminded you just want to believe whatever supports your feelings you have developed from reading what amounts to GOSSIP not FACTS, there is a difference. 53. #26 does it cross your mind that Danny was very young when he died? Does is cross your mind how young Anna was when she died? Does it cross your mind that HKS did not take very good care of Anna Nicole Smith. While I'm not accusing him of killing them - I am accusing him of being a wimp. A weak man who WATCHED Anna sprial out of control. He was an "enabler" & why didn't he take her to a rehab for her drug addiction and to grieve? HKS did not pull Danny or Nicole off the train track when the big locomotive came down the track...he ran...he assisted her in running. Our problems follow us wherever we go if we are not dealing with them. Howard K Stern is creepy in my opinion & I don't need any reporter to tell me what I can see.

54. Ben Thompson, Ford Shelly and wife are scum, HKS'S keen eye saw through them so i applaud him if he warned Anna about what scum buckets they obvious are. Something smells very fishy about there entire story from the house purchase on through. The theft, admitting on Gretta Fox NEWS of taking the fridge photo only to prove that Anna had left her methadone at home.. come on folks, these people are slimey and they're the ones leaking the photos and all.

Howard doesn't have residency Mc....where on earth did you hear that? He has visitor status and my understanding is, as in other countries, he must leave the country every six months until he is a resident. I doubt that will happen unless he can sell more photo's ops to ET and Insider. Oh yeah..I forgot..they don't pay for stories...they just pay the middle man who pays for Howard! What's up with the syrupy pew-keee voice overs on those programs? Yuck! What a bunch of drama queen enablers!

The minister was totally inappropriate to be photographed, much less in BED hugging Anna or anyone else. Why did he resign if it was so innocent? Could it beeeee....because he's afraid of what will come out upon further investigation?

What about the report he spent hours behind closed doors with Anna? Sex or no...INAPPROPRIATE!

I read the Bahamian link where the writer mistakenly believes the Bahama's are receiving free publicity...What he fails to understand is...it's free alright..and NEGATIVE with respect to what many fear...a corrupt government! Good grief....get a brain!

It'll be interesting to see if Howard shows up tomorrow...his ego may force him...but then again..he knows he'll be slapped with a paternity suit if he does. Hmmm....Will he? Won't he?

I can't help wondering if Anna actually wrote all of the e-mails people received? They were so nasty...I wonder if Howard actually wrote them?

I don't think Shelly is a dirtball...he owns the house not Howard. All the stuff is with law enforcement...I actually think he may be one of the only ones who knows the truth. Don't forget, Anna told him he was a father and tried to extort (lacking better word) money from him...until he told her he'd had a vasectomy and then she told him it was Larry Birkhead. Yet another one of Anna's victims.

58. It really doesn't look like anything but friendly to me. She never even dated black guys, not that there is anything wrong with black guys. He's not her type. There was sapposed to have been a lot of people there. How could she have been sleeping with him, while she was pregnant and Howard not leaving her side and keeping her a prisoner in that house for months with newspaper on the windows. She said on ET she hadn't left the house in months. He isolated her after her son died. plus post pardom depression could have set in afte just giving birth. Her real friends presence could have been a great help, but they couldn't get in.
