It is the CHILD and determing who the father is. That is what the Judge wants to find out tomorrow. Not Shane Gibson..that will evolve after this issue is settled as will all the other ancillary crimes and misdemeanors.

Why does E and Inside Edition support HKS and pretend he is the victim? Because Paramount owns these shows and the "reality" show of Ann Nicole. Don't you forget Paramount suits, along with owner CEO Sumner Redstone are probably, right now taking meetings, rubbing their hands together, so they can crank up the flow of the sewage pipe running out of Hollywood to air reruns, of the Anna Nicole Show. Profiting on this unseemly mess. They don't have a fragment of compassion because they are the true grifters and are souless ghouls, pimps and hookers...anything for a buck and ratings.

Their puppet interviewers , "empty suits" only read from a script written by others and told to act sympathetic when we all know they are the most shallow people in the universe. They have bought the big lie that hey are important purveyors of the truth and give you what they want to try and brainwash you into how to thnk. Don't buy their clap trap.

The owner of Paramount, (Viacom) is the degenerate...Sumner Redstone..blame him for allowing this so called news to be broadcast. You rember him? He was the one who, on a complaint from his new fifty years younger school teacher wife, who didn't like Tom Cruise abruptly fired him. Loser.

This isn't news E and Inside Edition are reporting, this is a disgrace to America..This is why radical relgious sects hate us. They don't hate our foreign policy, They hate our soical policy. 65. Right on #56 and 57. Everyone is trying Him before the real truth is out. G Ben Thompson had His Son In Law go in to ANS Home after She died. Knowing that Everyone was in FL. He lied to the Bahamian government to get in to Her Home. He never should have taken any of Her things out of the House. That is the just of it. He's a Friend of L Birkhead, that's how ANS met Him. Put the puzzle together. He bought the Place and spent 50,000 on it before She moved in, so it was more than Her taking the House over.He gave Her the keys and couldn't wait for Her to grieve over Her Son's passing before He tried to evict Her and cut her utilities off. Loosing A child is the most devastating thing in the World. She never got over it.
Shame on all the mud slinging and all who want to rip up Peoples lives. Your day will come, too. May She rest in Peace beside Her Son. No one is without sin.

66. Why do you think Anna & Danny died so much the same?

Why do you think Anna Nicole Smith went to the Shelly's in North Carolina after breaking up with Larry Berkhead?

Why would Ben Thompson (who Anna dated for a while) buy a home for Anna in the Bahamas so she could get way from Birkhead & the press?

Thompson said the house was NOT ramsacked when he had the locks changed after Anna's death. He did get possesion of items that were taken and turned them over to the police where he lives.

Thompson drew up legal papers giving Anna ownership of the home in exchange for montly payments. Anna refused to sign the papers after a few attempts by Mr. Thompson to get them to sign the papers as proof that she owned the home.

She had to give proof of owning at least a $500,000 home in order to get the proper residency. Why did she not want to sign the papers?

Do you think she just decided to buy another house & didn't want this house?

How can any one of us know the entire truth?

One thing for certain - Anna wrapped these men around her finger and it came back to bite her. She would have been better off to listen to her mother's advice via TV. She can hate anyone she wants to including her mother, but her mother begged her to get off the drugs for years up until she died.

Vergie predicted what would happen. As a mother & grandmother, I can understand that kids may not want anything to do with you if they live a life you don't approve of, but it doesn't mean a mother can stop loving her grandson & daughter.

This entire mess is cruel & ugly. Howard K Stern obviously comes from a wealthy family who (according to what his sister told Larry King) has supported him for years - since Anna Nicole became his one & only client. When you consider the expensive life style w/limos - body gurards - the money flies out the door.

70. I wondered why anyone in this condition would have agreed to do this. It seemed sort of cruel. I think the money (that ET didn't pay anyone) must have been the incentive. She really was in no shape to discuss her future or the baby. She also said NOTHING about a wedding........did anyone notice that?

She needed to be under psychiatric care and detoxing in a medical facility where she was safe and cared for. Not trotted out for a show.

72. Is anyone actually surprised to find out that ANS was screwing around with the immigration minister??? As with everything else in theirs lives, the relationship between ANS and the Immigration Minister was a calculated move to ensure that Larry Birkhead would never touch the baby or come anywhere near the $$$. I'm not sure about the burka comment but as a Christian & a pastor's daughter who ran from "chruch" and "religion" at 17 years old (1965) - I don't know what you mean when you speak of "radical religious sects."

I think I know - but I could be wrong. First of all, I believe there a millions of democrats & republicans who are Christians. My mother is a democrat while my father was republican.

With that said, everyone - even an athiest should hate the 'sin' or breaking of civil or religious laws that destroy people, their homes, their families and their communties. I am passionate about that!

You could call me a radical Mom as I've fought for my addicted son who is now 39 years old and he has no fortune or fame. But I used to get radical and angry in fighting for his life - for him to get help - but my faith is what sustains me - it gives me hope.

The sad thing in the custody battle over Dannielynn is there are not "radical religious people" speaking up in public on behalf of this precious baby.

Since you brought it up, there is a lot of commentary & prayers going up for this child and EVERYONE involved among Christian women of all ages.

True Christians love and pray and trust in their higher power that God will use these tragic events for good. We don't trash Anna Nicole Smith, we weep for her and we pray that our daughters, sisters, mothers & friends do not end up like this.

If God loves you - it doesn't matter if no one else loves you. I apologize to anyone I've offended. I don't know if they will post this or not. But I am only posting my response to #60. I'm not trying to convert anyone and I'm not criticizing anyone.

74. How many 20 and 39 year old's do you know that died, in this mysterious manner? None that I know of. Lot's of investigative work ahead and I think some prison. Maybe even the death penalthy! I sure hope my intuition is incorrect, but for one what's the big deal over taking a DNA test? Does someone have something to HIDE or something to GAIN!
